Beautiful place, plenty of space

This home is so spacious and beautifully furnished. There was plenty of room and sleeping arrangements for our large family and the location, right across the street from the club house/pool, was amazing. We loved the little astroturf backyard area and the private hot tub was perfect for relaxing after long, fun, active days. The beds were comfortable and we found that the home had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. Will definitely be staying here again!

Spacious home, great pool!

We did an extended weekend for a triathalon at Sand Hollow. This was a very comfortable home to relax and recover before and after the race. Kids LOVED the pool. Thank you!

It was a very spacious place. We went down for my son’s football game and some playtime at Sand Hollow. Great location for both! The kids hit the pool and said it was amazing! Unfortunately I was cooking and did not make it over. Ha! Seriously a great time! Thank you!

Great family friendly neighborhood

We absolutely loved the house. It was a great place to stay while exploring Zion National Park. However I was very disappointed that the washing machine and hot tub were not working during our stay. I understand how these things happen but I would have liked heads up especially about not being able to wash my clothes. I was very disappointed when I went to the laundry room and there was a sign on the washer saying it was not working. I would suggest anyone staying after us to double check these are both working during your stay. Overall it was a great house in a very family friendly neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again but would prefer notice if anything is not going to be working during our stay.

NOT Clean/Evolve Property Management was a Disappointment

The property management company (Evolve) makes or breaks this rental experience. When we initially arrived we expressed concerns about the cleanliness of the property (garbage not dumped, sticky floors, dirty main picture window, dead bugs/trash in carpet in hard-to-miss heavy traffic areas, and a filthy garage. They offered to have cleaners come to address our concerns, however, we did not feel comfortable with this option when we were not present, especially after expressing concern. We then heard no reply. The patio door latch was broken (a heavy traffic door would not shut) and the LP tank for the outdoor fire pit was empty. When we reached out about these concerns we also received no reply. We sent our concerns to both the number listed and an email account that the property manager replied to earlier. After our stay, we were accused by the property manager of not having communicated properly about our concerns. The resort itself is wonderful and the property has much potential. In our opinion, the lack of attention to detail within the property itself does not make this the 5 (even 4) star experience we were expecting. Very disappointed.

Nice Place

Nice place, very clean and spacious. The reverse osmosis drinking water at the kitchen sink is excellent. The kids loved the bunk beds. Took about 25-30 minutes to get to Zion NP entrance.

Spacious and convenient

This was a great location for our family (5 adults and 1 child). It came with lots of things for our child to play with, as well as some pack & plays. The location was perfect because it was literally across from the pool area (also great for kids) and a short drive to Zion NP. Not as ideal for some of the other parks because of the distance, but we did also go to Bryce Canyon one day. The house itself was clean with lots of space, and the property manager was quick to respond when we had a maintenance issue. Overall a great stay and would stay there again.

Great Family Destination

I can’t begin to describe how incredible and relaxing our stay was. We had kiddos age ranging from 1 to 15 and worried someone would get bored. No one was bored! From the board games in the house to the amazing clubhouse everyone enjoyed there time. We felt the host really prepared the home to entertain. We highly recommend this destination. When we checked in we noticed the hot tub was not heated or working, I made a call to the host and within 10 minutes someone was at the house fixing and getting it ready. Amazing service! We will definitely be back.

Great family vacation place

We had a great trip! The property was pretty nice and in a good location close to Zion. The worst part was the property management company. Very unresponsive to emails prior to the trip, and the front door lock was broken and they never came out to fix it. I hope the owners change companies and we might come back.

Beautiful condo!

This was a great condo for our group of 12! We were 3 families traveling together, with 6 children ranging in ages from 15 to 11. The kids loved the bunk room, and seemed to do just fine sleeping on the triple bunks. It is not easy to find a property with 3 king beds for the grown ups, we were thrilled with this feature. The pool and spa area were lovely to wind down in at the end of the day. The water temperatures were perfect, despite the 110 degree heat we experienced. We booked this property mostly to visit Zion National Park. We felt this was a very convenient location to do that. We were close enough, yet far enough away from the crowds. This was also not a far drive from the western area of Zion National Park called Kolob Canyon, which was nice to visit since that was not nearly as crowded as the main canyon and shuttle busses section of Zion. The hikes and views in Kolob Canyon were really pretty! The kitchen and pantry were very well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the upper outside balcony area at night. We would not hesitate to stay here again if/when we return to the area with our families.
