Diese schöne Backstein-Haus ist so nah an den Strand kann man fast riechen das Salzwasser. Schlendern Sie an zwei Häusern vorbei und überqueren Sie die Straße zum wunderschönen Buchtstrand.

Die 3-Zimmer-Haus ist ein großer Entertainer gesetzt. Der offene Speisesaal und Loungebereich
(Mit Foxtel) funktioniert gut mit der großartigen Küche, die gut für alle Ihre Kochen und unterhaltsame Bedürfnisse ausgestattet ist.

Der ganze Hof ist komplett eingezäunt, so gibt es viel Privatsphäre und viel Platz für die Kinder zu laufen. Out der Rückseite ist eine ruhige Freien unterhaltsamen Bereich. Unter der großen Segel ist die Outdoor-Einstellung groß genug, um die ganze Familie sowie mehr Platz.
Fangen Sie die Morgensonne mit Ihren Kaffee und die Zeitung liest auf der Jack & Jill Sitz. Am Nachmittag entspannen Sie sich und lesen Sie ein Buch (von den vielen im Haus) auf dem Tagesbett unter der hinteren Veranda.
Das Haus ist mit verschiedenen Sitzecken eingerichtet, so dass Sie die Sonne fangen kann oder spielen Sie es sicher in den Schatten. Ein großer 6-flammiger bbq ist ganzjährig einsatzbereit.

Die massive Garage ist wie ein Kinder / Jugendliche Rückzugsgebiet eingestellt. Auch ideal für die Erwachsenen, die ein bisschen Konkurrenz zueinander mögen. Es hat einen Esstisch und Stühle, jene Gesellschaftsspiele auf zu spielen. 80 cm-TV mit integriertem DVD-Player, Sofas, Dart, Airhockey Tisch und Tischtennisplatte und Billardtisch. Also, wenn das Wetter nicht so gut ist, können die Kinder ihre Raum zu gehen und die Eltern in aller Ruhe nach innen gelassen. Es gibt auch einen Korb Ball Reifen in der Fahrt zu halten sie aktiv außerhalb zu, plus andere externe Spiele.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit einer guten Größe ensuite plus separate Walk-in-Gewand. Es verfügt über einen 80cm Plasma-Fernseher mit eingebautem DVD-Player.

Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und das 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit einem Einzelbett Etagenbett oben. Beide Schlafzimmer 2 & 3 haben Einbauschränke.

Porta Kinderbett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden.

Insgesamt bietet das Haus Platz für 7 Personen.

Ein Spaziergang im Nationalpark, Schwimmen, Weingut, Kaffee ??

Die Entscheidungen, was zu tun ist, sind endlos.

Machen Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang vorbei an der Blairgowrie Marina bis zu den vielen Cafes, Geschäften und Restaurants, für die Blairgowrie bekannt ist.

Ein fünfminütiger Spaziergang auf dem Weg zum Rückstrand ist der berühmte "Koonya General Store", wo man Ihre Morgenzeitung und einen frischen Kaffee für den Spaziergang nach Hause holen kann.

Ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto und Sie sind in der Hauptstraße von Sorrent, wo man so viel zur Auswahl haben. Einen Kaffee oder etwas zu essen, vielleicht das Abendessen und einen Film. Ansonsten trage dich einfach mit den endlosen Geschäften.

In der engsten Hälfte der Halbinsel gelegen, haben Sie die Wahl zwischen Bucht oder Ozean Strand.

Gehen Sie Huges Straße zum Koonya Ocean Beach. Dies ist auch der Eingang zum Nationalpark. Die wunderschönen Wanderwege im Nationalpark sind für Sie da, um die wunderschöne Küstenlinie "Die Halbinsel" zu erkunden.

Nehmen Sie sich in einem der vielen wunderbaren Weingüter für einen Tagesausflug von Verkostungen oder die Sorrento Fähre für eine Reise nach Queenslcliffe für das Mittagessen.

Wochenendtrip oder Familienurlaub

Dieses Haus passt zu einem ruhigen Wochenende für zwei.

2 oder 3 Paare für ein Wochenende zusammenkommen Die Mädchen, die Geschäfte schlagen oder lassen Sie sich bei einer Massage oder eine Gesichtsbehandlung, während die Jungs können eine Partie Golf zu haben. Oder verbringen Sie den Tag am Strand. Jeder ist glücklich!

Großartig für eine Familie oder zwei, können die Kinder zusammen sitzen.

Es gibt viele Spiele, Filme und Bücher für alle Altersgruppen.

Wir zielen darauf ab, Ihren Urlaub oder Wochenende weg zu machen, um uns zu erinnern und wir lieben es, dass die Leute kommen, um immer wieder zu bleiben.

Family haven

Jo is a wonderful host. Her place is a home away from home. The play retreat area included innumerable toys in the cupboard, in addition to all the adult fun (pool table, table tennis, darts, air hockey). Books everywhere covering all genres was a lovely touch. And the kitchen was better stocked than my own! Highly recommend.

Entertainment Plus

We were visiting from the States to attend my Daughters wedding and the place was organised by the family. Did not know what to expect but was extremely pleased with what Jo had provided... even Vegemite :-). The games room was a great place form us to relax and we absolutely loved the wild life, saw a Kookaburra, and many other native Australian birds that added to the ambience of the place. Cannot recommend it more highly

Excellent holiday house

We had an amazing long weekend with plenty of room for the family to catch up. I was impressed by the never ending array of staples, games, books and toys for every member of the family. My teenager (and the adults) loved the kids/teenage retreat and spent hours playing pool, air hockey, table tennis, not to mention the outdoor sports. All the little touches made our stay very special. We will be back

Beach Access & Comforts of Home

Very enjoyable stay. Property is well maintained, spacious, private and with everything a family needs. Appreciated the well stocked book, magazine and movie shelves and the broad array of activities in the games room for the kids. Outdoor courtyard was perfect to entertain while outside lounges were a great place to get lost in a book or magazine. Great communication with a very helpful host and only a short walk to the beach - this a property we'd be happy to return to.

Super clean and comfortable & fabulous host

Jo is a fabulous host who is super responsive, informative and generous, including any item you can think of. The house is meticulously clean, comfortable and super functional for our family of 4 (2 girls ages 17 and 20) plus 1 boyfriend. We used the outdoor table area for many meals at night, the front area to sunbake and lounge area was so relaxing. A great peaceful place to unwind for a week over summer. Highly recommend it!

Great home for all ages

The house was clean and had everything we needed. In spite of the bad wet and windy weather, we all (a family of three generations) enjoyed the stay as there were plenty of entertainment in the gaming room. Highly recommended for everyone.

Relaxing family getaway

Our short stay was restful and easy with everything we could possibly need at hand. Located a very short stroll away from the beach, the home was very clean and comfortable. So much fun for our young child too with a games room fully stocked with all sorts of toys. Renting process was straight forward and we would be sure to stay again. Many thanks for a lovely trip!

Great family holiday place and location

We knew the location was great and that the house looked very good for our family before arriving. The addition was arriving and experiencing that the owners had thought of everything to make it a perfect stay for us - from the incredible games room to little details in the house like the coffee pods, up to date magazines, movies, books, baby monitor, right amount of bedding and the list goes on. Made for a fantastic family holiday!

The house was fabulous and had everything we could possibly need.

The kids were constantly entertained with all the toys, books and games. This gave us the opportunity to actually relax and enjoy our children. It was only a quick walk to the beach. And the beds were very comfy. We will definitely be back to stay again soon

Fantastic house great for families

We had such a lovely time at By the Bay Blairgowrie over Easter break. The house worked so well for our group - 4 adults, a 2 year old and a 3 year old. The kids absolutely loved the "playhouse" which was so well stocked with games etc for all ages. The adults loved it too because it was a safe space for them to play. The adults loved the table tennis table etc too. Being separated from the main house it meant our adult friends did not need to be woken by noisy kids, we played out there until a civilised morning time. The house was very well stocked including the coffee machine which was very well used and included decaf pods! The house was really clean and the fenced garden was great for the kids to run around. Easy distance to lots of things on the peninsula. Lastly our host Jo was fantastic. Very prompt communication and went out if her way to provide an extra high chair and respond to a minor problem we had. Highly recommended

Such a fantastic selection of games/books/magazines/movies for kids and adults alike. Jo is wonderful to deal with and has really thought of everything to make this a home away from home. In a great location close to the beach, the Bay and Sorrento just a short drive away.

We absolutely loved our stay at By The Bay

This place is amazing! We arrived to a cosy, warm home filled with all the things that would make our family stay perfect. The kids loved the games room from the sports equipment to the board games to the dolls, etc. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean, neat and tidy. Thanks so much we would definitely recommend to friends and we will be back to stay for sure!

Perfect home away from home!

What an absolute delight this property is! More like a home away from home with everything you could possibly need. In 40 years of girls weekends away we have never come across such well stocked cupboards, pantry and fridge. So welcoming, homely and generous. The house is presented in immaculate condition and is in a great location just across from the beach in a lovely quiet suburban street and only a few minutes drive into Sorrento. All beds are extremely comfy and there is a wonderful supply of books, magazines and dvd's for all ages. Whilst we didn't spend much time in the games room, it would be absolutely perfect for families and groups alike......adds another whole dimension to the house and the experience. I cannot recommend Jo's place highly enough and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with and always quick to respond if you have any queries. Just perfect, thank you Jo!

Great Family Holiday Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'By the Bay'. It is an open and bright home that is very well stocked, with everything you can think of for a relaxing getaway. The kids loved the games room and it was a quick walk to the front beach. We look forward to coming back.

Holiday oasis

By the Bay has become our home away from home for summer beach fun. This house has everything you need for a fabulous stay in any weather. Close to the beach, and with a games room to keep everyone entertained. We count down the days to our beach holiday every year and it has never disappointed. Highly recommend this property!!

Fantastic Beach House

My husband and two teenage boys had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is fabulous, just over the road from the beach. The boys especially enjoyed the “games room”, where they disappeared into for hours on end! Very comfortable and private home. We will definitely return. Jackie

Fantastic!

What a great place! We have rented many houses in Europe, North America and Australia and this was by far the best equipped house we have stayed in. A well stocked pantry, no need to buy coffee, tea etc. A brilliant games room, kitchen utensils, beach towels - you name it, this home has it. Jo even put up a Christmas tree for the kids, and provided crackers and chocolates. A perfect location on the Peninsula, in a quiet neighbourhood. I was nervous about finding the right house for our Aussie Christmas, but I managed to hit the jackpot!
