Christmas Family Vacation

We had 29 people at the Grandvilla for a week of celebrating Christmas. We ranged in age from 2 years old to 83 years old.There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and we all loved cooking on the commercial size stove and oven. We cooked the evening meal together and all at very comfortable at the table and chairs supplied. The ice machine was a brilliant idea. The pickle ball/basketball court was a hit with all ages. Our seating was comfortable for putting puzzles together, playing cards and doing crafts. There were lots of places in this area to visit but the most popular were the wineries and distilleries. This location was very clean and spacious for lots of cars to be parked. Communication with the owner was very easy. Our stay was excellent and magical!

Fabulous stay for our folks 50th anniversary!

We had 21 people at the Grandvilla for a week long celebration of our folks 50th anniversary! Our group ranged in age from 2 years old to 73 years old. We had plenty of space to spread out. The layout of the home was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The deck was INCREDIBLE! We spent every evening out there. It was beautiful. The pool was perfect. Since our group had small children, we brought door alarms for the pool doors as a safety measure. That worked well to make sure none of the littles escaped to the pool unattended. The location was good as well. It was close to grocery shopping and most everything we did was within 30-45 minutes. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Grandvilla to anyone with a big party looking for well-equipped and well designed home.

This property was amazing in so many ways! Beautiful, well cared for, amazing views, plenty to do, great location, room for the whole extended family. So many things were included (paper towels, tissues, trash bags, etc). That’s not always the case at other properties, but this one had everything. We loved every minute of it!

Great for our business retreat

10/10 stars. This property is absolutely gorgeous. We recently held our Luxury Calligrapher Retreat at this stunning property, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The house is beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. It offered more than enough room for our group of 14, with all the amenities we needed to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Everyone had their own bed, and they were so comfortable. It felt like we were at a hotel with towel/washcloth/soap on every bed as well. There was shower gel/shampoo/conditioner in all the bathrooms. The location was ideal, providing both tranquility for our group with gorgeous views of the hill country. The photos don't do the house justice. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was seamless from start to finish. We especially loved the gorgeous outdoor spaces and the well-equipped kitchen, which made our welcome dinner with a private chef a night to remember. Highly recommend this property for any group gathering or retreat! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing house for Weekend Gatherings and pickleball!

We were celebrating an anniversary and included catered meals, a pickleball/cornhole tournament, and overall gathering place for friends and family across the country. This house was top-notch and is now the gold standard for get togethers. Enough room inside and out to spread out and when a planned meal outside for a decent amount of people had to be moved inside due to weather, there was easily enough room for tables and chairs to be brought in. We were lucky to have found this place that helped make the weekend so special. For logistics the house was close to eateries, distilleries, wineries, an olive oil store etc. It was easy to have bbq and tex-mex delivered and easy for everyone to find the house. Only upgrade would be including pool towels, but luckily the washer/dryer came in handy!

Perfect Accommodations!

We met for a work related training session. There were 11 of us. We prepared all meals in the VRBO and we had plenty of dishes and meal prep utensils we needed in the well stocked kitchen. A nearby H-E-B had everything we needed to make awesome meals. The large amount of bathrooms and the bedroom set up was absolutely perfect. The views are breath-taking and there is plenty to do there for everyone without feeling like you are on top of each other all the time.

Fantastic Property !

We love, LOVE this property. We had our wedding at Ma Maison down the road so we booked “the Villa” to house our bridesmaids and groomsmen and their families. So many clean and spacious rooms. There were only two bedrooms out of nine that did not have their own bathrooms which is very rare !! We love the open living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen utensil and dish ware. The patio gave an amazing view. It was too cold to get in the pool but it looked amazing along with the hot tub. There was space outside for cornhole as well. Plenty of parking. We had about 10 cars, majority trucks and SUVs. Check in was easy and we felt safe on the property! Thad and his team were very responsive and helpful. Thank y’all for a fantastic stay. We stayed Thursday- Sunday.

Christmas in Hill Country

Spent Christmas week with extended family of 13. The house is so spacious and we took advantage of the huge kitchen and living/dining areas and enormous deck overlooking hill country. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the bbq worked well. The pool isn’t heated but the hot tub worked just fine! Lots to do for adults and kids between ping pong, pickle ball and basketball. Dripping Springs is a cute town with some shops and restaurants in the area and about 40 minutes to downtown Austin. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay! SO clean- the bedrooms look like a spa hotel! The kitchen has everything, we made a bunch of meals & snacks. The hot tub was hot, pool was a great temp for a cold plunge on Saturday for the groom! Plenty of parking/ shuttle turnaround... so close to our rehearsal dinner venue- and the view from the deck made us want to stay an extra day. Did I mention the Sonos sound system?- a breeze to use. thank you for an amazing weekend

Truly special weekend…

What an amazing space for 8 dear friends to spend the weekend. Plenty of places to all gather, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, such a fun space! Wellness retreat

Our group was able to find solace in the hill country, dripping springs, central Texas. With enough space for activity and dialogue and intimate conversations throughout this property catered to the needs of our participants. Some of the highlights were the view from the patio the hot tub and the basketball courts. With so many beds to accommodate a large group this design concept could be just what your group needs to remove yourself from the bustle of the city to find respite elsewhere.

Grand Villa provides a wonderful family experience!

This is a very large property with different room/bed styles that make accommodating a large, diverse family ideal. The kitchen was perfectly sized for prep and serving. The common rooms, back deck and pool/spa are wonderfully oversized. The 3 fridges helped accommodate the abundance of Thanksgiving food. The owner, Thad, and team were very rapid to respond to any questions or needs. The location in Dripping Springs was close to any shopping and pharmacy/medical needs.

Had 28 people staying - plenty of space, great living area, pool area is great, ice machine a great touch - ready similar properties every year - this is one of the better homes that we have rented - just a real well done and thought out home for a big group of people

Fantastic rental + location + safety + vibes

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic rental home near Austin, TX, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional quality of every aspect of my stay. First and foremost, the location of this rental home is unbeatable. Situated just a short drive away from the vibrant city of Austin, I was able to enjoy all the excitement the city has to offer while also having a peaceful and relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. The picturesque and tranquil surrounding area provides the perfect backdrop for a rejuvenating getaway. Cleanliness is my top priority when choosing accommodation, and this rental home exceeded my expectations. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a spotless and well-maintained living space. It was evident that the hosts took great pride in ensuring each guest's home is in pristine condition. Every corner of the house was impeccably clean from the neatly made beds to the sparkling bathrooms. Communication with the host was seamless and friendly. They were incredibly responsive to my inquiries before and during my stay, making me feel well taken care of. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, which greatly contributed to my sense of comfort throughout my time there. One of the aspects that truly stood out to me was the safety measures in place at the house. 10/10 would recommend and will rent again if visiting Austin!
