Die 4 Schlafzimmer Statesman Haus entworfen, verfügt über großzügige Wohnbereiche, darunter Köche Küche, eine Bar zum Wohnzimmer, alle Blick auf das Wasser mit Blick auf. Es ist voll möbliert, mit allem Geschirr, Besteck Küchenutensilien, Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen und Familie großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Das Haus verfügt über Parkplätze für 2 Fahrzeuge und eine Bootsrampe für den Start von kleinen Booten, Kajaks und andere Wasserfahrzeuge. Es ist auch ausreichend Platz, diese Fahrzeuge zu speichern.
Das Anwesen verfügt über mehrere Außen unterhaltsame Bereiche, darunter ein Kaltwasser-Spa die Wasserstraßen eine Terrasse und eine versunkene Sitzecke unten am Wasser mit Blick auf. Das Anwesen hat auch einen 4-Flammen-BBQ.
Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, mit gefasster Evaporative Klimaanlage im gesamten. Reverse-Zyklus Klimaanlage bietet Heizung und Kühlung zu den wichtigsten Wohnbereiche und Schlafzimmer. Langsame Verbrennung Holzfeuer werden in der Lounge und ein Spielzimmer befindet.
Die Schlafzimmer haben Queen-Size-Betten im Schlafzimmer 1 und Schlafzimmer 2. Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und Schlafzimmer 4 hat ein Einzelbett mit einer ausziehbaren trundle. A fantastic Easter long weekend

Really loved our stay. The house was well equipped and in a great location. Booking was reasonably easy, and we had a fabulous time. LOCATION is amazing.

Needs work

Had to prune thorny bushes back from footpath so we could walk down it without getting pricked by them ,noisy air-conditioning in bar room plagues of mosquitoes day and night noisy overhead fans in bedrooms and because we were there to crab the fridge wasnt big enough for the amount of crabs we caught and the food we were eating also could not watch any free to air channels on tv as they kept pixelating

Great Location but property needs maintenance

The house is large with 4 bedrooms and good living areas. The location on the canals is great. However, the slipway is small and in poor condition. It is not suitable for launching a boat as promoted. The spa also did not warm up. The garden is currently very overgrown with branches inhibiting access around the side of the property and weeds / dead plants detracting from the view. Also, the emergency phone number just went through to a message recommending use of the website for enquiries. Overall, I expected better for this price.

Dissapointing

Such a let down to what we were expecting. Initial impression, property not maintained at all. Outside full of weeds and moss in pavers. Inside only slightly better. Beds comfortable but many issues with the home.

Great location

Had a great time. Everything was clean and tidy and plenty of space for everyone. New spa was great although needs more timer settings to keep it hot and the sauna was a hit with some of our friends. Kitchen lighting very average and could do with downlights not mood lighting as It was hard to prep food. But everything else was well equipped. Kayaks were great! Gardens need some love but understand it's a rental. Huge corner block with a lovely view :) 😀

Great stay

Perfect place for our family group. Big, clean, excellent location. Dolphins and pelicans right out front. Kids loved the garden area and waterfront. Kayaks provided made our stay, everyone had a paddle. Thanks very much, we will be back:)

What a lovely Place to spend time!

We arrived on s cold and windy Saturday afternoon, but we had the fires lit in no time and settled down with wine and enjoyed the views!!! The house was clean and tidy and it had a lovely homely feel to it. We spent the next day exploring, but looked forward to coming back to the house to prepare food for the evening. We felt like we were the only people on our side of the island!!!! It was great and highly recommend the house and people. They are very efficient. We will be booking again Jen Scothern

Great scenery peaceful and relaxing location

Great location Right next to the water, very private and so peaceful.. Little bit old on the outside but the scenery out weighs those faults.. Warm and cosy home The home meets all your needs We only had 4 people but if you were more than that you definitely need another fry pan.. The aircon in the main room didnt work to well but all the others do..mind you the breeze around the home is enough to cool the house.. Really enjoyed our stay and can honestly say its one of the most peaceful places i have ever stayed..

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. A home away from home.

We found the house to be spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Big bedrooms and big living areas. Being a corner canal block, it has a fantastic outlook. We got to see dolphins swim right past in the canals, and lots of birdlife. We were also able to catch crabs right off the jetty. The jetty is huge. Plenty of room when getting on and off the boat. Initially we were a bit disappointed that there was no wood supplied for the two combustion wood fires, but the reality was, the house was so warm, that we really didn't need to light a fire (although we did on one occasion just for the fun of it. We purchased our own firewood so that we could do this). It was great to be able to use the kayaks, and the storage room where they were kept was close to the water, and made it easy getting the kayaks in and out. There is a huge pantry and a full sized fridge, so you can take down all the supplies that you need for your stay. It was also great to be able to use the washing machine, meaning that we didn't go home with loads of dirty laundry to do. Thank you so much for letting us use your property Nathan. We hope to return again one day!

Excellent waterfront property for relaxing holiday

Perfectly clean upon arrival. Had a great time with the kayaks, paddled to the main river and around to the pub before returning! The house is walking distance to the pub and casual places to eat. The view was amazing and I'm looking forward to going back early next year as we are in Australia for two years, would definitely recommend. It was relaxing in the house and the kayaks (that were free to use) were really fun.

Don't expect to use the spa!

The house is large with great views. There is no outdoor undercover areas and bbq area also uncovered. We arrived at the property with two completely full outdoor bins, not sure where they expected us to put our rubbish for our 3 day stay. After filling the spa for almost a full day, we had troubles with it cutting out after 10 mins once you turned the heating and bubbles on. Phoned Nathan (after hrs contact) to discuss but he wasn't available to come to the property to assist. Phoned the office on Monday to report that the spa was not operational and was given a few more troubleshooting options. Then emailed us back "I have also spoken with the Electrician who looks after the property. He has advised, due to safety concerns, that no more attempts be made to activate the spa. It will need to be assessed by him to diagnose the problem, unfortunately due to the bad weather we have been experiencing over the past few days he is extremely busy and is unable to attend the property until later in the week. We had an electrician in our group who was trying to operate the spa and knew what he was doing. After offering to refund us $200 for our inconvenience, they came back to us to tell us there was nothing wrong with the spa and will not be refunding the $200. Overall the property is fair and good value for $200 p/n, wouldn't recommend staying in the colder months and management need to have better systems in place when onsite assistance is required.

Spacious

The house is large with great views. Would be great if you had a boat. There were kayaks there but not sure if they were for guests use. The master bedroom is at one end of the house and rest at other end, with no heating or cooling in the other 3 bedrooms. Linen is $30per person. The spa needs filling and heating which can take up to 8 hours and you can't use the spa after 10pm. There is no outdoor undercover areas in the rain and the bbq area floods in heavy rain. The decor is quite dated and it needs some maintenance. Lots of vertical blinds and sunken areas so not great for toddlers. We saw a couple of Dolphins. There is CCTV in operation there and lots of rules so I never really relaxed, although I assume the cameras must only be outside. The booking process was a bit lengthy as well. Overall it was good just probably overpriced.

I love the spacious house, in fact it is abit too big for our group of 7. The house is simple and has most amenities. What I love most is the view, we get to see ducks, swans, pelicans and dolphins.

The 4 Bedroom Statesman designed home, has generous living areas, including chefs kitchen, a bar to the living room all overlooking the water views. It is fully furnished, with all cutlery, crockery cooking utensils, microwave, cook top, oven and family sized refrigerator with freezer.The house has parking for 2 vehicles and a slip way for launching Boats, kayaks and other water craft. There is also sufficient space to store these vehicles.The Property has several outdoor entertaining areas, including a cold-water spa overlooking the waterways a patio area and a sunken sitting area down by the water. The property also has a 4 burner BBQ.
