Dieses schöne Haus bietet alles, was Sie für den perfekten Urlaub! Es verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer und ein abgeschirmtes großen Swimmingpool. Es gibt 2 Master-Suiten (eine mit einem Kingsize-Bett und das andere mit einem Queen-Bett), beide mit en-suite Badezimmer und führt zur Veranda und Pool / Spa-Bereich. Jedes der 2 weitere Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen eigenen 2 Einzelbetten und ein gemeinsames Luxus-Badezimmer. Die Villa ist komplett eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank, LCD-TVs (einschließlich einer 42-Zoll im Familienzimmer), Highspeed-Internet, Telefon, Billardtisch, Airhockey, Geschirr, Baby-Dienstprogramme (Krippe, Hochstuhl und Kinderwagen), und viele andere. Die fantastische Layout dieser Villa erlaubt die Mehrzahl der Zimmer auf den vollständig abgeschirmten Pool-Deck zu öffnen, die einen Kinderschutzzaun um den optional beheizten Pool hat. Außerhalb hat einen sehr geräumigen Pool-Deck und eine überdachte Veranda mit Tisch und Stühlen und Sonnenliegen.

Unsere Villa wurde erst vor kurzem von einem professionellen Innendekorateur renoviert. Alle Gerät, Möbel, Schlafzimmer-Sets, Fernseher und viele andere Annehmlichkeiten sind ganz neu, um Ihren Aufenthalt wirklich "frei zu kümmern."

The Orange Tree Gemeinschaft verfügt über einen Tennisplatz, Basketballplatz, ein großes Fußballfeld und 2 Kinderspielplätze. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.

Tolles Haus!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat uns wunderbar gefallen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr schnell und nett. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa! Nur beachten, falls relevant: Der Airhockey Tisch ist leider nicht wie auf den Fotos im Wohnzimmer, sondern in der Garage.

Was a 3 generation trip to Disney and other attractions in the area. The house gave us room to spread out after a busy day. The kids loved the pool table and the pool with the toys. This home felt like home away from home for us. Our kids absolutely adored the pool and the themed bedrooms! Nice and clean when we checked in and Connie even accommodated us to check in early. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Very comfortable

The house had a very home like feeling. Plenty of utensils and cooking equipment for our stay. Easy drive to theme parks. Pool was a great size for the 5 of us with plenty of room to spare. Hot tub was perfect with the chilly weather. The firmness of the bed was perfect and i slept better there than in my own home. The property owner is fantastic and was very accomidating to our travel times. Would definetly stay at this property again on our next visit.

Fantastic!

We had a great time at the property. Owner is very friendly and attentive to any needs or questions. There is not a single complain I can think of this property. The entire home is great. Amenities are appropriate - and pool and view... beautiful and peaceful. My wife and I come to Florida every year for long stays in November to visit with family and this beautiful home provided us with exactly what we needed. Thank you! Great house, needs some deep cleaning

We rented this house for four adults and five kids. The house layout was perfect for what we needed. The pool area was great. Our only real complaint was at the house was really dirty and needed a deep clean. There were also lots of flies that flew into the pool screen, because there were tears in the screen. It would also be nice if there were ceiling fans in each room. They did provide other fans, but the ceiling fans would’ve been nice to help circulate the air. Overall, we had a great time at the house but the house needs a really good cleaning.

A perfect family villa

We stayed in August 2022 and had a really good time. The villa is perfectly located to all the main Orlando attractions and close to local amenities which was really convenient. The villa itself was very well presented with good sized bedrooms, living area and outdoor space. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were also plenty of towels, bed linen and pool toys for us. The pool itself was wonderful, my 3 children never wanted to get out and it was great to have the gate in place for my 2 year old. The only thing worth considering is that although the villa is for up to 8 people, there weren’t enough chairs outside for us a family of 5 to eat together. It would be nice to have more chairs but that’s a really minor point. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely look to rebook if we were travelling to Orlando in the future.

Excellent Stay

Very clean, well kept and comfortable. Pool and hot tub are great. The location was fantastic, close to what you need, yet a very peaceful neighborhood. Property owner Connie was responsive and a pleasure to deal with, and her property manager David was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to others.

No Hurricane policy, that's just wrong!

Found a few bugs in kitchen and bathroom, one bathroom sink leaked under sink into floor the entire stay. Very upset about having to leave 4 days early due to the hurricane and there is no hurricane policy so I didn't get any money back on the days that we didn't stay there. Every time ive had to come back home to TN due to a hurricane I have gotten a partial refund but not this time so I will not be staying here again. So don't rent this house during hurricane season, you will lose your money!

Good spot to stay!

Overall a good spot to stay when in Orlando., On average about 25-45 min to parks depending on traffic and was close to Walmart, grocery store and restaurants. Property was clean, beds were comfortable and owner was quick to respond if any issue did arise.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa

Following numerous cancellations due to restrictions we managed to get back to Florida for our Disney adventure. This is our first time using VRBO and found Orange Tree. From the moment we placed the reservation, Connie was fantastic in getting everything ready and communicated with us the whole time. The villa is in a beautiful, quiet location and around 30-40 mins away from the parks. It was very clean and tidy with the relevant information needed to ensure a fantastic visit. During our time Connie did reach out if we had any issues and to contact her if we did. Absolutely fantastic service and we are already planning to stay at Orange Tree again for our next holiday.

Perfect!

We had two families of four stay here and it was perfect! Pool was warm and fun, spacious layout, and a table big enough for all 8 of us. The only thing was the queen room does not have their own bathroom, it is shared with another room. Otherwise this place met all expectations and was very comfortable.
