Great, short getaway

Great condo, great views!

This is a great updated condo. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Nice to have a full size washer and dryer. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony. When we had a question for our host, she got back to us right away. Can't wait to come back next year!

Beautiful condo and views!!!

The condo is absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay! My only complaint is the location of the indoor pool. It was a little farther away than I expected, but that’s my only complaint. We just ended up staying at the beautiful outdoor pool when it was sunny.

Horrible experience!

First of all, the room smelled absolutely awful. The pictures look nice, but if you could smell the pictures, you would definitely decide not to stay here. 5 days into the stay, the battery in our lock died, leaving us locked out of the room for an entire night. We tried contacting all numbers associated with the listing at 930 PM when we returned from the pool and couldn’t get in, but all of our calls/texts were ignored. The security staff onsite was not allowed to have keys (owners decision) for this room. Security stated that this was unusual and he didn’t understand why the owners wouldn’t allow them to have a key, which would have prevented all the following issues. My kids and I had no food, water, safety from weather until 630 the following morning. We literally had to sleep on the filthy concrete outside the room. We were essentially homeless for the night. My wallet, keys and diabetes medicine was locked in the room with no way to get them.

Comfy beds!

The beds were probably the most comfortable of any condo/hotel we've ever been to! Great beach views! Host was great and accommodating! The only thing I would mention that I wish was better is the weight/exercise room. Which isn't a host problem but the condominium management. There were no dumbells and the one weight machine is a three in one machine and it was broken. Other than that they only had an elliptical, bike, and treadmill. So you're set for cardio, but not strength.

Condo was very clean and well decorated. Cynthia was very prompt and accommodating in communicating. All expectations were met or exceeded. We definitely recommend a stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo!

This condo was great for our yearly friends trip! The view from the balcony is impeccable! Everything that was listed was there as in the details. The AC did go out, but Cynthia was on it and had it fixed that afternoon! Would definitely book again!

Relaxing stay!

We really enjoyed this condo! Nicely updated and decorated. Comfy beds, an electric grill on the balcony and well supplied kitchen. The view of both the pool and the beach from the balcony is the best!!

Condo was perfect

The condo was exactly what you see. Very nice and update. Beds were perfect…loved the bigger couch to spread out on. The property itself needs some updating. There is no bathrooms at any of the pools or in the gym, which was a little inconvenience.

My family and I were disappointed with the condo especially for the price paid. The floors were dirty -- my toddler's clothes were black with dirt after less than 5 minutes of playing with her toys on the living room floor. The "guest bedroom" was disappointing. We found someone's clothes including their underwear in the drawers. There is a fan above the guest bed that was on full speed and we could not shut off because the fan's remote control did not function. The TV in the guest bedroom did not work at all - all static - 0 channels came in. There are 3 TVs in the condo but none worked very well. I mentioned the TV in the guest bedroom above but the TVs in the living room and master bedroom also had issues. The living room and master bedroom TVs both had Dish but we could only get 4 channels during our stay (CNN, CMT, FXX, and Toon). All of the other channels said either partial signal loss, error, or complete signal loss. The worst part of the stay was that housekeeping just barged in on us. Check out is listed at 10:00 AM, however at 9:30 AM, a housekeeper just walked into the condo ---- no knock, no announcement -- just opened the front door. This scared me and my children. Most hotels have a chain or latch that you can secure once inside the room but this condo didn't so anybody with the condo's door code could open the door and walk right in. The building was also undergoing repairs. Bright side - amazing views and 3 pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor).

Seaside Stay

The unit was as pictured in the photo and was very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable and loved the set up of the beds in the guest bedroom, perfect for adults with children. Very nice, updated condo

Older complex but updated interior. Very comfortable bed in master. Huge balcony overlooking pool with great gulf view. Very short walk to beach. Only negative thing was the floor was covered with sand when we got there. It was obvious the cleaning crew either forgot it or did a very poor job. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great Place to Relax

This was the second year we have rented this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Since the heat index was 115 while we were there we spent a lot of time just relaxing in the AC after coming in from the beach. The couch is perfect for napping! Can’t wait to book it again for next year!
