Fühlen Sie sich in unserem "Homeaway from Home" am Meer im BayWatch Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC, wie zu Hause. Unsere Deluxe-Wohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine und Trockner bietet Platz für 4 Personen mit einem neuen Pillow-Top-Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und einem Schrankbett im Wohnzimmer. Bei Bedarf stellen wir ein zusammenklappbares Kinderbett zur Verfügung. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen fantastischen Meerblick mit Sofa, 2 Liegen und einem Großbildfernseher. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen neuen Tisch und Stühle. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über neue Holzschränke, Granitoberflächen, neue Küchengeräte, Kochgeschirr, kleine Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Hochleistungsmesser, Gabeln usw. Das Badezimmer verfügt über einen neuen Holzwaschtisch mit Granitarbeitsplatte, ein neues Waschbecken, Wasserhähne und eine Whirlpool-Badewanne. A Thoroughly Enjoyable Stay
This was a very nice unit in the Bay Watch. We appreciated the digital entry process, the Bay Watch amenities, and the attention to detail within the unit itself, such as the more than adequate number of towels. The owner was also quick to address any questions pertaining to our stay. Our only wish was that we would have had access to a secured wi-fi connection for internet access. My wife wanted to access her work email, but wasn't able to do so because of the unsecured connection.

Amazing!!!
We have been coming to NMB for years and this is by far our favorite property we’ve stayed at. Lenna Jane keeps this place in pristine condition and was so responsive and accommodating. The condo is very clean and comfortable and the ocean views are absolutely beautiful from the comfy recliners! We had everything we could need plus more. We can’t wait to come back here next year!!!

Great Trip!!
We had a wonderful trip and loved the condo. Very clean and pictures were what we got. It had everything we needed, even though I pack my whole home when I take vacations, there was nothing left out from the host. Elevators were fast, resort was clean, staff was friendly and the drinks at Fishtales were delicious. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely Stay
Our host was wonderful, providing all the information we needed. The unit is perfect for a couple. Comfortable, clean and a great oceanfront view. The resort has several pools and they were warm (wonderful for early May). Several saunas and lazy rivers, and an indoor pool. Just steps from the beach. We loved it.

Loved the Condo
We loved our stay at this condo. It was exceptionally clean, updated and we love the location in the middle tower. It is exactly as the pictures show. The furniture and the bed was comfortable and the condo had everything you need. Lenna Jane was always available if we had any questions. The check in and checkout process was extremely easy. Property was as described with everything you need in the kitchen and for your stay. Clean and well decorated with a wonderful view. This was the furthest NMB we've stayed. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get to the Board Walk. Unfortunately, we had 2 teenagers and that is where they wanted to go hang out. I recommend this condo.

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay in this condo the last week of June! The condo is well maintained and comfortable for a family of 3-4. We had everything we needed in the unit. This was not our first visit to Baywatch but first time in this condo. We really enjoy the facilities of Baywatch and now finding this condo is a perfect match. Terrific Condo
We enjoyed our experience so much! Two recliners in the living room helped make it comfortable like home. The king bed was great and the whole condo was well lit in each room which is important to us, as we enjoy reading. The 2 large TV’s were nice. We enjoyed being in the building directly over the main lobby on 4th floor. Loved this location. The owner was so accessible and I felt she cared about our experience. Loved that she sent codes to unlock our door and there were no keys to have to keep up with. That’s huge for me! The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most of our meals in the condo. I Loved that there were crock pots and I could put something on in the morning for our dinner. The jetted bathtub was great! So spacious… We enjoyed every minute and made great memories on this vacation. Our son’s family rented a 3 bedroom in the building next door for his family but surprisingly, we all ended up spending most of our waking hours, when not on the beach in this condo. It was just so comfortable! You will enjoy this unit and the kind owner!

Clean, comfortable condo
The condo and location on the 4 th floor was great. We were disappointed that there no longer giving pool/beach towels and that there was no longer valet service. When we left there were no carts to be found!! The type of guests and overall cleanliness and services have definitely gone down.

The condo is very clean. Furniture in very good shape. Balcony and view are spectacular. The pools and hot tubs are clean and numerous. The lobby area was clean. The only items I feel needs to be improved upon is the mattress. Overall, the condo and facility was great.

My husband Jim, was born in Feb. 1938 in Hyde County, NC, attended Wake Forest College, has a BA, CPA (inactive status), J.D. - moved to Raleigh, NC in late 1960. Joined IBM in early 60's, started buying rental property in 1979, remodeled and rented. He started building his own rental properties shortly after. As time moved on we began selling properties, we moved to Brunswick County in 2010 and together we actively managed 4 remaining rental properties. Jim is no longer active in the rental properties but my son Brannon has stepped in to help and he keeps things going. We currently live in Brunswick county, NC which is about 1 hour from Baywatch Resorts. We also have a handyman that has worked for us in N. Myrtle Beach for about 12 years that helps us do minor repairs on an as needed basis. We take great pride in our properties and maintain them in an updated and immaculate condition.

This is a deluxe one bedroom property located in the center building (where most of the property activity is located). Located on the 4th. floor - low enough to enjoy the pool and beach activity below and high enough to be away from the noise.

Relax on the private deck or the comfortable lazy boy recliners and enjoy the fantastic ocean view, you will never want to leave. Our deluxe unit has an entrance that leads to the kitchen, living room, bath or the private bedroom. Coming from the beach - 2 showers are available to wash the sand off and wet clothes - Washer and Dryer are in the unit!
