Amazing Views!

The stay was fantastic from the start. Interacting with the host was simple and easy, as she was incredibly responsive. Our arrival was seamless as the house was immaculate with nice furniture throughout! The views from the porch and dock were breathtaking. We all enjoyed having our morning coffee out there. Could not have dreamed of a better stay.

A great Beach House

The house was beautiful, exactly as it was presented on Vrbo. It was fully stocked with kitchen, bathroom, cleaning items. The toy closet was filled with games and toys for all ages. The host was very available and helpful. It was a 5 star home.

Mc Family Vacation

Great house - don’t pass by this one! Ashley is Awesome! I have been coming to OCMD on vacation since my children have been babies. Now that they are adults and have children of their own it’s been a challenge to find a house that we can all be comfortable in. A few years ago I found Ashley’s home on the bay and it is truly our home away from home. The house is beautiful and clean. The open concept allows us all to be together without being on top of each other. The dock is perfect for fishing, crabbing or just relaxing. Didn’t have the boat this year but when we do - perfect setup! We really don’t need to go anywhere as we just enjoy our time there! We will be back! Thanks Ashley for another great vacation!

Nice vacation week

Location and amenities are excellent with pool and playground in the development for the grandkids. Furniture and rugs are dated and "tired". Needs a refresh. Short drive to beach and boardwalk. Going again in a few weeks.

1st time Fenwick. The Fenwick beach state park is carry on carry out so take trash bag parking $10, 10 min drive from house. Not crowded. House was immaculate cleanest we ve ever stayed at and hands down best stocked especially kitchen area. Read description don’t forget to take bed sheets, pillow covers, bathing and beach towels as well as a few hand towels. Nice layout with main level Master w full bath ideal for GPs is multigen trip. Ashley was very communicative and definitely would stay here again.

This was a great vacay and beautiful home. We had the most enjoyable time and the amenities were first rate. Negatives: was originally advertised as 3 full baths, but is only 2. The ad was recently corrected. No fire extinguisher in the home. Otherwise, a wonderful property. Thanks.

Wonderful

We cant say enough about this rental it was everything we was hoping for the owners were wonderful to work with and the place was wonderful. It was close to everything without being right in the middle of the traffic and crowds. We ate several meals at the house since we had our grandchildren with us and we had everything we need to make a meal there. We would stay at this place again. My husband really loved the place because he got to take hi s new boat and enjoy it while we took kids to the pool. Thank you Ashley for sharing your wonderful home with us we really did enjoy it.

Gorgeous home in a great location

This house is gorgeous. The set up worked perfectly for our trip. Close to the beach and restaurants. And the hosts were great and easy to get a hold of when we realized we left something important after our checkout. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

"Island" stay

You will not be disappointed. This property is pristine and true to the photos. Quiet neighborhood but close to anything you will need or want to see. Kitchen well stocked. Absolutely beautiful beach house! Ashley is so nice and great with communication. Fenwick beach was a quick drive away, clean, and not too crowded. We loved spending time on the sun porch at the end of the day. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Everything about this house was wonderful! The location and view were really nice, and the area was very quiet. The house was newer, extremely clean and we'll furnished. The amenities provided us with everything we needed. And, because the house was so spacious, our grown children and grandchildren were able to visit and spend time together. We would definitely book again!

This property was incredible for our “home base” for a wedding weekend. The home is meticulously maintained, incredibly clean, and stocked with everything a group may need!!!! We had an amazing girl's weekend! We always had space and everyone had their own bedroom. Many accommodations and local attractions! Beautiful view to sip coffee in the morning while looking at the sunrise. Host, is very responsive and helpful!

Beautiful & clean home, very close to the MD & DE beaches

The home was clean and bright with a beautiful view of the water right outside, just as pictured in the listing. It was very close to the beaches in DE & MD (5 min. drive), including the Ocean City, MD, boardwalk. The owners were very prompt in their responses. The home also had very fast internet, which made our stay while working from time to time much less stressful!
