Wir sind stolz darauf, "The Playhouse Retreat" zu präsentieren. Dies ist das Nr. 1 Resort Ferienhaus in Scottsdale für Erwachsene und Kinder jeden Alters.

Alles ist innen und außen brandneu. Kürzlich wurden über 1 Million US-Dollar in die Renovierung dieses Anwesens investiert, um ein einzigartiges Prunkstück zu schaffen.

Sie betreten den Hinterhof über eine große überdachte Terrasse, auf der sich ein Sitzbereich und ein Esstisch mit Platz für 12 Personen befinden.

Die Poolanlage ist mit Liegestühlen und Sitzgelegenheiten in Resortqualität ausgestattet. Es gibt viel Platz für Sie und alle Ihre Freunde, um am Pool abzuhängen und die Sonne von Arizona zu genießen.

Es gibt einen großen Wellnessbereich für acht Personen, den jeder genießen kann.

Der gesamte Pool- und Wellnessbereich ist mit einem Gatter versehen. Wenn Sie also kleine Kinder haben, brauchen Sie sich keine Sorgen zu machen, dass diese nach draußen wandern und in den Pool fallen. Es ist kindersicher und familienfreundlich.

Apropos Kinder, es gibt ein paar spezielle Bereiche im Hinterhof, die nur für Kinder sind. Es gibt einen brandneuen kommerziellen Spielplatz. So sind Ihre Kleinen garantiert stundenlang beschäftigt.

Worth EVERY Penny

We stayed for 5 days at this amazing property with grandpa, 3 kiddos (ages 7, 6 and 3), auntie and uncle, and us (mom and dad). Everyone enjoyed the property so very much. It's very clean, very well organized and has just about everything you need for your stay which took away a lot of that stress to set everything up. The kids enjoyed the backyard so much that it was always a fight to try to get them in the car to explore the area! But truly, you didn't even need to go anywhere. You were already at your own personal resort. I will say that you will NOT regret staying here - book it.

Great Staycation

The property and location was excellent. The house amenities are awesome and perfect for families with kids, especially young ones. I was grateful that we didnt have to pack strollers or highchairs or kids plates and utensils. The only feedback we had was that there needs to be additional shade around the pool and splashpad.

The house has something for every age group. The outdoor area is spectacular. The grilling area could use some type of cover to shade it from the Arizona sun. Beautiful pool and hot tub. The splash pad was commercial grade. The pickleball court was another favorite. Everyone had a great time!

Wonderful place to stay with our kids and grandkids. Grandkids ages from 1 month to 5 years old. They all had a great time in the backyard. Wonderful family vacation

I’m always on the hunt for fun and unique places for our yearly family vacation and this home did not disappoint. It was amazing and our 3 grandchildren had the best time ever! Our days were filled with swimming, using the splash pad, putting on the green, using the playground every single day. The house was very well equipped and I appreciated that they had a second refrigerator in the garage as we cooked most meals at the house. We loved every minute of our stay and Brisa, the property manager was great to work with. I highly recommend this wonderful home. The outdoor space is incredible!

This was our second time staying at the property. We had 6 adults and 6 children ranging in ages from 6 to 17. They all loved the vacation, a great pool, splash pad, basketball, pickleball, shuffle board and playground and village. Kept them all busy and happy. Fun for everyone

We had a small family reunion with kids ages 5 to 10. They were busy and could be unsupervised the whole time. The property is perfect for smaller children as well and extremely well stocked. We much appreciated extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, cooking supplies, and sunscreen. Brisa was fantastic and very responsive. We would stay here every year.

Amazing home

We had a group of friends celebrating some 40th birthdays. The house was set up perfectly for young adults and young children. They really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The hot tub and pool were well heated and able to be used even though the weather didn't cooperate with us. The property manager was super easy to communicate with and responded back to texts right away. They also helped accommodate any requests we had. It was a beautiful property and we very much enjoyed our stay! I've already been asked to pass the info along to our other friends!

This is a fabulous spot for a family gathering. Even better than the pictures. Spotlessly clean and has everything anyone could need. We had a little problem with the air conditioning in the casita bedroom. It was handled very quickly. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Nothing could be better!

Perfect family destination for kids!

This was by far the most unique and fun VRBO location we have ever stayed at. There was so much to do (pickle ball, shuffleboard, playground, splash pad, putting green, mini, soccer field, basketball, hoop, pool, fire pit, tiny town, etc) that we never really had to leave the property. The house was well-maintained and clean, the property manager was very responsive, and there were so many toys and activities for the kids they were never bored. We would love to return!

Fantastic Family Getaway

This house was amazing for our multi-family vacation. Two teenagers (14 and 16) loved the basketball, pool, hot tub and pickleball. Two younger kiddos (3 and 4) loved everything else. The fact that the little kids could go out in the yard and not worry about the pool or leaving the yard was fantastic. The house itself was spotless and stocked with everything we could possibly need - so many beach towels, so many bath towels, so many dishes - it was great. The little kid room was perfect for the little kids in our group. The extra bedroom around the back was so private. The master bedroom was huge and the master bathroom was so beautiful. I can't say enough about how great this house was for our families. Thank you for a great family vacation.
