Villas Nizuc, Villa # 25 ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. 3 Balkone, 2 mit Meerblick und 1 mit Blick auf die Lagune. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer auf der ersten Ebene. Die Villa verfügt über eine eigene Außenterrasse mit Meerblick, einem Esstisch auf der Außenterrasse und 2 Liegestühlen. Wir bieten Wifi, TV mit Kabel, CD und DVD mit der Option, sich bei Netflix anzumelden. Die Villa befindet sich in der Hauptzone des Hotels in Cancún. Wir befinden uns zwischen dem Westin Regina und dem Sun Palace Hotel bei Km20 am Boulevard Kukulcan in der einzigen Hauptzone des Hotels. Ein Reinigungsservice wird täglich angeboten, um die Unterkunft zu warten. Roberto ist mein Gastgeber und bietet Ihnen einen außergewöhnlichen Kundenservice. Einige Kochservices können gegen Aufpreis mit Roberto arrangiert werden. Wir können nur (8) Personen unterbringen, unabhängig vom Alter. Keine Besucher
zulässig.

Die Villen sind eine Wohnanlage und haben eine 24 Stunden. Sicherheit, Handwerker, Gärtner,
Poolpflege, Strandreinigung und Bodenpflege sind wunderschön gepflegt. Wir sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Sie können eine Reihe von verschiedenen Aktivitäten am Strand wie Parasailing, Jetski und Schnorcheln genießen. Wir sind nur wenige Minuten von Hunderten von Restaurants, Einkaufszentren und Jachthäfen entfernt, aber unsere Villen sind privat und ruhig. Wir bieten Ihnen 2 Parkplätze vor der Villa. Taxi, Busverbindungen und Mietwagen befinden sich direkt vor der Villa. Unsere Villen sind ideal für Familien, Paare oder Freunde, die zusammen reisen und bleiben möchten. Unsere Villen sind zurückhaltend und NICHT für Leute geeignet, die feiern oder trinken wollen. Wir können 8 bequem unterbringen und sind weitaus günstiger als in einem Resort of Hotel. Jedes der 3 Zimmer ist physisch von Ihrem eigenen Badezimmer getrennt. 1 Minute zu Fuß zu den Pools. 1 Pool ist für kleine Kinder und 1 Minute zu Fuß durch unsere wunderschön angelegte Palmenanlage.

Heavenly retreat in Cancun

The Nizuc Condos are a slice of heaven! Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel zone yet close enough if you want to partake. Roberto and his staff were lovely. Extremely accomodating and a joy to be around. We will definately return.

Beautiful Condo in great area

We all loved our stay at Villa Nizuc. Our only regret was not staying longer. Roberto cooked us a great dinner and we got to see the turtles coming ashore and laying their eggs. Great location, beautiful roomy accomadations.

Simply Outstanding!

Communication with Alicia was great and she answered all of our questions right away. Our stay was incredible, the property was just as nice as the photos and the ocean views are majestic. Beach was so close to the property and just clear, clean and beautiful. The Villas provide chairs/umbrellas for the beach which the lifeguard set up for us which was a very nice touch and something less for us to have to worry about during our beach days. The pool was so nice and clean and not busy as most days our family had the whole pool to ourselves. The location is perfect as we took the red bus for transportation most of the time and the bus stop was just a few steps outside the main gate. I do recommend if you do tours to use Sun Palace (next door) as your pick up location as most tour companies only pick up at hotel/resorts. All the staff including security, cleaning crew, life guard, maintenance were very hospitable and welcoming but the very best was Roberto!! He was an amazing on-site host, he checked in with us often to made sure we didn't need anything, we also hired him to cook for my mom's birthday and the food was Amazing!! I not only hope to be back very soon but I cannot stop recommending this property to friends and family. THANK YOU Alicia & Roberto!

Excellent property

Everything was amazing 🤩 the view the villa the pool the cleanliness the comunication with the owner she responded every question I had. The chek in was supper fast and smooth after getting there like around 1am we didn’t have any trouble at all. Loved the fact that it’s a gated condominium. And let me tell you about Roberto he is the most wonderful amazing person he was so welcomeing, friendly and helpful he should be employee of the year 😄. Bus stoped right outside the villa we didn’t have any trouble with transportation it was only 12 pesos. In conclusion the villa Nizuc #25 was a 10⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ place.

Overall great stay!

Roberto was fabulous! He cooked for us twice and both meals were great. It would be nice to have chairs or seating on the upper balcony patios. Unable to have any drinks in/near the pool. They are very strict about that. Chairs/lounges available on the beach. Beach is lovely. Easy to access bus to get into town. Recommend Navios for dinner- is within walking distance.

Exceptional property

Exceptional property located in the hotel zone. Far enough from the noisy entertainment area but an easy bus or taxi ride to shopping and dining. We used the Uber eats app for our grocery delivery (just make sure you install it before leaving the states) which made stocking the wonderfully appointed kitchen a breeze. The pool is literally steps front the patio and the beach was steps from the pool. We loved every minute of our stay and will stay here again. Thanks Alicia for being such a wonderful host!

We loved our stay! The pool and beach are steps away from the patio. We had everything we needed and easily took the bus every where we wanted to go. The only thing we would suggest is outdoor furniture on the 3 balconies. They are beautiful spaces that are not utilized unless you want to just stand there.

More than we expected

What am amazing find this turned out to be! This is a small piece of paradise away from the hustle bustle of the hotel zone. Perfect for families. Just hop on the red bus for a dollar to get anywhere in the hotel zone. The beach, pools, views etc are amazing. Small little touches like beach toys, crib for baby, lots of towels, washer-dryer etc, are very well thought of. Security is top notch. We forgot an apple watch near the pool and the security office was kind enough to return it to us. Roberto is an amazing person and yes, what a great cook! I can go on and on… Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Property

My family and I had an amazing time in Mexico. The host, Alicia, communicated with me the entire time prior to our departure from home and all the way up to the arrival in Mexico. She always responded quickly whenever I reached out to her. Roberto was the on site host and he was very helpful and friendly. The view from the master bedroom is breath taking! Everything was absolutely wonderful and comfortable. I can’t wait to go back!

Spacious and wonderful view of the ocean.

Spacious and clean, the property is right on the beach. There's a big set of pools, a shorter one perfect for littles and a deeper one connected to it. Roberto, the manager/ unit host, was able to get us in contact with a masseuse when a family member pulled her shoulder. He was also welcoming and informative for groceries and covid testing set up. I'll definitely be back, we had a wonderful stay.

Amazing Time

This property is accurately described and communication with Alicia was quick. Our onsite host Roberto communicated almost everyday with us and was just outstanding. Roberto went above and beyond for us and I appreciate his communication and helping us. We had two false negative test and he was able to get my family in to a Pharmacy and get new test done immediately, he even drove them to the Pharmacy. Roberto cooked a dinner for us that we had enough leftovers for another meal the next day. All of these reviews do not do Roberto justice he is just a great guy who cares about his clients. Alicia you are very lucky to have Roberto as your onsite host.

Greatest location in Cancun

Perfect location right on the beach, and on the south side of Zona Hotelera where the beach isn't crowded. The kid pool was awesome. The condo was spacious and clean. Roberto (property manager) is tremendously helpful and trustworthy - I would even give him my credit card to take and use when he'd get groceries for us at the store. Having him cook for us was the best decision we made. The only downside is that apparently smoking is allowed in the common areas of Villas Nizuc, so if any of your neighbors decide to go smoke on their porch, you're stuck with having to breathe it in.

Absolutely amazing place

It's more beautiful then the pictures show. Don't bother looking anywhere else, this is where you want to stay. Peaceful, clean, full kitchen, stunning views, family friendly, safe, and welcoming. Everything was five star from the host Roberto's service, to Alicia answering questions, to a friendly maintenance/security team, to the location. Awesome villa!

My family was very pleased with our stay, not only was it beautiful like the pictures but fully stocked with everything you need. Roberto went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He is a lifesaver!! I accidentally left my passport at a Covid testing site and he went to look for it for me as my family and I were scheduled for a tour early morning. I would highly recommend this villa! Beautiful Beach Front House with Full Amenities and All Access To Pool and Beach within Feet.

The House was Amazing it was as described on website, if not better. The Bedrooms were all fully equipped. We had our own bathroom w/ showers. All the linen you need, TV, air conditioning. And the beds we’re soo comfortable. The Patio view from the Bedrooms were so breathe taking! I love the sunrise and sunsets from my room. The kitchen was updated with all new appliances! And fully stocked with all kitchen utensils. Washer and Dryer included..The Living and Dining Room were Beautifully Decorated. But I’m saving the best for last. The Host Roberto was absolutely the best part of the House!!!! He was responsive w/every request made. He was always on time and Efficient. He not only prepared and cooked a 5 Star Dinner for a group of 5 Ladies…with Lobster Tails and Steak, but he wanted stayed and help clean afterwards. Which was so funny because, I read in a review previous to my Stay that you almost had to put Reberto out..lol But he was wonderful. He had a cab service the morning we were leaving pick us up on time(4:45) am. Yes on time! I’m telling you I can’t get enough of praising him. Upon our departure at the airport I left my phone in the cab..& what do you know I called Roberto from one of the other guest phone and he answered his phone @ 5:45am. I told him In a complete panic about my phone & in his sweet voice said Si Señorita. Just put it like this I had my phone back in 15 minutes. He’s like the Jenie of Host. That was the Best Stay!! Thanks Alicia and Definitely Thanks Roberto. When Visiting Mexico this will be my stay.

Exceeded expectations!

Absolutely a great week....a perfect place for 3 couples! The accommodations, weather, beach and beach supplies, patio and pool, and management service were excellent! We also were lucky enough to have Roberto prepare dinner for us twice during our week stay...definitely recommended! We used the bus service whenever needed....fast and furious, but handy and cheap! Wonderful vacaton spot

This was our second stay in this townhome but our 7th stay in this complex. The reason we return often is because of the great accommodations, gorgeous grounds, proximity to beach and pool and all the wonderful staff. This is away from the hustle and bustle, but several good restaurants are a very short walk and the bus stops right at the front gate. Alicia's place is roomy, updated and feels more like home as it is well equipped. Great place for family or a group of friends to share time together. Adios till next our stay

Another wonderful stay

This was our third stay at the Villas and our first with Alicia and this unit. Everything was excellent and probably the best in our 3 stays so far, the condo is very well maintained and up kept. We had everything we needed for pool and beach gear provided. When we faced a few common issues that might arise during a 10 day stay the staff was incredible at meeting the requirements to remedy whatever situation might occur. Thanks to Alicia and staff for again making the Villas feel like our home away from home!!

EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR FAMILY GETAWAY!!

So we stayed 5 nights in this unit and 5 nights in the next door unit and have no complaints. I read all the reviews before booking and had family and friends that had stayed at Villas Nizuc in the past so we felt pretty confident in our booking. It didn't disappoint. We had 2 families in the Villas and felt like room was spacious and very comfortable. We were very shocked each day as we went to the pool and beach that there really weren't many other people around in the neighboring villas. We had Roberto and his wife and other staff cook 2 meals for us and we were very pleased. The food was excellent and their service amazing. We had to literally kick Roberto out on the second night after he cooked because he wanted to stay and clean up all the dishes saying "this is your vacation you need to enjoy it". Overall, they work very hard for a living so I would hope that everyone digs deep to compensate them for their hard work......BIG TIPS! In short, this was a very relaxing way to vacation. It's not the typical "busy hotel" type vacation. We did have our Taxi driver go by COSTCO on the way to the VILLA so we cooked our own breakfasts every day. We had lots of stuff to cook in the microwave / oven so we basically didn't eat out but a few meals. Don't be afraid to book this unit it was very nice!!

Beautiful views

We had such a nice vacation in this condo. We loved how clean it was, that it was well stocked, and the views were amazing. We enjoyed using the pool and the great access to the beach. Roberto was amazing and went above and beyond to help us. We would not heaitate to recommend staying here.

Villas Nizuc is the only low-rise townhouse in the main Hotel Zone of Cancun. We have an incredible ocean view from our living room and outdoor patio. We have 2 pools, lounge chairs and just 1 minute walking to beach. Very quiet and private with 24 hour security services.

Our villa is located 10 minutes from airport, and minutes away from 100s of Restaurants, shops, malls and 30 minutes away from water parks and outdoor water activities.
