Diese Wohnung wurde professionell renoviert, mit Blick auf einen tropischen Garten und seitlichem Meerblick.
Unsere erwachsenenorientierte Einheit verfügt über zwei große Flachbildfernseher, hochwertige Möbel im tropischen Stil, darunter ein KING BED & Queen-Sofa, einen Tommy Bahama-Couchtisch und viele hochwertige Kunstgegenstände.
Kostenloses Kabel-TV und WLAN sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Bringen Sie also Ihre WLAN-Geräte mit.
Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich in zentraler Lage im Resort, ohne Straßenlärm. Der Strand "Kam III" ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß oder die Pools und Spas in 1 Minute zu erreichen.
Unsere modernisierte Küche ist ein Genuss für den Koch und mit Artikeln ausgestattet, die Sie für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigen. Viele Geschirrteile, Stielgläser, Kochgeschirr, Toaster, Kaffeemühlen, Mixer, Messer usw. Wir haben auch einen zusätzlichen Weinkühlschrank.
Es gibt eine neue Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit mit einem Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Zusätzlich teilen wir Strandtücher, Sonnenschirm, Kühler und Tommy Bahama Strandstühle für Ihre Ausflüge.
Die geflieste Veranda im Freien ist ideal für einen Drink bei Sonnenuntergang oder einen Morgenbrunch. Genießen Sie auch eine tolle Brise mit der Sicherheit unserer abschließbaren Sicherheitstür für den Vordereingang.
Zu den Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts zählen eine gepflegte Außenanlage, gewundene Wege zum Strand und zu den Pools, zwei Whirlpools (einer nur für Erwachsene), ein Kinderplanschbecken, ein Fitnessstudio, vier Tennisplätze, Grillmöglichkeiten und Spazierwege. Es gibt einen Schalter für Aktivitäten am Pool, an dem Sie Ihre Inselausflüge buchen können.
Geschäfte, Restaurants und kilometerlange Strände von Weltklasse sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Andere nahe gelegene Aktivitäten umfassen Weltklasse-Golfen, Schnorcheln, Body-Surfen, Stand-Up-Paddle-Boarding, Kajakfahren und Bootsabenteuer wie Walbeobachtung, Tauchen, Angeln, Dinner-Kreuzfahrten usw.

Great location, well stocked

We really enjoyed the location. Easy to walk to the beaches, overall very quiet and unit being on the main level makes it so easy to load and unload from the day. Also everything we needed and appreciated the extra supplies.

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first floor provided easy access both for walking and arriving and leaving the property. The kitchen was very well stocked making it easy for us to prepare quick meals. Overall super nice and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again.

Love everything about this beautiful home!

Beautiful condo! Our favorite spot to stay! The apartment location is very convenient with its own patio with the most beautiful view. The pool area, gym and renting booth is 30 seconds away. The beach is right across the street! The hosts were very welcoming leaving a welcome gift and a sweet note! Had everything we would need including beach supplies and snorkeling gear. Definitely recommend for a family vacation home! Can’t wait to be back!

This is an excellent place to stay! Check in process was made simple by the owner. She answered all of my questions, including questions I didn't know I had. I would stay here again. Beach in front of the condo was wonderful. You can walk to plenty of places to eat. Just overall, a wonderful and clean place to stay.

Just like home.

Our whole experience was great. The unit has everything you need for an awesome stay. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. The pool area was relaxing to spend time at when not at the beach. The property is located right accross the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. We will definately stay there again.

Excellent choice

We had a great vacation in Maui. The condo was fantastic, beautiful furnishings with a Hawiian theme. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and more. As soon as the groceries were put away, it felt like we were home.

Superb choice!

This condo is clean and modern and in an awesome location, just a short walk to Kam 3. We loved the ground floor location, which made it so easy to go to the pool, less than a minute walk from the condo. The resort is so pretty with manicured grounds and many beautiful flowers. The condo is super well equipped, with everything you could need in the kitchen. We also appreciated having spices and oils we could use. We had a late flight home and were able to pay for a late check out time. The ability to do this added a whole day onto our vacation! Gwen was an excellent host; easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is considering renting it!

Great place, great property managers, we would stay here again!

We really enjoyed this place. It is well equipped, classy, homey and the location is fantastic. We enjoyed walking to the pool, barbecue or across the street to the beach. We had a perfect vacation, aside from the fact that the dishwasher broke. We were a bit surprised that we were not offered some (any) sort of compensation from the owners for going 4 days without a dishwasher. But it didn't ruin our vacation because all of the pluses made it a fantastic getaway.

Very nice place to stay. Recommended.

We love this place. Everything was perfect. Very clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Everything we needed was there. The unit was beautifully remodeled with attention to detail and had nice furniture. We enjoyed the patio with a peekaboo view of the ocean. The condominium complex is well managed, and their swimming pool was nice. The complex is located across the street from a beach. We could walk to the beach in 5-10 min. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you!

Amazing stay

Me and my husband came for our honeymoon. The space we rented from Gwen and Dennis was so lovely. the check in process was easy. Just a quick walk to the beach, whether to hang out there for the day or just to see the sunset. The pool is very close to the room and it was amazing having a first floor unit. Gwen and Dennis were so nice to deal with and left a few goodies as a welcome gift! They have most of the amenities you will need for the week! The only recommendation I have is if possible stop by the condo before going grocery shopping to ensure you don’t have to go back out again, or buy stuff that they already have!

The property was just as described and was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home with during our family vacay! We were pleasantly surprised to arrive to a thank you note and welcome gifts. Our friends were staying in other units in bldg 9 and there’s weren’t nearly as nice as this one. The location of our unit had a beautiful morning view and a huge grass lawn steps away from the pool. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but the cabinets were loaded with enough stuff to host a party. I was initially concerned about not having central air (just a wall unit in the family room) but between the ceiling fans and the wall unit it was surprisingly comfortable. Would recommend this property and plan to return in the future!

Family getaway

I booked this 1-br condo at the last-minute for my daughter, her fiancé, and 15-month old grandson. We loved the fact that it is a floor-level condo in Building 5, allowing my grandson to play in the grassy area. It is also steps to the swimming pool and one of the BBQ areas. The only thing that was unsatisfactory for my daughter’s stay was the washer. There was a sign posted on the washer indicating that they fixed it to the best of their ability. Still, it was an extremely frustrating process for her to be able to wash clothes efficiently. Other than that, they enjoyed their stay in the condo and would rent again.

Great, relaxing ground floor condo. Perfect for family trip

We were traveling with family for this visit and had family members staying in several condos in building 5. We loved this location (both in Kihei and in the complex). Being on the ground floor makes coming and going particularly easy, while the condo itself was a great place to relax and meet with other family members during our trip. We spent much of the time on the lanai, as it was very comfortable to sit and chat or just watch the sun go down. The trade winds cooled the condo nicely, though the AC also helped take the heat out of the air at times. Communication with Gwen was AMAZING. She was really on top of things and provided great information before and during our trip. Of the three condos our family stayed in during this trip, Gwen was the first to inform us of some planned, complex-wide, work that was going to have to be done while we were there and checked on us to make sure that all was well. This condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. This was a great condo and we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all. Thanks Gwen!

2 weeks in Paradise

Great location, fantastic property and a unit that has almost everything. All you need to do is show up with groceries. We really enjoyed the ground floor unit. The kitchen was probably stocked with more 'tools' than our own home. There was also a good selection of spices available. Probably the only item on a unit wish list would have been AC in the bedroom …. but really, with a ceiling fan and tower fan that is a true first world problem. We also made good use of the snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. It was so relaxing to sit out front in the morning for a coffee... A great way to start the day! It's a real bonus to have 2 bathrooms, even for one couple.... highly recommended. Thanks also for the great communication. The owners are extremely responsive and when our dates changed, they were also very accommodating. We would go back again. thanks so much for letting us use your beautiful Maui home. Pam and Stu

Wonderful place to stay

We are so happy that we changed our plans from staying at the local popular hotel to this apartment. We had more room and flexibility with meals for half the cost. Very nice resort with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
