Dieses luxuriöse Anwesen befindet sich in Green Lake County am Lake Puckaway. Adelines Haus hat eine Kanalfront von über 300 Fuß und ist von einem akribisch gepflegten Privatgrundstück umgeben.

* Adelines House of Cool ist eine Schatzkammer aus Buntglas! Brian (Eigentümer und Adelines Architekt) ist ein begeisterter Glasmaler. Seine Liebe zum Licht wird im ganzen Haus mit wunderschönen Stücken aus der ganzen Welt nachgeahmt.

Adelines Haus verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei separate Essbereiche, eine Grillterrasse, einen großen Raum mit Billardtisch und antiker Musikbox, ein Klavier, einen Flipper und eine 20-Fuß-Bar sowie einen riesigen Kamin aus Holz.

Eine große Treppe führt in den zweiten Stock, wo es 6 Schlafzimmer gibt, von denen jedes einen privaten Zugang zur Veranda hat. Es gibt 5 Schaukeln auf der Veranda, 2 schwingende Tagesbetten und eine Feuerwehrstange, die die Veranda im Obergeschoss mit dem 20-Fuß-Whirlpool verbindet. Es gibt auch einen Kamin im Whirlpool. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über einen eigenen großen Raum und eine Lounge mit einem übergroßen Steinkamin, einem 3 m hohen Grizzlybär, einem Bison, einem Walross, einem Löwen, einer Antilope und anderen exotischen Präparatoren. Es gibt sogar einen 550 Pfund schweren antiken Kronleuchter von The Bellagio, der Sie begrüßt, wenn Sie zum Haus fahren. Brian könnte Vegas nicht ohne verlassen!

Mehr wollen? Diesen Monat haben wir gerade eine 40-Fuß-Markise aus Stahl mit Buntglas an der Fassade von Adelines House of Cool installiert. Es gibt eine obszöne Menge an Antiquitäten, einige davon sind unsere restaurierten Popcorn-Lastwagen und die antike Telefonzelle! Letztes Jahr erhielt Adeline ein Paar maßgefertigte 10-Fuß-Fenstertüren.

Trotzdem können wir Adeline immer noch nicht gerecht werden. Sie ist ein bemerkenswertes Zuhause, das von allen geliebt wird, die bleiben!

Annual Family Vacation

We had 12 adults, 4 children ages 1-6, and family dogs. Brian is a fantastic host and he checked in daily. Tom the caretaker was also great and handled the hot tub during our stay. We loved the property, the home, and the nearby Princeton Flea Market, Amish Oven Fresh Bakery, and Mishler's Amish Country Store. Fishing out in the channel was super convenient and we caught Perch, Bluegill, and a catfish. Great home for larger families!

An Amazing Experience.

The quality and variety of items collected and displayed in the home is unbelievable. There isn't a room, wall, corners, etc. that there isn'y something unique to see. For those that have bee to the House On The Rock in Wisconsin, it is like a mini-version of it.

Perfect place for our family Christmas

This house is one of the coolest places we’ve stayed. The property is full of so many unique details & everyone had a blast exploring! The bar/fireplace/game room was the perfect space to relax and create memories with the family! The hot tub was a huge bonus! Brian & Tom were very I formative and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back!

Very unique house.

Both inside and outside was unique and beautiful. You can spend many hours just looking at all of the items on the wall. Had many things to entertain both adults and a toddler. The owner was very responsive, checking in daily to see if we needed anything. The location on the website could be more accurate. Listing makes it sound like it is in the dells which it is not. Its around 50 minutes away. But owner was up front with that after I made the reservation and said I could cancel if i wanted to.

City folks fun!

Our group stayed for a few days during our spring break and had the best time! The weather was a bit chilly but kids spend most of the time in the hot tub! The bar area was well loved by everyone, playing games or just hanging out. We enjoyed learning the history of the property as well as exploring all the interesting things. We hope to make it back when the weather is warmer to explore the area more. Excellent communication with both Tom and Brian, very attentive!

Amazing experience!

Wow! We had an awesome time at Adeline’s House of Cool Retreat! A wonderful place for family to relax and enjoy quality time together. The decor was incredible with fun themes and antiques and a thoughtful scavenger hunt upon arrival. The hot tub was fantastic. Outdoor spaces for relaxing and yard games were sprawling and beautiful. A perfect set up for both congregating areas for meals and games, as well as quiet nooks for reading. Loved the whimsical umbrella garden! Exceeded our expectations. Wonderful for children, teens and adults! We hope to return!

Great Family Vacation Site

My family spent a great week at Adeline's. The house truly is amazing, with so many things to look at and so many things to do. My 10 yr old grandson learned to play pool and corn hole. He and my 2 yr old granddaughter spent hours in the huge indoor hot tub every day - the caretaker, Tom, turned the hot tub temperature down to 80 degrees making it perfect for the kids - and they didn't get overheated. There are many stained glass windows are beautiful - including a huge awning over the front entrance. Everywhere you look, there is something new to see and investigate. The outdoor living is terrific at Adeline's - we loved having coffee every morning on the screened upstairs wrap around porch. The property is set on an inlet of lake Puckaway. There is lots of room outside for the kids to run around. There is a secluded "umbrella garden" that was perfect for the 2 yr old since it was surrounded by shrubs so she couldn't wander off. The owner, Brian, was very responsive - even though he lives in Chicago. For example, Adeline's has bikes for the renters to use, but no helmets (maybe there are no helmet laws in WI?). I texted Brian about helmets and within a couple hours, he had contacted a neighbor and she brought over helmets for us to borrow for the week! The kitchen at Adeline's is perfect for cooking and grilling - I cooked and grilled for our 5 adults/2 kids every night. There were 2 coffee makers so we never ran out of coffee in the morning. There was also a griddle for making pancakes. There is an extra charge for having access to the laundry room, but it was well worth it for having that convenience. The area around Adeline's is fairly remote - 20 minutes to the nearest Piggly Wiggly, but there is plenty to do in the house. We also took a day trip over to Wisconsin Dells (about an hour drive) to see the Dells and do some touristy activities. We saw numerous Amish families riding in their horse and biggies, which was cool to see. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit the local Amish store I highly recommend Adeline's for a family or group vacation. With the 6 bedrooms and tons of sitting areas, there is room to spread out - but also to gather - the kitchen table, with bench seating, probably could seat 12. Adeline's is a place to make lots a great memories!

Our group of 8 had a wonderful weekend at Adeline’s! This place is so cool, so much fun to check out all the unique things. We had outdoor fires, indoor fireplaces on Main level and 2nd floor. Comfy beds, enough space to spread out and everything we needed. Property manager Tom was responsive and the owner made sure it was nothing less than perfect! My dream House! A vintage lovers dream!

The place was amazing. There was so much look at that you'd notice something new every time around. So much to interact with. Beautiful property, owner went above beyond to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves by contacting us every day. Even on Thanksgiving! Everything was so interesting. So many photo opportunities as well! There are so many great things I can say, that were fun little surprises for us, but I will let you decide when you book your stay. You won't regret it!

You won't want to leave! UNBELIEVABLE!this place!

Adelines is the most amazing, relaxing, interesting, altogether, has everything you need down to the dish soap! OUR family found new things to look at until the day we left, fun things to do in the vacinity within 20 mins. Our family will be back every year! The host was absolutely 💯 % there for us, giving information on fun events going on in the area, and just making sure we were doing ok! I could go on, but Our family says do it, you won't be disappointed!

It's more than just a place to stay. It's a destination.

We booked Adeline's for our family to reconnect, having stayed apart for most of the covid year. Adeline's was the perfect place to do this. The adventure began as soon as we arrived. Our host Brian's attention to detail and personalized touches ensured we felt at home. Check in was only eventful in that there was a letter waiting for us in the mailbox with helpful pointers and a scavenger hunt we couldn't wait to start.. A few hours after our arrival, Tom the caretaker came by to give us a tour. Honestly, you could probably spend a month there and still discover new things. We played board games, cards, corn hole, pinball, slots and pool. We soaked in the hottub, slid down the firepole, and watched movies. We bonded, but had space for alone time as well. There's so much to do there, we can't wait to go back! Adeline's isn't just a place to stay. It's a destination.

An excellent family vacation for adults

We had such a great time. Everything was perfect for our arrival. We had unlimited fun things to do, explore, talk about and look at. There is NO way the photos can do it justice. A New Annual Destination!

We rented Adeline's House of Cool for a family vacation and we could not have been happier. This place is really incredible from the decor, to the accommodations, to the life-changing hot tub room. (We all decided we will not be able to rest until we have a dedicated hot tub room in our own homes.) Even though it rained the entirety of our stay, the house is so spacious and has so many fun things to do that we didn't even mind the weather. This place is a true treasure and we decided unanimously to make our trip to Adeline's an annual event. Can't wait to come back next year!

Interesting, cool, hip, so much to do it kept our group entertained the whole time!

We had a group of 12 (6 couples) who stayed here and felt is was perfect for us. Lots of interesting things to see, enough space that you could step away from the group for quite time, and 6 bedrooms were perfect for us. The entertainment was awesome with pool size hot tub (not too hot), pool table, bar, amazing jukebox, stereo, etc. The upstairs living area was just right for catching the packer game and please don't let us forget to mention the fireman pole and 2 full size porch swings! We will definitely be back, loved the scavenger hunt, and have donated a "safety vest" - so see if you can find it!

Great for the entire family

We celebrated family at the House of Cool for a week's stay. Everyone found their haven, spent a lot of time looking at all the decor, loving the ecliptic nature of the entire estate. Plenty of room for our family, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, lots of games available. Our family loved the hot tub and the game room. The wrap around deck with all the various swinging beds and chairs was amazing. Everyone spent time just enjoying the house. It was a trip that we will all remember. Bizarre,Interesting and fun

This place is like no other. It is incredibly different in every way. The layout is very unusual but was very neat how every bedroom opened up to the porch that wraps around the whole upper level. With the screens up there everyone could leave their windows and doors open and let the breeze go through. That was a nice feature. The hot tub was awesome. Probably the best hot tub I’ve ever been in. It could easily seat 10 to 12 people and wasn’t so overwhelmingly hot that you couldn’t stay in it for a long time. We had a blast with the Firemans pole and used it most of the time we were there. It would be hard to live in a place with so much stuff hanging from the ceilings and walls, but it was pretty neat to experience for a handful of days. It was classy how they had a small mailbox with my name on it when we arrived. It had a note inside as well. The maintenance guy, Tom, was very nice and helpful as well. There were only a couple of negatives. First, the channel that it’s on was completely algae covered and didn’t really allow water access. The only other negative was that certain things on the property cost more money, such as the pool table, laundry, the refrigerator behind the bar, and the jukebox. It would have been nice to have full access to those things. We had a good time and made our way to a relatively close Amish store to enhance the experience. We also rented a boat on Green Lake which was also relatively close. We recommend this to anyone who sees the pictures and would want to experience what it shows.
