Adelaide City Edge Apartment - Nordadelaide

Dieses geräumige Apartment im Erdgeschoss verfügt über 2 Queensize-Schlafzimmer, einen großen Wohn- / Essbereich, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit separater Dusche und Badewanne sowie separate Wäschemöglichkeiten mit kompletten Wasch- und Trocknungsmöglichkeiten. Kostenloses WLAN ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Die Wohnung hat auch einen eigenen Parkplatz auf einem Parkplatz an der Rückseite.

Es gibt einen kleinen Innenhof (siehe Fotos) an der Vorderseite und viele schöne Parks und Spielplätze sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Das Apartment befindet sich 30 Gehminuten über die Adelaide Park Lands und über die historische Adelaide University zur Rundle Mall entfernt. Es ist auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang (5 Minuten) zum Frauen- und Kinderkrankenhaus und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Adelaide Oval. Gäste halten sich oft für Hochzeiten im Botanischen Garten oder im National Wine Center auf, die nur wenige Minuten entfernt sind.

Der Mindestaufenthalt beträgt 2 Nächte. Buchungen für eine einzelne Nacht können für eine Buchung innerhalb derselben Woche in Betracht gezogen werden. Es wird eine Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 40 USD und kein Last-Minute-Rabatt (Zeitraum 170 USD + 40 USD Standardtarif) erhoben.

Home away from home with extra features

Don't want to tell anyone about this little gem. Location was perfect. So close to everything and tourist attractions. Catching the free city connect bus into the city. Can't get lost. Location of accommodation is steps to various restaurants and cafes. Couldn't try them all!

Perfect spot for RAH

Great location. . Beautiful unit. Had everything we needed. Nice bed linen/towels. Comfy beds and sofas. Communication with host excellent. We had to extend for medical reasons which was easy and much appreciated. Will definitely recommend. Thank you Colleen from Leanne and Carolyn.

Convenient Apartment

The location of this apartment was perfect for what we needed. Overall it was clean and tidy, bathroom probably needs an update as the shower curtain isn't ideal or comfortable to use when having a shower and pillows require replacing. Property manager was prompt and helpful with replies. Would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant location

The apartment was in a brilliant location. Short drive to the city and and easy walk to Adelaide Oval. Based in central North Adelaide with brilIiant cafes and pubs just across the road. The apartment was basic and clean with all the amenities we needed and a good supply of tea, coffee and condiments. Thank you we would definitely stay again.

Great little unit

My friend and I stayed recently while seeing Pink at Adelaide oval. We were very happy with the accomodation for the price. Comfortable, had everything we needed and lots of great restaurants around. Tv reception is terrible, but smart tv has access to streaming services (if you have them). Would highly recommend and will stay again if we need accommodation in the city.

Cute property close to cafes and restaurants

Great value for money, free bus into CBD 2 minute walk from front door. Awesome base to visit Adelaide as everything is close by in a very pretty neighbourhood. It’s worth noting this apartment is a set of units so there can noise from upstairs (which didn’t bother us) but it’s worth noting for light sleepers there are traffic lights and a footpath just outside the window so can be a bit noisy especially on a Friday Saturday night when people are leaving The Lion hotel.

Perfect Location

Thanks for the early check-in Colleen. Our stay at your apartment was ideal. Close to everything. Melbourne St., just around the corner, had so many different eating places. No more than 20 mins walk away was the Zoo, I am 85 but a younger person would do it in much less. Many other attractions were a short walk away. If I am fit enough next year I would definately use this apartment again. One thing I did notice Colleen, one of the bath taps was very loose and fell off a couple of times. I did,nt mind because I used the shower. Thanks once again John ( England. UK)

Great location

Great location, so close to some wonderful restaurants and free bus into the city, but also easy walk. One of the bedrooms does front the road but not as noisy as expected, just keep the window closed. Even though kitchen is fully equipped, did not touch any of the things in the pantry,as unsure of freshness and could have done with a clear out. But all in all good and safe place to stay.

Clean, comfortable and excellent parking. Warning: Noisy night club nearby

Whilst the proximity to city and North Adelaide is terrific, I wouldn't recommend this accommodation if you wish to get a decent night's sleep on weekends. The Lion Hotel is directly across the road and the night club doof doof music bangs on til midnight Friday, Saturday and Sunday. When we checked out we all felt exhausted. Especially hard on my elderly mother.

Everything you could want!

We could not speak more highly of this property- especially if you are traveling with kids- it ticks all the boxes. From a portacot and highchair to Wiggles DVD's in the cupboard- it has everything! We mainly chose to stay in this apartment due to our week of appointments at the nearby Womens and Children's Hospital and even though it was a dreary trip to Adelaide, the beautiful suburb of North Adelaide and the beautiful cafes nearby, helped to make it feel more like a holiday. The owners have made sure you really only need to pack your clothes ensuring that there is everything for you from linen/towels to the basics of toilet paper, tissues etc. Clean, spacious and so well equipped, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in a great location for an extremely affordable price.

( not used ) Microwave ok Fridge running noisy Lighting is poor inside Can make do for a few nights but this place needs a major bathroom refurb Nice host, but time to upgrade. This is a modern area, and a little luxury wouldn’t go amiss to make an excellent stay
