Quick Beach and Football Game

We really enjoyed the property with the convenient parking easy access to the beach. Several restaurants in walking distance. Condo was very clean and well stocked, including beach chairs and towels. We will go back again.

A wonderful stay.

Our twelve day stay in the condo met our expectations and beyond. The view was wonderful and we very much appreciated the quiet. We were pleased with the cleanliness and the condo was just the right size for us. Our plan is to come back in the autumn, we enjoyed it that much.

Beautiful location!

We stayed a couple days in July and had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect and the beach is beautiful. The pool was very warm and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only suggestions would be to update the outdoor deck seating, blankets, and towels. Overall, we would definitely choose to stay here again!

Nice place on beach

This property is directly on beach with beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen has everything that we needed. One of the bedrooms is an alcove of the living room, but it has its own bath. The property is well located, close to stores and grocery stores.

Perfect beach getaway!!

We totally enjoyed our vacation in this condo. The owner is VERY responsive and easy to work with. Beautiful oceanfront view. The layout of the floor plan is nice when 2 couples stay in the unit. The floors are beautiful, the furniture very comfortable. Nice long balcony. Definitely planning on staying here again next year!

Very easy condo

The condo and location were great. Nice, clean and easy to check in. My only suggestion would be to stock some more beach chairs. Only one working beach chair the others were broken and rusted out. But the location was very nice beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Was a great condo for our trip!

Great location, sweet apartment

My family and I enjoyed our five-day stay at this compact beach condo. It had a garage, an elevator and an en-suite bath, all necessary for the elders. The kitchen was workable and the view was marvelous. Two minor issues: the master is open to the living room and the single beds in the other room sagged.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Garage parking to keep your vehicle out of the heat. Plenty of beach supplies. Very responsive owner if you have any questions. Everything worked great from WiFi to washing clothes! Comfortable furniture!

Relaxing Beach Location

We loved our stay at this Jacksonville Beach condo! It was our first time using and will definitely be back. We loved the quiet beach, watching the pelicans fly over and waking up to the gorgeous ocean sunrise and taking nice long walks on the beach. The owners were super nice and accommodating and even allowed us to stay an extra day for Mother's Day! The condo was very nice, clean and had all the comforts of home! We look forward to returning in the near future. :)

Beach Drifters

The location was perfect to listen to the waves and catch the ocean breeze. Walking distance to many restaurants. Parking and entrance to condo was very easy and the elevator was an added bonus for my husband that has a hard time with to many steps. Our only suggestion would be updated balcony chairs. The chairs were more like bar stools, very skinny seats and wobbly.

We found everything as described. It was very nice to have indoor parking so the car was cooler. Communication with the property contact was prompt and clear. Small issues were quickly resolved. We enjoyed our time there even though we’d been spoiled with more comfortable deck furniture & ceiling fans at our previous rental. The cheaper rental & the ability to have my service dog made it worth the differences. I would stay there again.

At the Beach again.

Another good stay at this Condo and we will be back again in April 2024. We always have a good time there. Just a couple of cleaning notes. We found an old fish dinner in a styrofoam box that was pretty gross, in the microwave and a used greasy cooking sheet in the oven. No big deal just wanted you to know. You might want to consider replacing the glass table on the balcony, it is really rusted.

Unit was not exceptionally clean. Pet hair visible. Bath towels could be updated as well as queen mattress that sags in the center. Beach chairs and umbrella were rusted and not useable. Had to go purchase our own. Location was great.

Great location and view of the water

We enjoyed a great weekend with our daughter. And even though the weather was terrible we had a wonderful time with her. The unit has a great deal of deferred maintenance. Superficial cleaning. Baseboards were filthy in master bath as were the floor corners. Master shower was just a stream of water. Some furniture was new while other pieces were outdated. Beds were not bad, but they were not great either. Hole in the wall in front bedroom. Slider going out to ocean porch has a trac that has not been cleaned in years! Picture frames really need to be dusted. Unit could be GREAT. Place Just needs some TLC.
