19 Blue ist ein modernes, ein Schlafzimmer, in sich geschlossene Ferienhaus im schönen Strand-Seite Vorort von Blackmans Bay. Nur zwölf Minuten von Hobart, ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Ihre südlichen Tasmanischen Tourismus Destinationen.

19 Blue wurde eingerichtet und mit Liebe und Sorgfalt ausgestattet: gemütliche Landhausstilmöbel und mit vielen kleinen Extras, die von den Gästen sehr geschätzt werden.

Set in den Besitzer schöne, Hütte Garten, 19 Blue ist eine kleine Oase in diesem schönen Vorort so nah an den Strand und andere Attraktionen.

Eine Veranda verläuft über die gesamte Länge der Vorderseite des Hauses. Ein privates Deck, hinten, ist ein idealer Ort für einen erholsamen Drink oder ein sonniges Morgenfrühstück. Das Haus mit Blick auf den Gemüsegarten des Besitzers, von dem Sie Gemüse für Ihre eigenen Bedürfnisse wählen können.

Parken ist an der Straße.

19 Blue ist mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und Wäscherei ausgestattet. Die Küche hat einen Koch- und Mikrowellenherd.

Großzügige ländliche Frühstückszutaten werden zur Verfügung gestellt, für Ihren ersten Morgen, mit Speck, Freiland-Eier von den Besitzer-Chooks und der Besitzer-Haus in Flaschen Früchte und Müsli. Sie können sogar das Glück, einen Laib selbstgebackenes Brot zu bekommen!

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit Doppelverglasung isoliert. Heizung ist elektrisch.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über eine TV / DVD-Player mit Magazinen und einen Ordner mit Tagesreise Routenvorschläge. CDs und eine gute Auswahl an DVDs zur Verfügung gestellt werden als Brettspiele sind.

Das Bayview Einkaufszentrum ist nur auf der Straße mit einer Nachrichtenagentur, Apotheke, Arztpraxis, Supermarkt, Gerichte zum Mitnehmen und anderen Fachgeschäften.

Blackmans Bay Strand ist ein zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wo finden Sie 2 ausgezeichnete Restaurants: 'der Strand' und Jack Loves Red. Auch Bombay in der Bucht für das beste indische Essen!

Kingston Beach ist etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die eine Café-Meile und anderen Geschäften. Beide Strände haben schöne Klippenwanderungen.

19 Blue ist von zentraler Bedeutung für alle wichtigen touristischen Ziele; das Huon Valley D'Entrecasteaux Kanal mit der Fähre nach Bruny Island nur 20 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Port Arthur ist etwa eine und eine halbe Autostunde. Hobart mit allem, was unsere schöne Hauptstadt in nur eine kurze Fahrt zu bieten hat.

What a Gem!

Spent 10 days at 16 Blue and loved every minute of it. Cute, compact little cottage, very private with a beautiful garden. 10 out of 10 for our hosts, Judith and Chris, in providing the personal touches that make a property special. It was a lovely haven to return home to after a day of exploring. Blackmans Bay Beach is beautiful, as is the next bay across, Boronia Beach, both within easy walking distance. Would throughly recommend.

Absolutely delightful

A beautiful welcome of delicious bread, with butter and homemade jam. Handmade soap in the shower was a lovely touch. The 'Alice's' were gorgeous. Judith and Chris are wonderful hosts.

This is a lovely quiet place to stay; close to family, to Blackmans Bay, and with easy access to the city. It is quiet, comfortable in a very pleasant garden. The hosts are friendly and helpful. What more could one ask?

Little home away from home!

We loved our stay at 19 Blue! Such hospitable thoughtful hosts and there wasn't one thing to fault. Loved the fresh homemade bread and jam, and the fresh eggs and bacon. The location was also perfect to explore the Hobart surrounding areas during our first few days in Tassie. Highly recommended! Thanks Judith and Chris!

Comfortable and Cosy

My daughter and I stayed here and it was perfect for the 2 of us. It was nice and warm and had everything we needed.It also had a terrific view which I enjoyed every morning while having my morning coffee. The homemade touches Judith put in the property were lovely. Highly reccommended.

Home away from Home

What a wonderful stay we had at 19 Blue! The cottage was beautifully appointed, so very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtfulness that had gone into the needs of the traveller. The generous provision of breakfast items was most welcome. We especially loved the peaceful setting, the trees and cottage garden, the bird life to observe, and of course, the chooks! A wonderful stay!

We recently gave ourselves a short break from grandparent activities and had a most wonderful stay at 19 Blue. The location suited us perfectly: a short zippy trip into Hobart, and easy access to Bruny Island, Cygnet and southern bays and forests. In addition 19 Blue is gorgeous; lovely garden with cornflowers and Cecil Brunner roses together with home bottled fruit and organic broad beans to pick. Loved the chooks too, didn't have to waste any food scraps. The cottage is really comfortable and set up with such care and consideration. Hosts Judith and Chris are friendly, caring and absolutely considerate. We'd love to return.

Excellent propery

I had a wonderful stay at 19Blue. The owners, Judith and Chris, are very welcoming, it is peaceful and very comfortable with lots of home-baked extras all put out for you. It feels like a home from home with everything you could want. Now that I've stayed once I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. I loved it!

Excellent property

I loved this property the moment I walked into it. So quiet, comfortable and with many home-baked goodies to see you through the first three days. All the amenities are first class and there's nothing you could want for - this is just a perfect home from home. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else now that I've sampled the delights of 19Blue. I'll be back!

excellent property

We were very happy with our choice of 19 Blue for our Tasmanian holiday. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed into a warm and inviting dwelling. Breakfast supplies meant we did not have to rush to the shops. We found that all our basic needs were covered and we enjoyed the little luxury touches. Our hosts were most caring and willing to help in any way possible.

Hi There,
We are the owners of 19 Blue self contained Holiday Cottage in Blackmans Bay. We also run a Business called Live History in which we bring the history of Tasmania to life using our skills as actors. Each day at 12 Noon we can be seen performing our iconic play Her Story. It is set in the Cascades Female Factory & tells the story of a convict woman. It's done in Strolling Theatre style so, by the end, you also know a lot about the history of convict women. Guests staying at 19 Blue can see us setting off in costume.......plus of course you are encouraged to come & see our performance. Some people say it is the highlight of their stay in Tasmania but that makes us BLUSH!!!
We also love hosting our cottage of which we are very proud. We put a lot of love & care into making your stay comfortable & just that little bit different. 19 Blue is furnished with eclectic things all combining to give a country feel. The home made bread, jam & eggs from our own chooks are delicious! You are welcome to come down & visit the chooks & bring them your food scraps & also pick any, in season, fruit & veggies from our garden. 19 Blue is the very opposite of a slick, bland, hotel chain! It has character & soul... You can purchase our own jams & chutneys plus our lovely homemade soaps too which make lovely holiday gifts.
We respect your privacy but are also on hand to help & advise & welcome you down for a cuppa or glass of wine if you are the sociable types!!

19 Blue is just that bit different so satisfies those who are looking for a holiday cottage with a Vibe! It is set in a lovely garden and has lovely views over Blackmans Bay. Despite being just fifteen minutes from Hobart it has a rural feel to it with beaches and the bush just minutes away. It stands at the gateway to the Huon Valley and the D'Entrecasteaux Channel and is just twenty minutes drive away from the Bruny Island Ferry Terminal.
Yet, it also offers local cafes, shops and amenities such as doctors, a library and hairdressers.
The trendy Kingston Beach is only two minutes down the road.
