Wonderful home for our family!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 4 adults and 3 children and plenty of space. The location is close to the many Orlando attractions and the amenities on the property were great. We loved the resort pool and splash pad and basketball court. Check-in was smooth. The only thing missing that would have been helpful was an information book or guide with local info (such as tips on local restaurants to try) and resort info such as pool hours….but we were able to figure it out pretty quickly.

Vacation with family

We had a good time. Spend a lot of time in the pool and all the children had a blast. The house was clean and there were utensils for us to use. All rooms had television which was good and plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all of us.

Family mini vacation

Everything was perfect from the making reservations to the accommodations my family needed. The property manager and maintenance was great with going above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. The water park was more than enough for the kids and made the stay much more pleasant. We definitely will book again.

Place was clean. They were very nice to allow early check in and late checkout which we didn’t have to use The pool is very small - it didn’t matter to us because we are Florideans They were quick to fix the outlets which weren’t working Plenty of towels which in, the other place there weren’t so I had to bring about 12 towels The only problem was that I asked if the first floor bedroom had a walk in shower and it didn’t It was very upsetting because my mother was not able to climb the stairs There also is a tv room that has a sleep in couch Overall great experience

Great place and nice location

This was a really nice property to stay at. Great location to get to Disney. The resort’s pool was nice and had great staff. The home had a nice pool in back that was great for relaxing at the end of the day. Our group had two families with four boys under 11, and there was a ton of space.

College Softball trip

Overall the property was great. We were in town for my daughter’s college softball spring trip and it would have been great to have a couple folding chairs and a cooler available. 1 of the 4 toilets was not clean but otherwise the property was spotless. The ice maker did not dispense properly but it was not a big deal. It would be great to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms as it is Florida. My daughter’s team stayed in the same resort at a different property and had a bug problem so I would say we had a better rental than they did. My wife was happy with the property so I was happy. We would definitely rent here again.

Great family destination

Overall this was a great week with family in a gorgeous Florida resort. We did have a couple concerns: We had some difficulty connecting with the property owner in the week preceding and day of check in. We were within an hour of check-in and still hadn’t received instructions on how to access the property, which is pretty late in my renting experience. There also seemed to be two different hosts responding to messages, which would otherwise be fine, except that we kept receiving conflicting information including two different quotes for the pool heater. Even after clarifying, we were originally charged the higher amount. The host did rectify this, but was a little disappointing. One of the beds is listed as a queen, but is only a full. The positives were that the location and amenities were truly lovely. We would definitely give this resort / neighborhood another try but hope the host can improve some of the other components of coordination.

Friends getaway

The neighborhood and the house are beautiful. Not too big not too small. Plenty of restrooms for large group. It matters when everyone is trying to get ready to head out to the parks at the same time. Overall the house was clean and the open concept was great for everyone.

House was not Clean!

The property was not well cleaned. After requesting, they send the cleaning crew immediately to vacuum the house. Carpet was very dirty and needs to be replaced. The bedsheets and comforter doesn't seem to be cleaned and fresh. We had to put them for wash. The property is well situated close to Disney and shopping areas. It had very good amenities such as swimming pool, club house, gym, soccer field etc..

Enjoyable stay

Access was easy to the house and the house was clean and the kitchen had all the utensils that we needed the club house was very close and in walking distance and when ever I message the owner I got a message back in a timely manner and I will hook again and recommend any family to book this location.

Lovely town home

We enjoyed our stay very much, owner Morgana was quick to respond to any of our needs. Kitchen is well equipped and bbq was great. Weather was very cold so we weren’t able to take advantage of the plunge pool despite paying for it to be heated. Overall was lovely home and would stay again. Would be helpful to have a keypad on the door instead of just one key in the lockbox.

Great way to do Orlando

Beautiful, clean home away from home! So nice to have a whole house to spread out in on vacation. Check-in went smooth... Morgana was great to deal with and quick to reply to questions! A great place to relax away from the crowds of Orlando, but still have that resort feel just a short walk down the street. Pool at the resort was amazing, perfect temp, yummy frozen drinks available to purchase, huge play pool and structure for small kids, loaded gym and games room. Surf simulator looked cool but cost $30/day to do so we didn't try it. I highly recommend this place for your next trip to Kissimmee/Orlando.

This property is almost brand new. It was build and sold in 2018 at Solara Resort. Solara Resort has great amenities to relax, and it is very close to restaurants, groceries stores, parks, and more.

This is a huge townhome with private pool, unlikely other properties in Kissimmee. Besides that, it was decorated with a unique vacation home decorator to ensure guests have all they need to stay during their stay.
Solara Resort amenities are free except surf simulator which cost $30 per day or $100 a week. Please check with Solara Resort for any updates in price. Please ask pool heat which are not included in the reservation.
