UNSER ZUHAUSE

Das architektonisch gestaltete zweistöckige Haus in Seacliff mit herrlichem Meerblick ist wie in einem 5-Sterne-Strandresort leben. Es beinhaltet Stand der Technik europäische Armaturen, polierte Dielen und Landschaftsgärten bieten eine einfache Unterhaltung.
Unser Haus liegt in der Nähe von Restaurants, Strand und familienfreundlichen Aktivitäten.

DER RAUM

Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, alle im Erdgeschoss befinden. Das Master-Schlafzimmer mit en-suite, hat Zugang zu einem privaten Innenhof mit einem gepflegten Garten. Die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zu einem separaten Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC.
Es gibt einen großen Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln Öffnung in den Hauptraum, Esszimmer und Küche, die sich für eine einfache Unterhaltung verleiht.
Ein Rückzug nach unten bietet einen anderen Bereich zur Entspannung. Dieses Haus hat auch vollen Zugang zum Kabel-TV durch Foxtel.
Wir haben auch einen Grill für die Gäste.
Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in der Nähe Annehmlichkeiten wie Cafés, Restaurants und der Jetty Road, Brighton, Einkaufszone.

Amazing house, amazing location

This property was the perfect house for our family getaway. It has everything you need including beach accessories, is walking distance to the beach, hotel, cafes plus has undercover parking. I only wish I found this sooner.

Split level accommodation Seacliff

Lovely quiet property in Seacliff, Hellen is a lovely Host. Bay views from upper-level dining / living area. Quite a few stairs down to the lower level where the bedrooms are located. Very comfortable beds and tidy bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Sunny seaside spot

Great place for my husband and I to spend some time with my son and his girlfriend who live in Adelaide. 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, quality fittings and nice and clean. Short walk to beach, cafe and pub. Groceries and alcohol 5min in the car. Breakfast supplied which was a lovely touch.

Great location To shopping at Westfield Marion and the train service to the City. Found the Heating and hot water system erratic in the down stairs en suite, a hot shower frequently became a cold shower.

Lots of room, great location

House was spotless. Comfy beds. Bright open plan area. Location so close to beach and train station. Lots of space. We loved it. Would happily stay again. We noted that stairs down to bedrooms, which may not suit those with limited mobility (or very young kids). Otherwise, highly recommend.

Excellent 3 bedroom sea view property , close to beach and public transport

A lovely 3 bedroom property, all appliances we needed including bbq, washing and drying facilities even a cart to take all our bits down to the beach . Large balcony with dining area for 8, with beautiful sunsets. A large secure garage with parking for 2 cars. A short walk to the station for the train into the city and the local buses . 15 min walk along the sea front to Brighton . Hosts have been very quick to respond to any questions /requests and even provided a Christmas tree and decorations for our 2 grandchildren . We have had a wonderful two weeks staying here.

Will not dissapoint!

It helped that we had the most amazing autumn weather whilst staying, but the sunsets were to die for every evening. And the ability to be able to walk meters away to a wonderful beach, added to the experience. The house was immaculately clean. The kitchen really well stocked with absolutely everything you would ever need. Furniture is plentiful, dining areas generous, the two separate living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) perfect for families...I could go on. All bedrooms are downstairs, so if you have guests with mobility issues, or wandering toddlers, then this may not be the best option for you. But the beds were super comfy and we all slept beautifully. Huge thanks to our host Helen, who was extremely generous with her time in making us very welcome in here home.

More difficult than anticipated

The house inside is lovely in some ways, however, the description of the house is misleading - you imagine the bedrooms, bathrooms & a living space is on the entry level. On the contrary, all bedrooms/bathrooms and the retreat are down very steep stairs - so difficult with luggage and even more so for two of us who are aged pensioners. We found it a huge struggle. Living area/dining/kitchen more or less on entry level. Also, sliding door to patio extremely difficult to open. If no smart TV then a DVD player would be great as each previous property has had and really needs some better basic utensils & pots & pans.

We absolutely loved this house in Seacliff and its location. They have thought of everything and even left a care package for when we arrived. Comfortable beds, great showers, well appointed kitchen and the most beautiful views of the water ...enjoyed the winter sunsets over the water.

Great family experience

We rented this property so our immediate family could get together to celebrate our dads 60th. The location was fantastic and the property perfect for what we wanted. We could relax in each other's company while taking in the beautiful ocean views. The sunset was amazing from the balcony and the open plan living made it easy to be together. The extra quiet space downstairs was also ideal for our 4 month old. The family are keen to book again.

Fabulous beach pad in Adelaide

Exceptional holiday stay, we had a brilliant time. Thanks Helen and Lorraine for looking after us so well! The house is stunning, great furnishings, well equipped with everything we could possibly need, fabulous location only minutes from the beach, fantastic sea & sunset views from the living space and balcony, easy access to local amenities and everything that Adelaide and the region has to offer. Seacliff: a great base for exploring McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills.

Our family of 4 adults had a most pleasant stay at Helen’s house in Seacliff. We were visiting Adelaide to spend time exploring vineyards around McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills and Seacliff proved to be a great base for this. The upstairs space of lounge, kitchen diner and balcony were well placed to enjoy the view out to the water and the glorious sunsets. There is the added advantage of a powder room up on this level as well. The bedrooms downstairs were of a good size and we appreciated the inclusion of a laundry, good sized external clothesline and plenty of pegs! The location of the house is ideal being an easy walk to cafes, restaurants and pubs. The house is just a 300m walk from the seafront promenade and from the very pleasant Seacliff Hotel. We dined there on our first night and enjoyed a great meal on the upstairs balcony whilst watching the sun set in a full array of beautiful colours. The Garden Cafe is also just about a 300m walk away from the house as and is where we went for coffee each morning after our morning walks. The well maintained seafront promenade extends in both directions, from near the house, and if you head north, towards Glenelg, it’s only about a 15 minute walk to Brighton with its many cafes, shops restaurants and another pub. We spent a few days visiting vineyards in the McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills region as both regions are only about an easy 30 minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Seacliff and can’t wait to return. We’d definitely stay at Helen’s house if available.

A beautiful space

A beautiful space with such an uplifting vibe. Helen pays great attention to detail and was incredibly generous with the goodies she stored in the fridge for us. The house is so bright with cute and quirky decor, clean, offers all the essential ammenities and SO close to the beach with access to great bike riding tracks, parks and a great view to wake up to!
