Unser Ferienhaus befindet sich in der schönen Innenstadt von Cary mit einfachem Zugang zu Restaurants, Geschäften, Kulturzentrum, Theater, Parks und vielem mehr. Es ist ein Cottage mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Bad (1 bis 4 Personen), einer großen Küche, einem Wohnbereich, einer Terrasse und einem praktischen Parkplatz vor der Tür (die obere Etage wird von den Eigentümern als Abstellraum genutzt). Es ist ein heller, offener Grundriss mit 10 Fuß hohen Decken. Die Küche ist gut mit modernen Geräten gestaltet. Dies ist ein freistehendes Haus (864 Quadratmeter auf der unteren Ebene) in einer sicheren, ruhigen und privaten Anlage, die zwei weitere Häuser umfasst. Besitzer wohnt auf dem Gelände. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen Breitbild-TV, Direkt-TV, Blu-ray-DVD-Player, Highspeed-Internet / WLAN, Computer / Leseschreibtisch, zusätzliches Ausziehbett und neue Waschmaschine / Trockner. Unser Cottage ist günstig gelegen und nur wenige Kilometer vom NCSU Carter-Finley Stadium, dem NC State Fairgrounds, der PNC Arena, dem RTP, dem RDU Airport und dem SAS Institute entfernt. Es eignet sich perfekt für einen Arbeits- oder Urlaubsaufenthalt in unserer Stadt.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Föhn, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind möbliert. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, eine Standard-Kaffeemaschine, einen Mixer, einen Toaster, eine Mikrowelle, Töpfe und Pfannen sowie Besteck. Es beinhaltet sogar eine Grundversorgung mit Kräutern und Gewürzen sowie Olivenöl.

Great location in Cary! Perfect for a small family.

My wife and 2 year old baby stayed for 13 nights! We picked the perfect place staying here! Downtown Cary was right behind the property so we could easily walk to the park. Plenty of places to eat and the parking is easily accessible. The cottage was the perfect size for a family of 3. Very clean and it was stocked with everything we needed for our stay which really helped not having to shop immediately upon arriving. We honestly couldn't have picked a better place and will definitely be returning!

We stay at this property every year. We chose it initially because of the location. Close to our daughter and downtown Cary. We continue to come because of that, but also because the property is well kept up and clean. Its perfect for us. Big enough for us to have our daughter and her girls in for breakfast, and just right for my husband and me to be alone.

We wanted to stay for a month close by our son, daughter-in-law and grandkids. The Cary Cottage was perfect! Close to the park, restaurants and events happening downtown. Very peaceful place with everything we needed for a fun month. We will be back!

Great spot to stay in Cary. Safe and quiet area. Very walkable. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed and then some. Comfortable bed. Close to the Mayton Inn, city park, restaurants and breweries. Great owners! Highly recommend.

Everything we were promised, and more!

Lovely quaint property, located very close to Downtown Cary Park! We were allowed check-in an hour early, and the space contained every amenity we could think of. This trip was meant to be budget friendly so the cooking utensils were very much appreciated. If we return to NC this is our ideal rental :)

We love staying here!

This is the second time my teenage son and I have stayed at the cottage while visiting the area. Everything is as described. We enjoy walking into downtown for shopping and dining. It is a quick drive to visit Duke and UNC (college visits). We are a little sad we might not be back next year but will definitely be back another time Maybe my husband and I will snow bird there for an extended stay sometime. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the Cary Cottage

We were very happy with our stay at the Cary Cottage. Louise & Carl are wonderful hosts. The cottage is just as described, nestled in Downtown Cary. The new Cary City Park and library are just around the corner. The area is walkable with lots of shops and restaurants around. The cottage feels cozy and has more amenities than we could avail ourselves to. We enjoyed watching some Netflix and thumbed through the wide range of DVDs in the entertainment center. The kitchen is well appointed with pots, pans, a crockpot and a wide variety of spices. Louise & Carl even have their own cookbook to inspire your cooking. The grill is just outside on the patio. The cottage was spotless and organized. The owners live on the property and Louise stopped by with a warm welcome and offer to share information about the house and the surrounding area. We plan to stay here again on future trips to the Raleigh area.

Visiting our daughter

Louise and Carl’s cottage was perfect in every way! We were able to easily visit with our daughter living nearby as well as walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The cottage was warm and cozy given the unseasonably cold temps and the kitchen was fully equipped for all needs. Thank you for the coffee, half & half and gift basket. We loved all the reading material and maps of Cary and surrounding areas. We definitely will come back! Thank you.

Short Getaway

We came to visit family in the area. The place was very nice and well stocked for our stay. The owner was there to meet us at checkin. Carl grew up in downtown Cary on this family property. He and Louise moved back here in 2015. There are three homes on the property. Carl and Louise live in the home at the back and the other two homes are vacation rentals.
