Villa Viente is a luxury villa located in a prime elevated position of Puerto Del Carmen, with panoramic views of Fuerteventura and the mountain range. Near the old Town fishing harbour, approx.15 minutes walk to popular Fariones beach, close to all amenities, nightlife and restaurants. The villa is south facing and in a quiet cul-de-sac road, sheltered from the prevailing winds making it a real suntrap.
The accommodation is spacious with 3 large bedrooms, one with full ensuite bathroom and a further bathroom. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. Utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area. The villa is tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standard with quality furniture, satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and CD player.
The villa has a large tiled sun terrace area with private heated pool 12' by 25', sun loungers, umbrellas, table, chairs and barbeque. Private car parking.

Sehr gut.

Wir haben dort 11 Tage Urlaub gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermietung ist gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Der Poolservice kommt jeden Tag. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig und der Strand in 10 Minuten erreichbar und sehr groß. Einkaufsmöglichleiten, Bars und Restaurants sind auch in 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Werden wahrscheinlich nochmal dort Urlaub machen.

Lovely

Great villa - everything you could possibly need for a holiday. Good location, quiet no through road, Lidl is a short walk away. Lovely pool area for relaxing. Great experience from start to finish.

The house is very nice with a generous pool and outside area The kitchen area is great with loads of utensils pans ect All white goods work perfectly The living room is large with lots of space The bedrooms are a good size as well The only think i was not to keen on was the memory foam beds -but this is a personnel think and some pillows could do with being changed -but not the end of world In summery lovely house in a lovely quite location Thanks for the stay

Villa stay

The villa is in a excellent location clean and tidy with everything you need our own issues where no light by front door on when we had a night flight but the issue was sorted straight away when I asked Kim to sort it for us bulb had gone in light. Pool said it was heated but it’s not heated like we’ve had before did mention it to pool guy when come but said can’t turn it up. Just needs a bit of modifications. We would return to the villa

Didn't want to come home!

We were here in mid September and absolutely loved every minute of it. We honestly didn't want to come home. Communication with the owner was great. We had all sorts of daft questions before we arrived and they were answered promptly via the app. The layout of the villa is all on one level with spacious rooms and plenty of storage. It's all very private and you are not overlooked at all. Outdoor area is fabulous. The pool is clean and well maintained with the pool guy coming early to clean it every 2-3 days. Interior is dated, but I believe this is reflected in the price and it is worth every penny. If anything could be improved it would be to replace the beds and possibly install air conditioning, but we coped fine in 27°C+ heat. If anyone is reluctant to book due to the hilly nature of Puerto del Carmen please don't. There are taxi ranks all along the front and they arrive very quickly and it only cost us around 3€ per journey. We had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to book here again if we were returning to Lanzarote.

First time villa holiday

Fantastic holiday in this villa, stayed here with family and friends and it was perfect. Great location, 15 minute walk to old town or 10 mins down to the strip. Any queries we had were answered and sorted through the app very quickly. Yes some of the fixtures have seen better days, however everything was clean and the villa is well laid out for two families sharing. Pool is perfect! Would definitely stay here again. 😁

parfait pour notre séjour

Villa conforme à la description, bien équipée, piscine très agréable et entretenue durant la semaine. Juste un bémol pour la literie qui mériterait un coup de neuf! Petits commerces de proximité à 5 mn à pied, et un LIDL tout proche également. Plage accessible en 10 mn, restaurants et bar.. Emplacement très pratique pour rayonner dans toute l'île. Location à recommander

Very good

Very good for our group of 6 persons, but the kitchen is not equipped to cook for 6 persons. Suggestion: a large cooking pot, and some new frying pans. We had a very good time in the house, nice warm swimming pool, big open space around.

Lovely villa close to amenities

Lovely basic villa, with everything u need. Pool was great and cleaned during the week. We would definitely book again. Local spar shops 5 min walk and main strip, beach around 10-15 min walk.

First Impressions

Overall very satisfied with property and location. It was a problem that we were unable to get a hire car. Lanzarote was very hot but it became chilly in the evening so could have done with some heating on occasion. Some of the bedding and the beds are dated and could do with a refurb.

Lovely property in the heart of Lanzarote

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. But there was a couple of items that may need attention for future guest. 1. There was small pieces of broken glass on the floor when we arrived, my daughter cut her foot on a piece. 2. The drum of the washing machine needs a extremely good clean, I had to clean this before using. 3. The front door needs looked at as it is very hard to open and close, if this was an elderly couple they would struggle. 4. Some things around the house need fixed e.g.. curtain hook, bathroom cabinet knobs, locker drawers etc, general wear and tear of property. These are minor items but probably need attention soon. Thanks a million once again we loved lanzarote. And i would stay at this property again, my family has used it many times.

Fantastic villa for our family holiday

Stayed here for a week in April fantastic villa pool was cleaned a few times during our stay villa very clean all instructions very clean. Not far to walk down to main area villa area was very quiet can't thank you enough we've certainly enjoyed this holiday and are sure to book a villa again and hope will be back to this one for a nice quiet break xx
