Dies ist ein neues Zuhause 10 Jahre gebaut vor ist es komplett mit neuen Möbeln eingerichtet. Er sitzt auf 23 Morgen, die Sie auf den Spuren wandern können und für weitere Strecken bis 1200 Acres des Staates Land verbunden ist. Im Winter können Sie Schneemobil oder Langlaufski fahren. Es gibt mehrere Golf grob innerhalb von 15 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wenn Sie wollen einfach nur entspannen und genießen Sie den Blick werde nicht enttäuscht sein. Es gibt Kamin im Inneren und ein Lagerfeuer draußen. Es gibt viele Outdoor-Aktivitäten mit mehreren Seen in der Nähe zum Angeln und Bootfahren. Wenn Sie Bier und Wein gerne ihr auch mehrere Weingüter und Brauerei in der Gegend. Wenn Sie für die Baseball-Camps hier sind, sind sie beide 20 bis 25 Minuten entfernt.

Great spot for nature

Beautiful, remote location. Comfortable accommodations for a family of 3. Great kitchen setup, fireplace and all comfort amenities, Wi-Fi , TVs, etc.Would definitely stay again!

Perfect remote getaway

The house was beautiful and spacious, the views even more gorgeous. Property was large with lots of space for my dog to run to her hearts content. It was nice and quiet, perfect for getting away to relax. Groceries and food were 30 minutes or less away. Would love to stay here again!

Is This Heaven?

No…. This is Mount Vision. But my spouse & I were overwhelmed by the spacious beauty of the property. Look off to the right for an Amazing sunrise & then after a fun day in Cooperstown… look to your left for an Amazing sunset! If you’re into it there’s a smart TV w/ awesome Apps. A “make your vacation” fireplace & of course seclusion if you desire that. I had a problem lighting the bbq so called the owner & he fixed it in a flash! Nice guy as well I think. Now if there were any “cons” there were 2. First the kitchen area was “clean” but if you’re a germ nut it wasn’t “eat off the counter” spotless so to be quite honest we did like 5 minutes of cleaning ourselves & that’s all it took!! That’s it! The other “con” is that you have to travel to get anything at all. We followed GPS to get to a General Store only to find that it seems it’s been closed for years. We went all the way back to Cooperstown to buy something (about 25 mins.) & maybe thrre was a better alternative but we didn’t want to bother the owner again. Bottom line we left saying: “gee.. I wonder what he’d take to buy this place!!???” We loved this place!

Great place.

We stayed here for a wedding at Longview Farm & Event Center (12 minutes away). The home was very clean, open and the view is just incredible. Rich was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely go back.

Lovely stay, nicer than advertised!

This was an absolute gem of a property - it's even nicer than the photos. It's very open and airy, a lot of space for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs. The pups appreciated having the big open space to run and play outside - we brought a tether along and strapped it to a sturdy tree while they ran about. The view from out back at sunset is stellar, and the property is private while still being a short drive to some of the great spots to see in the area!

Just Fine

This home is in a fine location for Cooperstown activities. Offers a good value in line with its location - 20-25 minutes to town. It is, however, in desperate need of a deep clean. We never wore our shoes inside, and the floors turned our feet and socks black. The dark couches had white crusty spots on them and smelled. Windowsills had spiderwebs and dead bugs. Linens smelled. My teenager was disgusted by the filth in the utensil drawer tray and cleaned it. None of this was surprising, as there was nothing provided to do basic daily maintenance cleaning. We had to hunt for hand soap and there wasn’t enough. No dish soap or dishcloths were provided, making wiping down counters and cleaning pans difficult. No broom and dustpan. One dishwasher tab (we stayed 6 nights). Asking people to leave extra food is a kind gesture, but the refrigerator wasn’t clean. There were some minor repairs that should handled for a safety reasons - replace the missing outlet covers and cover the open single gang box with live electric wires in the second bedroom (where kids are typically staying). A deep clean and then good regular maintenance would go a long way to make guests more comfortable.

Awesome place. If you like serenity, this is the house. deer and turkey in the yard most days. Beautiful view of the mountains. Bed was a little firm for our liking but overall, a great house. very clean. 20 Minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park

Very well kept property with amazing views. Appreciated the AC when it warmed up and overall house had all we needed. Love the peace and quiet to slow things down enjoy the stay. Property owner was very quick to respond to any request and showed up quickly when needed. Again loved the views, trail, and wildlife. Would stay here again!

We needed somewhere close to dreams park and this place was great for us. About 20 minutes or so from dreams park and 15 minutes from a golf course for my older teen and I. Had enough room for the 4 of us. I loved the kitchen and big family room. Rich was very nice and responsive. Had a storm roll through the first day and he came and hooked us up to a generator until power was restored (about 2 hours).

Definitely planning to go back

We had an incredible time staying at this property. It was exactly as listed and completely clean. Very scenic, quiet, but with fully reliable internet, power, and hot water. The fire place was functional and really added to our experience. The only knock would be that the location doesn't have many food options available, but the kitchen space is huge and there's a grill outside so we had no trouble making delicious meals. The host was responsive, generous, and helpful. Highly recommend checking this place out for a weekend or longer.

Nice, secluded spot outside of town. We got lucky with the weather during winter, roads were good. Place is clean. Fireplace is nice. Front door/storm door handle was broke, but otherwise no issues. Would recommend

I grew up nearby in the town of Springfield Center in 1985 I enlisted in the Navy and served 6yr and was aboard the USS Silverside (SSN(679) in 1991 I moved to San Diego to work on Submarines . As I came home for visits I missed the beautiful landscape and outdoor activities Upstate NY has to offer so in 2000 I moved back home and started my own contracting business that I am still doing today

The views the rolling hills and the peace and quite . The only thing that should startle you out here is the wildlife I have been all over the country and I still believe that this is one of the most beautiful place I have ever been.
