Charming Sorrento Stay

Very pleasant stay. Easy walk to Sorrento Main Strip. Spacious and well planned home with everything you need and more. Love the little extras like the hand lotions and every flavour coffee pod you could dream of. Would stay again for sure.

Excellent House & Location

This home is in a great location for walking to the Sorrento shops and eateries and provides a short drive to the Portsea back beach and others as well. We loved the home - spacious, modern and with all one needs. A quiet area as well. We hope to return.

Good location but needs TLC

This house is in a good location and has the potential to be great with some TLC but needs a good clean and maintenance both inside and out. Would also help if kitchen tea towels were provided as well as some instructions on how to use the 5 remote controls.

Great holiday house within walking distance of everything

We stayed over a long weekend (three nights) and had a great time. The house has three bedrooms opening onto the big central kitchen / dining / lounge area, which meant we could all cook and eat and socialise together. We walked everywhere, including Sorrento main street and shops and both the back beach and front beach. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. Overall we would not hesitate to stay again.

A serene home.

This property has everything you might need in abundance and it's a lovely place. The outside area is good also with the huge table and lovely garden. It's a 5 minute drive to the Sorrento main shopping/eating strip and 6km from Portsea.

Xmas stay

We found the house to be very charming and nicely set up, kitchen living area worked well and the bathrooms very very functional. The out door area was again well set up and we spent quite some time using this area as well beds were a little soft and limited storage but for the short stay this was okay location to Sorrento main street was convenient and overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again regards Dominic McCarthy

A lovely little cottage

We had a lovely little getaway over the long weekend, close to the main shops and playground. So warm and cozy and the couch was so comfy. The top bunk mattress was very uncomfortable and my little one couldn’t sleep on it without feeling the springs. The other beds were great. The wifi wasn’t working all weekend unfortunately. But we stayed warm and dry and were able to relax.

Great little cottage.

Lovely house to stay in - weirdly top sheets were not provided for any of the beds. The house has no fly screens so we were unable to get any fresh air without bugs and mosquito's filling the house.

Lovely home with plenty of room for the family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sorrento Beach Cottage and appreciated the space in the home for our adult family. The amenities are wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The position is great being within walking distance to town and surrounding walking paths. My only critique would be that the property cleanliness was not to my expected standard. The microwave should be kept lower (perhaps on the bench) as it's very difficult to reach on top of the refrigerator, especially for those of us whom are vertically challenged :) Tony was a great communicator and dealt with any concerns promptly, thank you.

Sorrento Beach Cottage

We were disappointed with the property namely the BBQ ,believing the BBQ to be in a fit state to use we took with us food to cook on the BBQ. On examining the BBQ we found it in a 'FILTHY ' state with thick grease and it had not been cleaned for a very long time. When we phone to complain to the owner we were told that there was plenty of cleaning equipment at the property to give it a clean ourselves this would have taken along time not just a quick wipe over and we did not pay a rental which included a BBQ to spend part of our holiday trying to clean it to make it fit to use. All in all a very poor experience.
