Moon Valley retreat

Clean, charming casita in Moon Valley just off of 7th St in an upscale neighborhood. Check-in was easy. The casita was clean and well maintained. I'll be back.

Cozy and Clean

This property was as advertised. Clean and updated. We liked that it has a king-sized bed. The bathroom was updated and shower was nice. The only downside to this was the other rental units next to it were basically adjoining/next door -- and, due to this it created noise from the neighbors. the walls are too thin and you could hear the neighbors' conversations right through the walls & vents. That would need to be taken care of if we were to consider staying there again.

Misleading

The pictures are misleading, was never told beforehand that the back yard is very limited to use, doesn’t state that there isn’t an oven, only a bbq grill that was in far back of property unlike pictures show. Doesn’t state that there is not a sink inside, only outside, still had dishes in rack from assuming previous customer. States there is air conditioning, there is not! When I asked about a/c, she told me leaving the entrance door open is sufficient. Was over 70 degrees at night and very uncomfortable. Also, plastic on bed, which is fairly understandable, however very noisy and uncomfortable. Not even hotels do that. Also, she was constantly on premises, actually what woke us up in morning early. Truly felt like no privacy whatsoever and like we were being watched the entire time. Is a very beautiful place, simply ruined by trying to accommodate more renters and not revealing to potential tenants about many things and we believe it’s false advertisement

This unique property was ideal for my short 2 day stay. It was clean, quiet and has everything you need. Nene was an impeccable host, extremely kind and caring, unfortunately I got sick and she very kindly left me, fresh orange juice, lemons, honey and tea. I would not hesitate to stay at Nene’s again and highly recommend this property.

Very nice rental

I stayed for two nights and was attracted to the property because of the outdoor area and location. Both met my expectations. I will stay there again and I strongly recommend this property if your plan is to be outside.

Very nice room, quiet and safe. Parking was off the street, which was very nice. Home is well cared for and owner is very kind. Only thing that would perhaps improve over all stay would be replacement of the plastic covered mattress with a less noisy covering. I do understand the need for protecting the mattress. Great room, plenty of space, nicely decorated.

Quiet spot to lay your head

Vey quiet, well maintained property. It a great place to stay if you're out and about town for the day. Only draw back was the lack of more kitchen amenities. Morning coffee in the backyard would have been enjoyable. The neighborhood is great to walk in and feels very safe.

Serenity Executive Suite was very wonderful. The place was sparkling clean, situated in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautifully landscaped private backyard, that invited relaxation. The hostess, Nene, was very attentive, personable, and gracious. We loo forward to returning in the future!

Hospitality Plus

Our plane got in really late. Nene was there to greet us and welcome us in. The comfortable accommodations were just like they looked in the pictures. The house is located in a nice, quiet, safe residential neighborhood with parks nearby. We were there for a conference and did not spend much time at the house, but the beautiful back yard with lemon trees, lawn furniture, a grill, etc. would have been a great place for morning coffee or an evening meal. Very peaceful and quiet. Nene made sure we were comfortable but gave us our space. If we ever get back to Phoenix, we'll return!

We were pleased to find this very reasonably priced gem during the week of both the Phoenix Open and the Super Bowl, after researching scores of other accommodations, including average hotels, that were listed at $1000 -$2000 per night. The property was well kept and met our needs, and Nene was a very accommodating and helpful. host. Unfortunately, our schedule did not allow time to take advantage of Nene’s generous offer to cook for us, or of the property’s best feature, a beautiful, private backyard with many lovely amenities,.

Lovely Retreat

This little suite is everything you see in the photos and more. It’s super clean and comfortable with a spacious and modern bathroom, walk-in closet, comfy bed, a kitchenette and a parking spot right in front. The back yard is beautifully landscaped, quiet and serene. We were there for a tournament and spent our spare time on the lounge chairs under the gazebo with the breeze blowing through, the scent of jasmine in the air, surrounded by greenery and flowers. It was the perfect place to prepare for the tournament, unwind and relax. Nimi is a lovely, caring and generous host. We arrived fairly late and she gave us a warm welcome. I forgot to print a sign for our car to get into the tournament and she printed it and brought it over. We absolutely loved staying there and will definitely be going back.
