This unit is located at the 5th floor of the building. Elevator in the building. Access to entire unit. No sharing with other guest.

Total of up to 10 people can comfortably stay.

Amenities is of hotel quality. Towels and Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and body wash) are provided during your stay.

Can also reach to Hondori shopping street, 24 hours supermarket, right next to the Peace Park, a very lovely and quiet area.

Getting Around:
Less than 1 min walks from 本川町 Hogawa street car station

Other Things to Note:
Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 11AM. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.
No smoking inside the unit.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.

The unit is protected with CCTV for the safety of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
