Wonderful condo

The condo was very spacious. The second bathroom was great as we were a family of 3 . We loved that it was located on the second floor so we could walk up and down the stairwell and did not have to wait gor the elevators . Alejandro was very easy to reach. I have stayed at the Tides 2 times before and would stay again. The only negatives were that the beach was being filled in with sand as it has eroded and we heard the noise of the Tractors but that will be finished and it will not be an issue past this week . The beds were very comfortable and the walk in closet and dresser was large enough for us to unpack our clothings. It is located very well on the beach and not far from groceries and restaurants.

Beautiful

The check in process was a little complex but we were given great instructions. I would say be prepared to pay for parking, a fee for a fob and a fee for your car tag which you will not likely get back. I felt very safe because we needed the fob to get in and out. Access was easy once we checked in and the room was beautiful and so clean. We had plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen fully stocked. We were worried about it being loud as its all tile flooring but it was not. We had an amazing time at the beach and we had a great experience with the provided chairs and umbrella. Thank you for making our stay so great!

Wonderful vacation

I’ve stayed at the Tides many times. Loved that this condo was on the 2nd floor. It was very clean and spacious. Stayed there alone much of the time with short visits from family. Alejandro was a perfect host. Communicated in a timely manner every time I contacted him. Would stay there again if I can work it out.

Great apartment, well equipped and nice view

We very much enjoyed our stay in this unit. The layout was great - the 1.5 bathrooms was really helpful with 4 people. The apartment was so equipped, we were missing nothing. Loved being on the 2nd floor especially during busy season when elevators are so busy.

Rented for my mom

I rented this condo for my elderly mom. She had an amazing time. The condo had everything she needed, including lots of cookware and nice towels. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had during her stay. My mom said the bed was really comfortable, which was super important to her. I would definitely rent this condo for her again.

Wonderful Unit and Great Host!

This was a beautiful well appointed unit with an ocean and pool view. While I stayed her alone, it would be perfect for families as the pool was right outside and beach behind that. Alejandro the host was great and very accommodating. The building is a bit dated and the check in and parking process is a bit cumbersome, but it was a pretty location. The only cons here were the building is very old and noisy so you can hear everything inside and outside, and the internet and cell phone coverage was a bit weak. I could still connect, but I had to be patient with data heavy functions while working and cell phone (verizon) only worked by the windows/balcony. All in all it was a nice spot to stay for the weekend and Alejandro is an excellent host, would recommend this unit to others looking for some fun in the south Florida sun!

La mejor experiencia frente al mar.

El mejo dueño con el mejor condominio que he rentado. Alejandro, el dueño nos dio una muy cordial bienvenida, nos mostro y explico todo muy bien de como son las reglas de la propiedad, al igual del condominio. Que por cierto todo muy buen equipado en la cocina y las sillas y sombrilla para usar en la playa. Uno de las mejores lugares que hemos rentado yo y mi esposa, Definitivamente vuelveremos a llegar a este condominio. Muchas gracias Alejandro, estuvistes de lo mejor.

Huge, beautiful condo

The owner was wonderfully attentive and helpful. He let us put our luggage there a few hours early. The unit is large, beautiful, and well-equipped. Laundry on every level. The management of the overall property had too many rules (e.g., No luggage in lobby or in elevator ...) and charged per person for a fob to use the pool and the beach. Would definitely go there again. The owner takes great pride in his condo and it was a wonderful experience.
