Willkommen in der Casa de Zia im Cottonwoods. Dieses schöne Reihenhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet Platz für 9 Personen und liegt günstig im Zentrum von Moab. Das Casa de Zia ist komplett mit allem Komfort wie zu Hause eingerichtet, einschließlich Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche und Pflegeprodukten. Es gibt einen Kamin, einen Whirlpool, einen Grill und eine Garage für 2 Autos. Die Cottonwoods sind die einzigen Ferienunterkünfte mit einem beheizten Innenpool, der das ganze Jahr über geöffnet ist. Casa de Zia hat eines der größten Wohnzimmer / Gemeinschaftsräume in der Stadt. Es ist tierfreundlich und verfügt über einen großen, schattigen umzäunten Hof. Internet und Kabelfernsehen sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer über ein Queensize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer über zwei Einzelbetten. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Schlafsofa und es gibt auch ein Zustellbett für 9 Personen.

Die zentrale Lage von Casa de Zia macht es nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von 3 Blocks zu den Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants der Stadt und nur eine 5-10-minütige Fahrt zu Arches.

Great location, beautiful space

Casa de Zia is a lovely home, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but with a private yard that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. The inside is light,cheerfully and tastefully decorated and is very clean. We especially appreciated the book put together by the owners with hiking trail recommendations. Wish we had stayed longer!

Communication with host was excellent. The place is so well appointed, comfortable beds, plenty of different sitting areas. We especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of beach towels by the door to the hot tub, storage containers in the kitchen, and bird feeders. It was great to walk to everything in town. Would stay again!

Perfect Getaway

You can tell that the owners really put a lot of thought into their home. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. The wall arcade was a huge hit as well.

Wonderful clean home. Tons of room for the family and everything you need in the kitchen. The jacuzzi was a great addition, and it was clean. The boardgames and old-school video arcade game were a great addition as well. Fantastic location to anything you want to do and see in Moab. I would definitely stay here and recommend this property again.

Had a good time

The house was clean and spacious. It is also in a quiet neighborhood. Hot tab after hiking was really great. We relaxed at night at the tab staring at the night sky. I would pick this house again if I ever travel to Moab.

Hiking trip

We absolutely luved the house, it was gorgeous! It was comfy, spacious and was easy to walk to town. The decor was awesome! We used the hot tub after hiking and enjoyed the fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked. Luved this house!

Pleasant surprise

The photos don’t do it justice. There was plenty of space for my large family of boys to stretch out and relax. The floor plan was perfect for our needs and the host was quick to respond whenever I reached out. We really enjoyed this property and helped make our vacation enjoyable.

Moab home away from home

Everything about this property was great for our stay in Moab. After staying in other areas around Utah seeing the other parks of The Mighty Five, it was wonderful to stay in a home with all the amenities we could want. Having a full size backyard with fire pit, hot tub, and backyard birds to watch at the feeder made for a great outdoor space to relax in. The home’s kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms were all well stocked with the things needed for meals and comfort. The living spaces, furniture, and beds were very comfortable. Having a full size garage for our motorcycles was great. Propane grill had plenty of fuel and was in good working order. Tamara, the host, was a pleasure to work with. While we typically try to visit new places instead of returning to places we’ve been, I would gladly make this our home away from home again if we’re back in Moab.

Perfect location for the parks

The location was only about 15 minutes from Arches and 40 mins from Canyonlands, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the Zia sun god symbol on the wall and I’m inspired by the story to get one for my wall at home. Thanks for the stay!

Misleading posting

The house is great, but it is misrepresented in my opinion. We were a group of 6 adults. The master bedroom and bathroom are big and nice, great for 2 people. The Guest bedroom is small and tight for 2 people unless it is a couple. The 3rd bedroom is a kid's bedroom. The beds are very small and uncomfortable. The memory mattresses are so soft that when you wake up in the morning you feel like in a hole. I am 5'9" and the bed was too short. The sofa pull out is less than optimal. We spent most of the time out adventuring and good night sleep is important. The house is more suitable for families with kids rather than all adults. The internet router is located in the garage, so coverage in the Living room was slow and none in the further bedrooms. I feel like what we paid for a week stay was way too much for what the place has to offer.

Lovely Home!

Beautiful home and property for our family of 6! The littles appreciated the pool nearby, and the hot tub was great for mom and dad after the kids went to bed. We were close to everything in Moab, and just a short drive from other attractions. Arches was beautiful!

Great Moab Property!

This place was perfect for friends on a bike trip to Moab. The property owner was extremely nice, and the property itself is amazing. It is very large to accommodate many people, has an awesome patio in the shade for the afternoon, as well as a backyard with a fire pit for later in the evening. Very well stocked and extremely clean. Located near town and only a block or two from multiple bike shops, as well as the river. Plus a large garage to store bikes. Could not be better for location and overall space. The only thing is I don't totally agree with is that it sleeps 9. Technically yes, but that assumes doubling up people in the beds as well as the sleeper sofa. Ok for families, but maybe not perfect for friend groups. We still made it work for eight people, and there is more than enough room to spread out, bathrooms, kitchen area, etc. Overall the place it awesome-by far the the best we have stayed at in Moab in all the years we have gone.

Comforts of home!

The host couldn’t have been more accommodating! She was great to communicate with and allowed us to have a late check out which was great with sleeping teens. The house is so well stocked! Bluetooth speakers, lots of throw blankets, and even a cooler! Teens loved the hot tub and the pool. Plenty of space! Comfortable bed and great location. Teens loved walking to the food trucks.

My wife and brother-in-law had a great time enjoying beautiful Moab. The location is perfect and Tamara is an awesome property manager. Right next to downtown Moab (literally walking distance). And perfect spot to drive to Arches and Canyonlands (which is amazing). Highly recommend!

I just can't get enough of hiking, camping and exploring this area, the most magical place in the world... I bought this house in July of 2016 and love that it is new, clean, warm, comfortable and very spacious. There is a large living area that is comfortable and inviting for a lot of people to gather. My favorite thing about the house is the patio that is off the main bedroom with a hot tub and view of the red rock mountains. The back yard is beautiful, private and romantic.
