Diese Eigentumswohnung Nr. 192 wurde kürzlich renoviert und befindet sich in einem abgelegenen Badeort. Sie bietet eine der besten Aussichten und eine hervorragende Lage. Diese renovierte, möblierte und saubere Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern, Erdgeschoss und Blick auf die Bucht ist frisch renoviert und nur mit Wasser ausgestattet Aussicht von den meisten Zimmern. Runaway Bay ist ein wunderschönes Ferienresort auf der Insel Anna Maria in Bradenton Beach zwischen dem Golf von Mexiko und der Bucht von Sarasota. Unsere besondere Anna Maria Island Ferienwohnung wurde kürzlich komplett mit neuen Fliesenböden, neuer Küche und neuen Bädern im aktuellen Strand-Chic renoviert. Neuer LCD-Fernseher, Smart-TV in allen Schlafzimmern, W-LAN-Internetzugang. HALLO-GESCHWINDIGKEIT IN DER EINHEIT OHNE ZUSÄTZLICHE GEBÜHREN. Grill. Die Bucht bietet einen Blick auf Bootsfahrer, Delfine und zahlreiche tropische Vögel.

Wir sind günstig gelegen, fast auf halber Strecke zwischen Sarasota und St. Petersburg (jeweils ca. 20 Minuten). Die Insel Anna Maria Florida ist einzigartig, da sie keine Hochhäuser besitzt und ein altes Florida-Flair vermittelt. Dennoch können Sie einige der besten Restaurants und tropischen Bars der Region nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ferienhaus Anna Maria Island entfernt genießen.

Darüber hinaus verfügt Runaway Bay über einen schönen, großen beheizten Pool der Insel.

EIGENSCHAFTEN U. AUSSTATTUNG: Unsere Anna Maria Insel-Ferienmietwohnung bietet einen geräumigen Grundriss mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern an. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und 2 Einzelbetten im anderen und jetzt ein neues Queensize-Schlafsofa. Eine neue Kingsize-Matratze ist ebenfalls in der Einheit erhältlich. Vollständig in einem ansprechenden Strandthema eingerichtet, haben Sie alles, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen. Wir haben Kabel-TV (Flachbildfernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer und einen großen im Wohnzimmer), einen DVD- und CD-Player / AM, UKW-Radio, WLAN-Router und Kabel-Internet, Waschmaschine / Trockner und Grill in der Einheit und eine schöne Veranda auf der Terrasse Bucht.

AKTIVITÄTEN UND ATTRAKTIONEN: Die Runaway Bay liegt direkt gegenüber einem wunderschönen Sandstrand. Der beheizte Pool ist der größte auf der Insel und vermittelt durch die gestreiften Sonnenschirme und Stühle ein Inselgefühl. Beleuchteter Tennisplatz, privater Angelsteg und Fitnessraum. Gehen Sie zu Fuß oder fahren Sie mit dem Trolley, der direkt vor der Runaway Bay hält, zu den vielen Restaurants der Insel.

Sarasota, St. Petersburg und Tampa sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Wir haben für Sie eine Liste unserer Lieblingsrestaurants, Wasserstellen, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten zusammengestellt, die wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung stellen.

Tolles Appartement in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren nun bereits zum zehnten Mal auf der wunderschönen Anna Maria Island. Aber so eine traumhafte Lage hatten wir aber tatsächlich noch nie. Vor der Veranda beginnt nach wenigen Metern bereits die Bay und man kann den ganzen Tag über die Tiere beobachten... Delfine, Pelikane, Reiher... Aber auch der Golf mit seinem weißen Sand und dem türkisen Wasser ist nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Beide Brücken, die AMI mit dem Festland verbinden sind keine 5 Minuten Fahrt entfernt. Wirklich toll!!! Die Wohnung selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Im King-Bed schläft man himmlisch, aber auch das zweite Schlafzimmer strahlt Gemütlichkeit aus. Es gibt sehr viel Staumöglichkeiten und Schränke, eine umfassend ausgestattete Küche und außerdem ist reichlich Beach-Equipment vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und dem Vermieter war immer freundlich und die Reaktionszeit superschnell. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir unseren nächsten Aufenthalt auf Anna Maria Island wieder in dieser tollen Wohnung verbringen können. Danke für Alles!

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Die Abwicklung der Anmietung der Wohnung verlief schnell und problemlos. Alle Fragen wurde in kürzester Zeit beantwortet und es wurde alles unternommen, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Ob Frühstück mit Sonnenaufgang an der Bay oder Sundowner am ca. 200 Meter entfernten Beach, die Wohnung garantiert ein Leben am Wasser. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung wirkte gemütlich und wohnlich, die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Eigentlich viel zu groß für zwei Personen genossen wir sichtlich das übermäßige Raumangebot. Der Blick auf die Bay war atemberaubend schön, so dass man Stunden auf der Terrasse verbringen konnte, um das Tierleben zu beobachten. Dieses Bild prägt sich tief im Gedächtnis ein und in Verbindung mit dem komfortablen Aufenthaltsort weckt es eine Sehnsucht, irgendwann mal wieder dort eine erholsame Zeit verbringen zu wollen.

Awesome view

In a great location. The view over the bay was awesome. We saw so much wildlife. Every morning we would have visitors. Either birds or raccoons! So close to the beach and easy walking around the island. Very quiet neighbourhood. Everything you need in the house. Access to beach chairs, umbrellas bikes and everything you need for a day at the beach. Had an amazing time. Would definitely book again. Thank you.

Exceeded expectations

What a magical place! We didn’t want to leave. Walking out to see dolphins and manatees first thing was really special. Our boys loved fishing off the small pier. The apartment had everything we needed and more and was really beautiful. We hope to return.

The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. We woke up watching the sunrise each day and being greeted by ibis' and egrets. It's only a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The realtor was incredibly helpful and checked in on us during the week to see if there was anything else they could do. Our week was absolutely wonderful.

Nice place to stay

The condo was nice and there were plenty of beach towels and beach gear for the kids. We really enjoyed watching the wildlife out the patio door looking over the inland waters. The weather isn't always fabulous for beach days this time of year so it was nice to have pool to fall back on for an activity for the kids. My only criticism is that the kitchen was not very well stocked for cooking for a larger group of people and I was disappointed in the lack of pantry staples. There were literally none so that was an added expense to our trip that we weren't planning on. The same goes for laundry soap, dishwasher soap, bathroom supplies, etc. I have stayed in other places that were very well stocked so this was disappointing. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable and as expected. (Also note, there is no "hot tub," simply a bathtub.)

Perfect Getaway on AMI

Our stay exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful experience, from the owner's hospitality to the ease of check-in to the cleanliness that was evident the moment we entered. We chose this unit for the view of the Bay, the close proximity to the white sandy beach and the amenities, especially the pool. We were not disappointed! The unit is updated with modern appliances, accommodations and comfortable beds. The pull-out couch was equally comfortable. The AC works great and kept us plenty cool. Another thing that we noticed was that when the trash was collected in the complex, we didn't hear any noise. And the lawn maintenance was not an interruption. We especially appreciated the way the owner provided great information and communication leading up to our stay. He has thought of the small details like extra hooks for towels/clothes on the bathroom door and inside the foyer. The utility room off the patio has everything you need. We used the sun-shield tent every day on the beach and the beach cart was an added bonus! Finally, the view of the bay was inspirational, with gorgeous sunrises and placid waters in the evenings. We got to see egrets, blue heron and other wildlife right from our patio. We also spotted dolphins and manatee. We are grateful for such a home away from home!

We had a great stay on AMI. The condo was a perfect size for our family of four. Great location just a short walk from the beach. The kids especially liked the birds who consistently paid us a visit on the back patio.

Home from home

The property was lovely, great location with the back patio facing the bay side, which allowed us views of the amazing sunrises, manatees, dolphins, herons and other birds, racer snakes, boats. We were also really lucky with the weather, sunshine and clear skies every day. The property is well maintained and stocked with everything we needed including a moka coffee pot, which we used daily for our espressos! Everything worked well and was kitchen had all modern white goods. We felt very comfortable straight away. We did have an issue with one door (not urgent at all), but Pierluigi and Wagner Realty were amazing and sorted it out within 15 minutes. I was very impressed! Facilities on site were also good, we used the pool numerous times and everything outside was well maintained. Nearly every day there were gardeners and such tidying borders, cutting grass, trimming trees etc. Although the condo is on the back of the complex, it's only a 4 minute walk to the beach, so we also enjoyed many sunsets, so we really had the best of both worlds. We'd definitely stay here again (this was our 5th visit to Runaway Bay).

Lovely time at Runaway Bay

This was our third visit to Runaway Bay and these accommodations were the best. This unit has a tremendous bay view, just spectacular. And it comes with friendly shore birds. We had not seen a yellow crowned night heron before. Everything we needed was there. Everything was comfortable. We appreciated being invited to participate in some of the owner convention activities. There was a problem that arose with an appliance about a week into our two week stay. That, of course, is never what the customer wants to have happen. And it could have been a terrible experience because of that. But the owner and property management company (Wagner Realty) were both super responsive and active in making arrangements for the situation. I was so grateful for their concern, problem solving and accommodation for the problem. This experience certainly makes me more trusting of this particular owner and Wagner Realty (special kudos to Cindy). We look forward to our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo on Anna Maria island! The view of the sunrise was amazing! Birds outside right off the patio and being on the side of the bay was great! Would love to stay here again! Place was very clean and comfortable.

This was our first visit to AMI and it did not disappoint. The location of the condo is perfect! Very private and quiet. The king size bed is very nice! The view from the back of the condo is beautiful. The ice maker really needs fixed! We are a family of 5 who packs food/drinks every day for the beach. We really rely on ice at our rental. Two ice trays don’t cut it! While the pool is very well maintained, the closing at 8:00 is a bit much. The older gentleman that come to the pool area at 7:15 are a bit much. They constantly watched everything going on. It was very uncomfortable & made you feel like you were doing something wrong when you weren’t. They started putting down umbrellas and chairs around 7:30. And they told anyone who walked in the pool area after 7:00 that the pool closed in 1 hour— making it seem like you shouldn’t even bother getting in. When you pay this amount of money to stay somewhere we should be able to swim right up until 8:00 even if we arrive in the pool area at 7:50!! We saw MANY pools open on the island after 8:00. Having kids on vacation makes it difficult when they are done with the ocean but the pool closes way before dark. The white doors and trim in the condo could definitely use some fresh paint. The 2 ceiling fans need dusted desperately! The air return door where the furnace is has a very thick layer of dust on it & around it. Fishing at the resort was disappointing, however there is a pier up the road you can fish off for free. Be prepared to bring extra garbage bags and toilet paper! We were able to cook at the condo. Everything we needed for cooking was supplied. Owner was very nice and easy to deal with as was Wagner Reality.

Great condo!

Condo is updated and is beautiful. Everything you need for the beach is included in the outside closet. One thing negative about runaway bay now is the pool closes at 8:00 pm which means no one can enjoy a night time swim.

Bathrooms could have been cleaner, ice maker on refrig has issues, made ice but would not release it in the dispenser, bathrooms had only two partial rolls of toilet paper, and sink in master bath had what looked like mold stains on the caulk?
