Dieses gemütliche 5-Zimmer-Haus für 9 Personen und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Cape Harbour, wo Sie Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Delphin Touren, Musik, ein Café und vieles mehr. Die Lage ist eine der besten in der Stadt, am Ende der Straße, und auf Kanälen mit schöner Aussicht schneidende, wo Sie die Boote gehen in die und aus den ganzen Tag beobachten kann. Das Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man von zu Hause aus in Hause zu wollen. Direkter Golf Zugang und eine schnelle Bootsfahrt nach Tarpon Point Marina. Ganz zu schweigen davon, täglich Sichtungen von Delfinen direkt an der Hinterhof-Dock.

Große Master-Suite mit Bett King, zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss einschließlich der Master und drei weitere im Obergeschoss. Es ist ein Kingsize-Bett, französisches Bett, und zwei Einzelbetten im Obergeschoss. Große begehbare Duschen in allen drei Badezimmer sowie eine Außendusche auf der Terrasse. Pool kann bei Bedarf beheizt werden. Voll ausgestattete Küche zum Kochen und großen eingebauten Grill draußen auch. Spiele und Filme für die Familie Zeit. Das beste Feature ist das Dock, die um das ganze Haus wickelt mehr als 300 ft von dockage. Hier finden Sie meine Lieblingsspots mit 2 Tischen und Sitzgelegenheiten finden Sie den Sonnenaufgang oder Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Auch auf der Westseite des Hauses befindet sich eine große Rasenfläche mit zwei Schaukel Hängematten. Ein großer Rückzug!

Amazing Place

Fabulous property. Lots of space indoors and out. Great communication from owner and check in lady. Lots of places to eat within a few minutes drive. Everyone loved the house and all were wishing for major flight delays so we could stay longer! Manatees and dolphins seen in the canal by the house. A fabulous dream home. Some day we hope to return.

Wow wow wow......it’s paradise

A+++++ location was 5 min to the river by boat, A++++ House was fully stocked and perfectly laid out for all situations A+++++ wrap around dock with boat lift in the canal. We rented a boat from Pelican Boat Rental also A++++ we saw dolphin everyday we saw a manatee on one occasion all while we sat on a covered swinging table ( so smart) . We were fishing until 11pm at night. Hands down best place we have stayed in a long long time. Highly recommend. Smooth sailing the whole way 😉💆‍♀️🏝🚤

Thank-you for the Opportunity!

Danielle, The home, accommodations, and location worked out very well for our family. We had two children ages 2yr / 9 months travelling with us and everything that you could ask for was available in the home. The whole atmosphere was very clean, safe...and sure felt like home. We spent the majority of our time in the pool area and on the swing located on the dock...watching all the boats go by. One day we rented a boat (41 ' Silverton) with Captain James for 8 hours and went up to North Captiva for lunch and swimming. Captain James was quite the host...especially with two babies on board. The over all experience went very well! Tell Tiffany we said hi...she represented your interests as a true professional. Once again...thanks for the opportunity and all the great family memories. I never write reviews but.....

This house is awesome. Our family of 6 stayed here for a week for spring vacation. Tiffany met us at the house and explained everything about the house including area recommendations and things to do. The house is absolutely gorgeous. We have rented several homes before but this one is hands down the best I have been to. All the bells and whistles you can ask for. The pool area is beautiful and outdoor cooking area is great. The dock is unreal and we saw manatees and dolphins and sting rays every day. The table swing by the dock is a great place for morning coffee and dinner! The kitchen was better stocked than mine and was great for cooking dinners. The location is great- right by the marina and also close to restaurants. It was also easy access to fort myers beach and sanibel. If you are considering going to cape coral look no futher than this house. We will be back. It is absolutely amazing.

Incredible Vacation!

My husband and I spent two wonderful weeks at this special place. Danielle, the owner, has created a beautiful space here. The inside living area was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything I could need down to a steamer basket for the veggies and all the spices anyone could hope for. But the outside was even better...so many sitting areas both under the lanai and along the waterway. This property is surrounded by water so there was much to see... both boat traffic along with playful dolphins. And the pool was a daily “go to” for me. Tiffany, the property manager, was available for any question I had and went above and beyond to take care of my needs. Extremely close to both grocery stores and restaurants. Truly felt like I was in my own home and hated to leave!

Amazing Awesome Place. There are no words to describe!

First off, I can't remember the last time I wrote a review, good or bad. Well after our visit to Family Retreat I had to. We have been back for over a week now and we are all still marveling at what a great time we had. We are fortunate to be able to travel every year for Spring Break. This is the first time we have chosen not to stay on the beach. Prior to our arrival Danielle was so prompt with returning emails and even called me to answer all my questions. From the minute we walked in and were greeted by Tiffany, we new we had chosen the right place. Tiffany showed us how everything worked and answered questions staying for a short but perfect amount of time. Upon exploring and the children picking out their rooms we proceeded outside to the screened in pool. So many places to sit, sun or shade, quiet or in a place to watch the boats pass by. We basically lived outside. For dinner several nights we enjoyed sitting waterside down on the dock on the full size table/glider. We watched the boats go by and had several people shout to us, beautiful house(if only it was ours, but we thanked them anyway). We saw dolphins every day except one right from the dock. It is great to be on a point so there is dock frontage on 2 sides. The pool could be set to our desired temp, and the outside grill area was amazing! One of our best parts about vacationing is trying different restaurants but while we did go out a few times, most nights we ate in right by the pool in our swimsuits. As far as the house setup or equipment, I can honestly say there was not a single thing we thought of and said oh I wish we had this. It was stocked perfectly, more then I would have expected. There was also ample consumables like toilet paper and paper towel etc. The area is excellent. So quiet and with no traffic like we had on our island vacations of the past. We took the short drive to Sanibel Island one day but we were back by lunch because everyone wanted to be at the pool. To sum it up I would love to keep this place a secret all to myself, but it is just too good not to review. It is by FAR the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in and the most relaxing vacation we have had ever(with children along). If this review does not tell the story, we booked our time for next year before we even left as we wanted to make sure we could come back.

A Great Getaway

Six older adults from Ohio enjoyed spending a week in February at this glorious property where we lounged around the pool, watched the Olympics and Super Bowl on the great TV, played like kids in the heated pool with its lush foliage and waterfall, and enjoyed great nearby restaurants (some were walkable) as well as brats on the great outdoor grill. There were so many sitting areas that it was easy to find privacy for reading a book, but the public areas were so inviting that we spent most of our time socializing around the pool or playing games in the great living room. We especially enjoyed the six person swing on the canal watching the sunrises, boats going by, and resident dolphins (which actually came right up to us a we all reacted to their presence). The location is great for day trips to the Edison Winter home as well as Sanibel Island for shelling. We give it 5 stars.

Amazing House

We stay at houses a lot but this was the most amazing house we have ever stayed at. Not only was it beautiful but it was also a great location. Fishing was great as well. The owner and the agent who met us there are the best , very accommodating and helpful. We will be back again and again.

Lovely family retreat

This home is perfect for rest and relaxation. There is much to do just being at the house, like floating in the pool, watching boats pass by and keeping a eye out for dolphins (which we saw daily) on the dock swing. The location is quiet yet close to the grocery store and restaurants so you never have to go far. And why would you want to when you have the lovely home to enjoy! The kids had plenty to do with the pool, hammock swings, fishing poles and giant tv for watching movies on a lazy afternoon. The adults took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen area and grilled several times poolside. There are many areas to sit, relax and perhaps play a card game or two. We really enjoyed our time at this lovely family retreat and hope to visit again soon!

A truly lovely vacation home...

What a gem! This house is super clean! Beautifully decorated and although it has a lot of space, it's cozy. The kitchen is wonderful and only steps from the pool- so if you have children swimming -and you need to make a meal or grab a snack - you are super close! The pool area is fantastic! Lots of comfortable seating - the Canal is quiet yet you will find yourself busy watching the boats go by or if you're lucky- watching the Dolphins play! We had daily sightings - usually morning between 9 and noon. They seem to love to play in the canal. The beds are comfortable and there are tons of Windows to take in all the light - we were outside most of the time but at night enjoyed the living room and kitchen area. We ventured out almost daily and found easy access to everything we wanted to do or needed. We took a day trip to Captiva (GORGEOUS) and it was an easy drive. We are a beach family and this was our first time staying off the beach and having a private pool on vacation! We are spoiled now! The kids loved swimming whenever and we loved that we could always relax while they did! The street is very nice and also quiet and Cape Harbor is a fun place to grab a drink! Or a coffee! The Cape Coral Pier is not far and also a lovely way to spend some time. This house is a home, it's truly special. It will forever be one of our favorite places! The property manager, Tiffany is super helpful and kind and the owner Danielle, although we never formally met her, all of our communication with her was warm and thoughtful. We were very lucky to have found such a nice place to stay.

Beautiful large home in premium location!

We spent a week at this home and enjoyed one of our best vacations ever. This house is so beautiful inside and out. Not your typical rental property, very nice furnishings. Well stocked indoor and outdoor kitchen, lovely pool and an abundance of outdoor seating for relaxing or enjoying a drinks/meal with family or friends. This house was very clean. We saw dolphins every morning in the canal as well manatee one morning. It was so great! I really can't say enough good things about this rental, we will be back for sure!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral over the Memorial Day weekend. This was a great house and location for our group. Many adjectives come to mind when I think of our stay - comfortable, roomy, relaxing, perfect location and a true paradise experience. We most enjoyed sitting on the spacious dock in the evening, sipping wine and watching for dolphins. The outdoor space was a perfect way to enjoy our Florida holiday.
