Owner amazing, Vrbo and evolve was hard to deal with.

Overall a nice cabin. I have to say we had a little hiccup when we thought we were going to have to cancel or did cancel and found out we didn’t have to. The owners of the property was absolutely amazing. The process through Vrbo and evolve could have been a little more helpful then they were. If it wasn’t for the owner we would have lost 800. I understand cancellation policies and all but we found out we could go within 24 hours and those two just didn’t want to budge on anything until again I had to bother the owner. Companies will go a long ways if they try to accommodate people a little bit more.

Comfortable and quiet

We stayed here in the winter prior to Christmas and enjoyed our stay very much. Property was as expected from the listing. Plenty of towels and blankets for our family if six. Hot tub was a relaxing addition. Only thing I would add is a dish scrubber and cutting board in the kitchen.

Fall in the Smoky Mountains

Spacious nicely decorated home with access by car to many attractions. The three full bathrooms were great for a family and we enjoyed playing pool and using the hot tub.Beautiful time of year to visit but also crowded.

Pleasant Stay

Very nice cabin. The kitchen is smaller than seemed in pictures. It’s a nice little drive back from the main attraction but nothing terrible if you come off Weaver Road. Very cozy. They did have a little issue with lady bugs and stink bugs in the kitchen and several dead in the kitchen floor upon arrival but it was peak season for those. Nothing bothersome. Also, we did have a little trouble getting the door to lock from the outside when leaving We would rent it again.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin and the area are beautiful. It was perfect for our group of 3. The pool table was fun and gave us a chance to play when it was raining. Loved having coffee in the hot tub in the morning.

Quiet and Spacious

We had a great four night stay. The drive to the cabin is scenic and you’re tucked away in a quiet wooded area yet still close to all the attractions in town. There was more than enough space for our party of three. Spent the mornings on the deck watching the sun rise up over the trees - very peaceful. We appreciated the easy to use fireplace inside and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long cool day. Any issues we had were communicated and dealt with right away - the owner is very nice and responsive. No bear sightings this trip, but there were deer, turkeys and chipmunks. If you’re looking for a quiet place to wind down or escape to, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

No coffee

We didn't like the coffee maker and there was no coffee. Had to drive about 4 miles just to get some. You need to provide some "tongs" for the grill and some pot holders. It's a beautiful cabin and really enjoyed the hot tub.

Super clean

The home was very clean and nice. It is about a 15 min drive to the parkway. There was no extra paper towels or trash bags. There was great cooking tools just no salt or Pepper. Loved the hot tub. The porches looked to be very new. Would stay again

Peaceful and Perfect

The cabin was wonderful! It didn’t take long to get into the national park, Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg. It’s a nice, secluded spot, and the hostess was wonderful.

Nice stay overall

The cabin was nice overall, but we couldn’t get the TVs to work in the bedrooms and the ceiling fans wouldn’t turn on. There were also a lot of big black ants crawling around everywhere in the kitchen that was a nuisance when trying to cook. Beds were comfortable.

Great cabin and great value

I love the location as it was close enough to a gas station and a restaurant or two. It was very clean and had plenty of sleeping options for my five-person family. We could only get one TV to work in the main living room but we didn't really try to sign in to anything else but we weren't there very long to try. The kids really like the pool table and the Atari game system upstairs. I love the nest thermostat and how easy it was to use. Hot tub was a cool touch. No complaints whatsoever. Really enjoyed our stay

Perfect location and great cabin!

Cabin was fantastic! Very clean, private and in a great location. Close to both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg! Hot tub was ready to go when we arrived which was super awesome. Most of the time you have to turn your hot tub on and wait 3 hours for it to heat up. Was set in the 90s so only took about 20-30 mins to get where we wanted it. The upstairs with the pool table is awesome. Plenty of seating room plus the patio as well for a quick step out of fresh air. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet the famous Tesla everyone was bragging about but overall the stay was great. Thank you!

Images are misleading

We had a couple days to think about this review and ultimately we want to ensure other guests don't feel misled by the images that were taken with a very wide angle lens and a view of mountains that simply isn't present. The home was clean, save an unflushed toilet. The home is decorated nicely. The stairs are pulling away from the entry deck, the railings on both balconies are shaky. The third balcony chairs are broken/unsafe. The house had no air on, though it was 90 degrees outside as well. These things were items that we could have overlooked given what we came for: views and hiking. We thought the high fee for what we were charged per night was going to be for a spacious cabin with views of the mountains located close to Gatlinburg. Instead we received a very small cabin, with views of a telephone pole, wires box and the road. The cabin first floor is around 500 sq feet not counting the small bedrooms. It was very shocking. We wondered if we were at the correct address at first. We went out to find sprawling mountains shown in the view pictures but found the back of trees, the road and a telephone box on a pole instead. Gatlinburg was not a short drive, but 45 minutes away and some popular trails were even further. We called right away and there were no other options for us to rent. We requested 50% of our money back because we felt the images falsely represented what we received and half was very fair. The property management company reached out to the owners who declined the 50% but offered 25% instead. We had no negotiating power, or power at all given it was the first October weekend and we'd just driven all day and had nowhere else to go. There were no reviews when we booked and all we had to go on were the misleading images. We hope the owner considers taking new images that represent the property more accurately so renters can make decisions based on an honest representation in the future. Based on this experience we would not recommend or rent this cabin again.

Perfect, very quiet and beautiful.

First time visiting this area and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect time and place for our visit. We all loved the cabin and looked forward to the visits from Tesla the cute doggy. The morning sunrise from the either sitting area was amazing. Very clean and very comfortable. Thank you for providing an amazing place, so we were able to make wonderful new memories. Highly recommend if peace is part of what you’re liking for.

Stay at this place !! Was the best !

The house was clean and comfortable. There was a binder on the table that had lots of helpful information about the area and the home . The neighbor up the mountain came down and talked to us about the area and brought his dog, Tesla .. Tesla visited every morning on the deck and the kids looked forward to it! Everyone was friendly .. place was close to everything and again .. very very clean … I highly recommend!!
