Direkt vor schönen Botanischen Garten von Melbourne, mit Blick auch auf die Bucht und nur 10-20 min. Spaziergang zum Kunstzentrum, Flinders Street Station, Southbank, Melbourne Casino und dem Zentrum von Melbourne, die Wohnung ist Highlight der Lage und Aussicht.

Es ist außerdem nur 50 Meter von einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt, die Sie in wenigen Minuten zum Strand von St. Kilda oder in die andere Richtung durch die Innenstadt bringt.
An jeder Ecke (nach links und rechts) befinden sich Supermärkte, die täglich geöffnet sind und bis spät um 10:30 Uhr und um 23:00 Uhr schließen.

Ihre Reservierung beinhaltet einen sicheren Privatparkplatz im selben Gebäude wie die Wohnung. Auto parken und den Aufzug hochfahren.

Das Bett ist ein 100% Latex-Matratze, King Size Bett. 100% Latex ist hypoallergen, super bequem und Bewegung von einer Person in dem Bett ist nicht im geringsten von der anderen zu spüren.

Der Balkon verfügt über einen Außenmöbel-Einstellung (2 Stühle und Tisch), wo man sitzen und genießen Sie die Sonne unterging und Ansichten können. Auf der linken Seite mit Blick auf den Botanischen Garten und den Schrein (ein Gebäude der Erinnerung für unsere gefallenen Soldaten) und auf der rechten Seite des Melbourne Bay. Aufwachen zu Garten und Meerblick, während sie durch das Herz der Stadt, eine einzigartige und entspannende Erfahrung finde ich !!

Inklusive 1 sichere Under-Cover Parkplatz (Parkplatz im selben Gebäude ohne zusätzliche Kosten), und die Nutzung der Sporthalle (die übrigens auch mit Blick auf den Botanischen Garten).

Kostenloser und unbegrenzter WiFi-Internetzugang. Nein Rauchen in der Wohnung.

Excellent accommodation and location

From start to end it was a great experience. Setting up the booking through to the check-in, our stay and check-out, everything was easy and smooth. You can't beat the location for access to transport (trams), easy walk into CBD and South Melbourne, and the views of the Shrine, Botanical Gardens, and the ocean. It was everything we wanted and it was easy for us to get to everything we wanted to do and see in Melbourne. We would definitely book it again on our next trip to Melbourne.

Perfect Melbourne bolthole

This is our second time staying here, which in our case says everything (we rarely return to a place unless it's really impressed us). Once again, everything about the flat was wonderful. It's perfectly located and really well appointed with everything you need, and very comfortable. If I had to split hairs, I'd again look to the location of the lock box being a bit awkward for short peeps (like me), but otherwise we love the place!

Could be fantastic but..

Good size apartment with functional kitchen and comfortable bed. However, the apartment needs attention to maintenance and cleaning. Small issues such as the blind chain pulley missing from one of the roller blinds and missing knob from the light switch. The oven still had food left in it!

Birthday getaway

Overall property was good. The view was fantastic and so close to tram stops, coffee shops and groceries. There are a few problems with a person who has mobility issues. Some items needed a little maintenance eg the tap in the bathroom over the sink needs a new washer. One of the blinds keeps rolling down after you get to a certain point

Beautiful spacious apartment with lovely views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Communication with host, Vern was easy. The apartment was clean, welcoming, spacious and well presented. The view from the balcony and location was excellent. Would love to stay here again in the future. Key collection and drop off was also very easy and well explained. Thanks for the great stay.

Lovely area

The apartment was lovely but getting in was a little difficult as we could not find where the lockbox was located, we asked at recetion and they helped us find it The apartment was clean but the dishwasher had not been put on so we had to sort that, there was enough storage for the 2 of us even though there are cupboards with other stuff in. The apartment is on a high floor so the views are lovely of the Botanical gardens which we did enjoy walking around, the tram stops are just at the end of the street. I would stay here again.

Perfect for an extended Melbourne stay.

Well set up apartment. Clean, comfortable, surprisingly quiet at night considering so close to St Kilda Rd. Great location. Short walk to Gallery, Southbank and CBD. Lovely to walk in The Domain and Botanical Gardens just across the road. Close to good coffee shops and Sth Melbourne markets.

Convenient, clean, comfortable

A lovely, bright apartment in a quiet street, close to Melbourne city/downtown, transport and Bot gardens. Everything worked as it should, all spaces were clean and well-kept, no noise from inside the building or outside traffic, bed was comfortable. Coffee shop next door is terrific too. we liked the appartement on the 12th floor, the height and the ongoing wind kept us from staying on the balcony, not for a minute without wind unfortunately. Access to the tram direction downtown or wherever more or less in front of the door, Supermarktes nearby.

Wow! What a great place!

Melbourne was our last stop in our 21-day Australia vacation. This was one of our favorite places to stay out of the 9 stops. First, the location is great with a view from the 12th floor balcony to the Shrine of Remembrance and the Kings Domain parklands. The attention to detail in the condo was also very nice - detergent for the washer/dryer, plenty of soap and toilet tissue, coffee, etc. It is also within 2-3 minutes of a light railway stop for getting into downtown or anywhere else you need to go in the city. Overall we loved it, the price was affordable, and we would highly recommend it!

Melbourne Get Away

The property had a fantastic view of the Botanical Gardens and buildings to the South. It was clean, functional , well equipped and comfortable. One downside was the signing in process. The details of unit access were not sent when expected. The key collection in the laneway was not easy to comprehend or access, particularly in pouring rain and the leaving process was confusing too, seeing we had a car. Clearer instructions and communication would have been appreciated, however the unit is lovely and we had a good time in Melbourne.

There is work to be done from a safety aspect.

The positives re our stay are location, view and bed. We had stayed here previously two years ago. 1. If you have to step over a bath to have a shower from a safety aspect you should have a hand rail or at the least a none slip mate. 2.The seating for the tables are simply far too low and need replacing. Same could be said about lounge/settee. 3. There was no dish washing detergent - do the owners really expect people to put 2 plates and 2 mugs in the dishwasher each time they use them? We did not use the dishwasher - that being said there were utensils left behind by the previous occupants in the dishwasher. 4. One bedroom lamp - one night someone who sleeps over on the Dorcas Street side of the bed is going to get up and fall over, break an arm, hip whatever. invest in some side tables with bed lamps.

Great location but needs smartening up

We stayed at the apartment while there was a cold spell in Melbourne and were taken aback with the lack of heating. One small heater and an Aircon that doesn’t heat made it a very uncomfortable stay. There is a lot of clutter in the main room on top of the cupboards. There was no storage/hanging space in any of the cupboards as taken up with linen and blankets etc and one cupboard was literally filled with huge amounts of cleaning products. The odd bits of crockery felt like they were hand me downs and left overs. No toaster. Light bulbs missing. And no lighter for the gas stove. A piece of carpet in front of stove looked old and not very clean. All in all it needs clearing and cleaning and definitely heating as Melbourne does get cold and the lack of heating made for an uncomfortable stay.
