Dieses zweistöckige alleinstehende Haus bietet geräumiges und komfortables Wohnen.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein großer Wohnbereich mit offenen Ess- und Wohnbereichen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Plasma-Großbildfernseher und einen DVD-Player. Der Essbereich grenzt an eine geräumige und moderne Küche. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Elektroherd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, gefiltertem Wasser und Mikrowelle.

Unten hat auch ein Schlafzimmer, Bad und Waschküche. Die Wäsche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Auf Wunsch können Sie auch Kleidung im Freien aufhängen.

Hinterhof umfasst einen kürzlich gedeckten Bereich mit Außeneinstellungen und Grill.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich Schlafzimmer, Bad, zweite Toilette, großer Pool (mit Lounge, Plasma und DVD), Wintergarten und zwei Balkone. Ein großer Balkon blickt auf den Strand.

Das Haus verfügt über Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren in den meisten Zimmern.

Das Anwesen ist sehr sicher mit hohem Zaun und elektrischem Tor. Garage hat Fernbedienung. Die Unterkunft bietet sichere Parkplätze für mindestens 2 Autos.

Alle Bettwäsche wird ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt (Einzelbetten müssen gemacht werden, wenn sie benutzt werden). Alle Handtücher und einige Strandtücher sind vorhanden.

Die Einreise am Anreisetag erfolgt in der Regel um 14:00 Uhr (oder nach Absprache) und die Abreise um 10:00 Uhr.

Schlafzimmer Konfigurationen

Das Haus verfügt über drei / vier Schlafzimmer und bietet somit Platz für 6/8 Erwachsene und bis zu 4 Kinder.

Unten hat ein Schlafzimmer. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Etagenbett. Kann 4 schlafen (Vorschlag maximal 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Dieses Zimmer verfügt über einen Wand-Plasma-TV.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer mit Stadtblick verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Doppelstockbett. Kann 4 schlafen (Vorschlag maximal 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder).

Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit Meerblick ist geräumig und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett.

(Der Rumpus-Raum im Obergeschoss kann auf Wunsch als viertes Schlafzimmer genutzt werden, indem die Lounge-Suite geändert wird.)

Ort

Das Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig an der Seaview Road. Es liegt zwischen dem Henley Beach Jetty und dem Grange Jetty. ca. 1 km von beiden entfernt. Der Strand ist auf der anderen Straßenseite. Der Strand ist glatt und sandig; ideal zum spazieren gehen, spielen und schwimmen.

Es gibt viele ausgezeichnete Cafés, Restaurants und Hotels zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Einkaufszentrum West Lakes ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Harbour Town ist auch ein großes Einkaufszentrum für Marken-Direktverkauf, das sich ebenfalls in der Nähe des Autos befindet.

Die Stadt Adelaide liegt etwa 11 km entfernt. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, die Sie in die Stadt bringt.

Der Flughafen Adelaide ist ungefähr 7 km entfernt.

Great property for families, it is very close to the beach and all other restaurants, cafes and shopping centre are aĺl within a reasonable walking distance. The host is very reponsive and amenable and we had fantastic stay.

Awesome house for families

This property was brilliant for what we needed. Plenty of space for a family to spread out, clean and all the amenities that you could need plus everything was labelled (so helpful!). The location was amazing with the beach a very short distance and the shops and restaurants an easy walk away. Communication with Sue was easy and helpful. Will definitely look to stay again. Plenty of room for the family.

The house was great for what we needed. Plenty of space for us all to hang out or get away from each other!! The walk to the beach is very quick & it’s a nice walk to the pub & restaurants. Will definitely be looking to book again. Sue was great to deal with too.

Spacious with all we needed.

I booked this property for my cousin‘s family, three adults and three children, but I visited several times with my family. It is a good location with a very short walk across the road and down a small street to lovely Henley Beach. Location is wonderful, particularly if you have a vehicle, as the shops are a kilometer or so away. Lots of areas to relax so that adults and kids have their own space. The adults said that they had everything they needed in the kitchen, linens etc. for a wonderful stay. Great barbecue also.

Great Beach House

Stayed here for Christmas. Huge property! Everyone could find their own corner to escape to. Beautiful old Adelaide 1950s architecture with mod cons like ducted air-conditioning. Extremely comfy beds - best night's sleep I've had all year. Great swimming beach accross road and easy walk to Henley Square restaurants and Grange hotel. Beautiful sunsets from huge upper deck, and view of the hills from the East rooms and rear balcony. Will stay here again!

Great location beach a stones throw!

We had a lovely stay at Sue’s place, everything was well labelled and easy to navigate. The house is huge!! There is a lot of space so you aren’t on top of one another. We are a family of 4 but two families could comfortably stay here. The security is very good. It had everything we needed plus more. Best of all the beach was right across the road.

Spacious and perfect location, for our family

Upon arrival we found the home clean had everything we needed, we had elderly and frail parents, the bedroom downstairs bathroom, kitchen with a few steps served them well. The beach across the road was so convenient. We use the beach sitting chair found in the garage. Felt secure and very handy having remote electric gate and garage door. Spacious bedrooms and all the facilities needed. Even though some things need could do with being updating. We will be coming back and recommending. Thankyou Sue for sharing your lovely space.

This property is very well equipped and is located perfectly. It can cater for large groups and has everything that you could possibly ask for. The fact that it has multiple outdoor areas means that you can choose different locations, depending on the time of day. We will certainly stay at this property in Henley Beach again.

Homely Beach House

The property was so much more than we expected. A double length garage was excellent for storing a kayak and bikes. The size of the house made it very comfortable for a group of six adults and visitors for our stay during the Tour Down Under. High ceilings kept the house at a pleasant temperature. Instructions for the house very well laid out and practical. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect beach holiday house

We stayed in The Henley Beach House in January 2020. The location is great- across the road from the beach entrance and beach itself is nice and quiet, with white and crispy sand. In 10-15 min walk there are plenty of cafes and a grocery store. The house is quite large and will easily fit two families. It has everything you'd expect in good working order. Climate control is great and quickly cools the property. We enjoyed the BBQ on the shaded deck as well. Thumbs up to the hosts -- minor maintenance issue was sorted almost immediately without any hassle for us. Would definitely recommend!

By the Beach

Great location, by the beach, half way between Grange and Henley Bridge jetties. Lots of space at this place, with a couple of living spaces for kids to do their own thing. Nice little outdoor area, great for breakfast and BBQ's. Awesome place to get away for a week.

The house was spacious and would be fantastic for 3 couples

Spacious living areas and bedrooms plus good options for outdoor living. Would suit a couple of families. Comfortable beds. Great location. Good parking options. A couple of negatives: loud traffic noise in front bedroom (I don't think the windows close properly); would prefer a top sheet on the beds rather than doona only - too hot; need to update some items in the kitchen eg a new dish brush, glad wrap, wobbly bar stools, a couple more tea towels would be good. Having said all this, I would stay at the house again but make sure I didn't get the front bedroom!

Large well equipped house in great location

Had an excellent holiday in this big house just two minutes from a fantastic beach. On arrival we were a little disappointed that not all the house was as modern as the lounge - some rooms had very dated decor and furniture - but the rooms were large and the beds and sofa extremely comfy. The kitchen, though not modern and sleek, had lots of cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. The washing machine, tumble drier and clothes line on the rear decking were so brilliant to have and we enjoyed breakfast every day outside. Although the outside table needs sanding down and re-staining a table cloth was supplied to cover it. There were beach towels and beach toys and a cupboard full of toys and games for children and having a second lounge upstairs also gave space for people to get away from each other. The wifi was nice to have but patchy - sometimes it was very slow and we ended up using our own wifi device to send photos or other big files. The location was superb, about half way between Henley and Grange piers, with good cafes and shops either side , just a 15-20 minute walk along the sandy beach. The bus stops are right outside the house if you want them, but we walked or used the car for further afield. Sue left us a lovely welcome present , thanks for that Sue, and was very easy to deal with. It's not the place to stay if you want an ultra modern house but if you want space for two families by the beach then this place is a good choice. We would happily come back. Thanks for renting to us Sue.
