Aloha und herzlich willkommen in unserem Ferienhaus in Maui.

Die Lage im ersten Stock ist günstig und bietet einen privaten Garten von der Veranda. Die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad wurde mit allen neuen Geräten und Möbeln aktualisiert. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher, einen DVD-Player und einen Deckenventilator, um die Nächte kühl zu halten. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen Deckenventilator. Es gibt ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Beide Zimmer sind mit Bettwäsche von Pottery Barn ausgestattet.

Das Gerät bietet auch kostenloses Highspeed-Internet und eine brandneue Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das KOA Resort verfügt über einen sehr großen Pool, einen Whirlpool, ein Shuffleboard, Tennisplätze und Gasgrillgrills in der Cabana, die sich auf einem 5 Hektar großen tropischen Landschaftsgrundstück befindet.

Sugar Beach ist nur einen Spaziergang entfernt und bekannt für seine romantischen Sonnenuntergänge, das großartige Schwimmen, den 10 km langen, unberührten Strand und die saisonale Walbeobachtung.

Die Wintermonate sind wunderbar für die Walbeobachtung und werden ein unvergesslicher Anblick sein. Die Walsaison beginnt von November bis März, wenn sie von Alaska in unsere warmen Gewässer des Pazifischen Ozeans zurückkehren.

Wir würden uns freuen, Sie in unserer Ferienwohnung in Maui begrüßen zu dürfen, die sich im Herzen der besten Strände, Schnorchel- und Surfgebiete, Golfplätze, malerische Tagesausflüge, Wander- und Radwege, Restaurants, Einzelhandelsgeschäfte und vieles mehr befindet. Sie können schnell zu großartigen Schnorchelstränden entlang der Küste fahren oder nach Wailea (der nächstgelegenen Stadt) fahren, um erstklassige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Luau's und zusätzliche Strandoptionen zu finden. Es werden Ihnen nie die Dinge ausgehen, die Sie auf dieser wunderschönen Insel entdecken und unternehmen können.

Great Stay

We absolutely loved our stay! Great condo for a great price, great communication. It had everything needed for a vacation in Maui:) The complex was great (although you can hear people from upstairs) , great pool , bbq area, plenty of parking, kids enjoyed tennis and ping pong. Close to so many beaches and grocery stores. We love to stay again!

Fantastic family vacation

I highly recommend staying here. It was very family friendly and comfortable. There was a beautiful pool and hottub that we used every day. There was a huge green space for the kids to run around in. There was a bunch of beach stuff to use as well as a wagon to pull it all in. The house itself had tons of towels and dishes. The beds were okay. The one downfall for the property was that there was no A/C. They had tons of fans to try and help with the heat, but having A/C would have made this property perfect.

Pretty perfect

The property was immaculate, and had everything we could have needed. Anytime I said to my wife, “I wish it had this.” She would reply “it’s just over there or in there”. The pool was great and it was located close to nice beaches and everything we could have needed.

Great stay, wonderful location!

We love Kihei and it’s central location to many places on the island. The condo was very comfortable and we appreciated having the use of floaties, pool noodles, cooler, chairs and beach towels. We definitely took advantage of using it for pool and beach each day. The condo is also centrally located near the pool and ping pong table. It does get hot without AC but there are plenty of fans throughout that help keep it cool in the evenings when we returned. David and Denise were quick to respond to my questions. Mahalo for sharing your place with us as we created priceless memories in Maui!

Great condo!

We really enjoyed the condo. The property was very clean and we appreciated the close proximity to the pool. The condo and all the amenities we could need. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept great after a long day of exploring the island. We’d stay near again in a heartbeat.

Nice condo near the beach in a quiet neighborhood

We loved this condo near the beach. It was well equipped and very comfortable. Hosts were responsive. My only watch out is that it is on the first floor, with a unit above it. The floors are thin. You can hear adults walking—which was fine. Unfortunately above us was a group with multiple small children. The thundering herd ran up and down screaming at 6:30 am. We ignored the running stampede at 4 pm because they were just kids being kids. At 6:30 am however I needed to go talk to the adults. They apologized and it got quieter—-for an hour. If the upper floor visitors could be asked ahead of time to be cognizant of the thin floors, it might help future guests on the ground floor.

Wow! What a gem

I struggle writing this one as I feel like I might let the cat outta the bag but WOW! We would most definitely return to this condo if it doesn't get booked up all the time now . This is our fourth trip to Maui and second time staying in Kihei and this condo was only topped by one other which was literally oceanfront. We loved the location, quick access to the rest of the island. Miles and miles of easily accessible beaches to walk and watch the sunsets of course. The groundskeepers work so very hard to keep the property perfect. We had some very windy days and they were on top of it first thing in the am cleaning up the debris. The pool is fantastic and right across the grass from the lanai. The condo had everything we needed and I am always uneasy about the beds as I have a bad back but they are so so comfortable. Now, we are not 'fussy' people. We go to experience the island and ocean and really do not spend alot of time in the condo so things like air conditioning and some noise (in my opinion very normal) from upstairs do not bother us one bit. There are so many fans to keep you cool and a pool steps away. I wish I could say something bad but the owners are so lovely I cannot. Fingers crossed we can stay there again in the near future :)

Anniversary’s Trip

Stayed at The KOA 6 yrs ago when we first got married. We like how close to the stores and beach the unit is. This bedroom is perfect to a small family. The only issue we had is there is no basic cooking supplies left from previous renters If you cook at the unit you have to buy everything like spices, oils and other essentials. Hope to stay there again one day.

Nice condo - very well appointed.

We enjoyed our stay - great condo for the price! Beautifully decorated, and well appointed. The only downside was the condo had very noisy little ones. Also upstairs tenants were very heavy footed. However, we enjoyed the condo nonetheless, and would stay there again! Owners very communities and professional.

Great family Spot

We had an awesome time here, the property was fully stocked with everything we needed, even flashlights when the power went out! We had easy access to the pool and could sit on the patio while the kids played in the grassy area. Would definitely recommend!

A true gem near the beach

Enjoyed our stay in KOA 2C

We enjoyed our stay in KOA. The home was clean and very close to the pool, parking lot and recreation area. Also a short walk to the beach access. The owners were great at responding to our questions. A very cute home!! They provided plenty of fans and have ceiling fans to keep us cool enough. We were also hardly inside the home because the location was conveniently located in Kehei and not too far from places like Lahaina, Wailea, airport and the start of road to Hana. Thank you for sharing you home with us!!! We would recommend this property.

Private condo and beautiful resort grounds

Nice little condo … comfy for 3 or 4 guests max Well stocked kitchen . Great location. Short walk to Keaka beach and short drive to restaurants and shops. Only downside to this rental is having another VRBO condo above you. Can be a bit noisy at times but overall fairly quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo

A Great Place for Families

The place was exactly as advertised. Our problem was the lack of insulation between floors. We stayed three weeks and were subjected to small children racing above us from morning till night. If you are with a larger group this might be fine. However, it was not the quiet retreat we had hoped to find.

Great Family Destination

We really enjoyed our ground floor condo with its huge lanai. The two bedrooms were perfect as one of our daughters shared with us. Our other daughter and her family stayed in another condo at the Koa Resort so we had easy access to visiting. We all enjoyed the pool and the open areas. The condo is convenient to shopping and many nearby beaches and other attractions.

Perfect base for exploring Maui

The property was as described, clean and furnished with everything we needed. We wish there was AC on a few less breezy nights. Pool was awesome for swimming and playing. Beach is walking distance for the times we didn’t want to drive. Overall great experience!

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Maui is a beautiful escape and our second home. Our extended family has been visiting Maui for over 25-years. We enjoy all that Maui offers: golfing, water activities, scenic drives, wonderful food and culture, walking the beaches or just relaxing. There is never a boring day on Maui.

Aloha and Mahalo for visiting our home away from home. Our two bedroom, one bath is a great vacation home for single families or four adults. This lovely tropical property is in the central location on Maui. Just 20 minutes from the airport and central to many activities, shops, and restaurants on the island. Having a ground floor unit provides easy access in and out of the property. The pool is one of the largest on the island for rental properties and is steps away from the lanai. We are just across the street from what is called the 6-mile beach or Sugar Beach. Ceiling fans in each room combined with afternoon trade-winds provide a cooling tropical breeze.

This is a beautiful resort. Everywhere you look you will experience tropical gardens. It is a quieter, laid back resort. A pool and Jacuzzi are just a few steps from lanai. The kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled and the unit is nicely furnished and provides a comfortable feeling. There is also a stack-able washer and dryer in the unit. There are two tennis courts, a ping pong table and shuffle board on the property; BBQ's can be found in the cabana area. This is a non-smoking unit, inside and out. The unit is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.
