Für den Anfang haben wir 3 Swimmingpools am Strand (einschließlich eines Kinderbeckens), einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Golf, einen Snack- und Getränkeshop am Pool (saisonal geöffnet), 1.200 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche auf 2 Etagen und eine wunderschön renovierte Einheit, die sehr komfortabel ist Platz für 8 Gäste. Unser flaches Gebäude erspart Ihnen die Unannehmlichkeiten, die häufig mit größeren Immobilien verbunden sind. Kein langes Warten mit dem Aufzug, über überfüllten Stränden oder Kämpfen um eine erstklassige Liege am Pool hier!

Die erste Etage verfügt über einen großen Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer Wet-Bar, einem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa und Gewölbedecken. Die Küche verfügt über ausreichend Ablagefläche, eine Frühstückstheke und eine stapelbare Waschmaschine / Trockner. Kochen für Ihre Gäste ist hier kein Problem! Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das fantastische Hauptschlafzimmer. Ein komfortables Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken und ein Balkon sind inklusive! Es gibt auch ein zusätzliches WC im ersten Stock. Last but not least ist der Balkon mit seitlichem Blick auf den Golf! Genießen Sie einen Cocktail oder ein gutes Buch und genießen Sie die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Balkon ist sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus zugänglich und bietet Zugang zu einem Schrank mit Strandspielzeug, Schwimmern, Boogie-Boards und anderem Pool- / Strandzubehör.

Wenn Sie in den zweiten Stock gehen, finden Sie zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und ein Jack & Jill-Bad. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und das zweite über ein Queensize-Bett. Beide Zimmer haben auch Flachbildfernseher und das Zweibettzimmer hat eine Auswahl an Spielzeug und ein tragbares Kinderbett im Schrank. Das Gerät ist auch mit einer Xbox 360 und einigen familienfreundlichen Spielen ausgestattet.

The place was perfect for beach and pool access. Our house was very nice. There were some cosmetic flaws that could use some touch ups to make it more appealing and the patio furniture needs replaced on the deck. Overall it was on point.

The owner of this condo was very responsive and helpful. The condo was very clean and close to all the fun things to do and places to eat. The beach is just steps away. Perfection !!!

Sugar Beach has always been a favorite of mine. It is perfect for us and the area is exactly what fits me and my family/friends. This year was our first year to stay in unit 331 and I could not have asked for a better unit. Everything that was promised was delivered. The ease of our stay and over all convenience was top notch. I go to the beach, to the area, every summer, sometimes multiple times a summer, and this was by far the best.

Awesome experience!

The property is older and smaller than your typical condo in Orange Beach; however, it is extremely clean and well-maintained. The unit was updated and cleaning crew is ALWAYS on the job! The outdoor spaces were super clean and we loved the Sugar Shack! Staff was friendly and our check-in process was easy. BTW the parking permit is $20, not $15. :) Great trip!

Few problems

We stayed at sugar beach 331. They had problems with plumbing leaking from bathroom through the ceiling dripping on refrigerator. They had several holes cut in the walls. One hole was directly over the stove and dripped on the stove while cooking. The dryer was very slow and had to be turned on 4 times to dry a load. Nice acces to the beach .

Great Family Getaway!

Our family of six stayed at this beachfront condo for five days and had a great time! The first day was a wash out w stormy weather however we had beautiful weather for the remainder of our stay. Every day we went down to the beach in the morning, popped back up to shower for some lunch out, and then went back to the beach, then pool. We did this every day and it was perfect being so close to both the beach and the pool (there are four to chose from so we never felt crowded at the pool). The condo is right on the main business strip so we found it easy to find great places for food and dessert when we ventured out. The condo has all the amenities you’d need. It isn’t fancy and is a bit out dated however it has everything you need for a family vacation experience. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony feeling he ocean breezes too. The elevator was super convenient and there are rolling carts for guests to borrow to tow groceries/bags up if needed, too. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this condo!

Great Stay

Only problem was there's a whole in the ceiling of the kitchen and in one of the bedroom’s walls. I called the property management. There had been a link. I told them I didn’t mind if they sent someone to fix the holes. I was told someone would be out the next day to fix it. No one ever came. Other than that, great place to stay. Condo is nice, comfortable, like being at home…. Better cause the beach is outside. Lol

Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo! There were a few items that needed attention, but the issue was immediately taken care of. When we arrived to the condo the air conditioner was not working. The next day we contacted property management and they fixed by lunch. We also noticed the closet door was off its hinges so we just did not use. A few of the kitchen cabinet doors were lose too. Again no issue just noticed wear. The last little hiccup was the pull bed had busted springs making it difficult for the kids to sleep on. Not a huge issue but just want to make y’all aware. Over all it was a great stay!

DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE IS VERY OLD AND THE SERVICES ARE BAD

My experience was not pleasant, I had to pay for parking, and I never found a place nearby, we had to walk a lot to get to the elevator, an elevator that 80% of the time we were there did not work! my mother and father have knee problems due to rheumatism and they had to climb 6 stairs to the 3rd floor! 2 or three times a day, also the building is very old and neglected, the maintenance of the place was very bad, when I got to the condominium part of the kitchen ceiling was silent because there was a water leak from the toilet on the second floor and dripping My food that was in the bar, the refrigerator stopped serving ruining the food in the refrigerator where they will only reimburse me 50 dollars when I buy food for a whole week for 8 people ???? .... the balcony door does not It could be opened, the door of a closet did not close the wall had paint stains and dirt, the head of a twin bed fell silent on my daughter's head the first night we arrived because they are only superimposed, they are not glued to the beds, the stove was electric and the oyas leaned sideways when I cooked with hot oil it was super dangerous to cook there the air conditioning in the kitchen was liquidating on the floor the light sockets were almost shutting down and when we unplugged If we had to hold them so as not to pull them from the wall, the dishwasher did not turn on immediately, it took about an hour to wash the dishes, when I tried to pull the towel to dry it came with everything and the stick from the wall. And to top it off, the sofa that becomes a bed no longer has a sponge, my son practically lay down on the armchair tubes, plus the wifi never worked, we had to use our data ... most of the part of my stay I had to be calling the Office every time something happened with the services of the place and having to let in maintenance people to fix the problems of the place so I am not going to recommend this place at all and I would never rent any condominium of that place again I paid almost 2000 dollars to spend my vacations doing guts.

Loved It

This is a very clean and comfy condo that accommodated 7 people with ease. The actual condo had everything you could need in it and the beds were comfortable as well. The property owners were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. The only issue we had was with the elevators. They could use some updating and were not working at least once per day. These are in a great area with good access to all the fun and a nice beach. We have already discussed another stay.

Thanks for checking out our unit! Our names are Jamie and Dylan and we purchased our Sugar Beach condo in 2016. We currently live outside Atlanta and were looking for a place to comfortably and conveniently vacation with our family of 5. We love to travel and wanted to make sure that the beach was part of our children's lives, which is how we arrived at Sugar Beach! We have been married for 17 years and have 3 children (ages 15, 12 and 8). We hope your family will enjoy our condo as much as we do!

We fell in love with Sugar Beach, and specifically our unit, as soon as we saw it! The amenities, particularity the beach front pools, snack shop and proximity to the beach, made Sugar Beach very desirable. We chose unit 331 because of the beautiful decor, recent renovation and, most importantly, the size and layout. The unit is large enough for our family of 5 plus guests. It was very important to us to find a condo that our parents or siblings and their families could join us at and we could all stay comfortably for a week (because no one like to go on vacation and be on top of each other or to be in a very tight space with a bunch of kids)! Sugar Beach is not a luxury building like some of the others further down the beach, but it is a classic beach property that provides fun, comfortable family amenities. We love to share the space with our family and friends and hope you will too!

The family friendliness of the complex makes it very special. Traveling with kids isn't always easy and Sugar Beach is really set up to make it as effortless and enjoyable as possible. The pools are gated separately, there are shady pavilions for a break from the sun, there is no busy road to cross to get to the beach, the snack shack has something for everyone, and we have a closet full of beach and pool toys! Also, because our building is a low rise, the beach is never jam packed. The time we spend here is special to our family and we would love to share it with yours!
