Neu gestaltete Familienhaus befindet sich in einer schönen Gegend von St. entfernt Petersburg, in der Nähe von Tampa, Florida. Sie können von zu Hause aus zu Fuß zum Publix Laden zu bekommen. Wir bieten das ganze Jahr über eine komfortable Unterkunft in voll ausgestatteten Haus ca. 7 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, großen, eingezäunten Garten bietet viel Privatsphäre, Pool, Outdoor-Bildschirm Terrasse Sitzbereich, Gasgrill.
Das Haus in der Nähe des langen Gulf Boulevard gelegen, erstreckt sich entlang der Küste von Clearwater nach Saint Pete Beach, gibt es eine große Auswahl an Attraktionen, nette Restaurants mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien am Meer, Bars, viele Geschäfte mit verschiedenen Waren.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit natürlich Sport: kostenlose Tennisplätze ca. 2 Minuten entfernt (Tennisschläger und Bälle im Haus vorhanden), Radweg ca. 3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt (2 Fahrräder auch kostenlos erhältlich) gibt es, Kinder natürlich .. . dann auf den Golfplatz, Minigolf und Angeln, reiten oder ein Boot, Jet-Ski, etc. mieten ..

Perfect for families

Very clean, fun place to stay! Perfect for families with the pool and playground. The only problem we had was that VRBO had a different address than what the owner had which created much confusion with deliveries. The owner was very responsive to this and helpful!

You’ve found the one!

Such a cute house! The pool/backyard is perfectly done. I went with friends but would be an amazing place for family too. Perfect location! Beach is like 8 minute drive and Publix is 3 minute drive. Plus the nightly price is great for the experience. I definitely want to stay here again!! :)

Amazing!

This home was exactly what the pictures depicted. I traveled with grandchildren ranging from 3-14.There was something for everyone. The pool was perfect size. The location was minutes from Publix, the Gulf Blvd., John Pass and Tampa. The property was clean, fenced in backyard provided comfort for the parents concerning toddler, the neighborhood so quiet. Richard was easily accessible and welcoming. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation with my family! We would stay again if invited!

The home

This home was the best one we stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked with different sized pots, regular spices, and dishes. They provided extra toilet paper, paper towels, and detergents. We have to buy those items. It is close to the beaches and we tried 5 different ones. We cooked dinners most nights. The pool was lovely in the evening.

Relaxing, clean, inviting home. Great for family or anyone!

Great vacation house. Pictures accurately describe this relaxing, inviting home. The backyard area was where we spent most of our time. The pool was perfect for families with children. The host was attentive and responsive. We had 1 question as soon as we arrived, and the host responded very quickly which we greatly appreciated. Nice neighborhood. There is a park about 2 minutes away which had a huge playground. Would highly recommend this home. We would love to come back to stay again!

We had a great time despite the pool heater not working

My family and I had a great time, the place is adorable and has everything you need, I loved that we could use their beach equipment. The owners are very promped to respond and very kind. We had one set back where the pool would not heat, the owner did come check it out right away and fix it but it took until the last day to heat up (it was cold for the season so it took a while). I would give 5 stars but I did ask twice about the pool before booking to verify that it was heated and working since that is what I was looking forward to most and I unfortunately only got to swim the last night. Overall we had an excellent time and would stay again!

Schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Leider sind wir von dieser Unterkunft enttäuscht. Die Sauberkeit der Töpfe, des Grills und der Betten entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Für diesen Preis hatten wir uns mehr Komfort vorgestellt. Im gesamten wirkt das Haus abgewohnt. Positiv ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum Supermarkt, auch der Pool war schön. Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem Objekt verbracht, aber uns leider nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.

Exactly what the pictures look like

Very clean and awesome interior with super cool backyard. The pool is heated which is nice and any/everything is supplied in the kitchen. Definetly will attempt to book again for next year.

Cute Home

When we found the property the street was going through some construction and was a little run down, so the outside was not quite what we were expecting. There was a little confusion with the address online and in the email as well as the check in process. It seems they have made some changes and they just need to update the website. However, the owners were always readily available to help and answer any questions we had. Once inside the house was "super cute" as well as the backyard. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house had just about everything you could need including detergent, condiments, spices, etc to get you started. In addition the owner has a pontoon boat that you can rent at a discount. It was very clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely rent here again.

Perfect for your Tampa vacation

This house is absolutely everything you need in a vacation house for this area. It's not one the beach but is close enough to at least 5 (including Clearwater) that it's not an issue to get around. It's also really easy to get to and from the airport as well as other attractions on the other side of the bay. Very close to a great golf course (Seminole Lake) and a shopping center with everything you need including a top notch movie theater. The house layout, size, and amenities are just what you'd want for a family. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for myself, wife, her sister and the 2 kids we let tag along. And the outside screened in patio was perfect to sip wine while watching the kids in the pool. The house was a total delight and Richard and Romana made us feel quite at home, even when we realized the hair dryer was missing, we got a replacement immediately. They are very responsive and really care about your stay. Highly recommend if you want to stay in the Tampa area!

What an amazing week!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family!! It was clean, smelled great, and had such a perfect floor plan for us! The house had everything you would need to run a home. Fully equipped!! The pool was awesome for the kids...they swam every day several times a day! The location was amazing with parks, bike trails and playgrounds so close. The beach was close and everything you needed was also close by. It really could not have been any better for what we were looking for!!!

Great family holiday location. Will use again.

We really enjoyed this house. It was located ideally for us as our friends live 5 mins away. A short 10 min drive and you are at the gulf beaches. Easy to get to from Tampa airport. We liked that there are loads of towels, cool boxes and other useful things to use. Well stocked on the little things like cleaning materials and sauces so you don’t need to buy on arrival. We had no issues at all but if we had then the landlord only lives two doors away. Our kids loved the pool. A great holiday and we will use in the future.

Bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits à Seminole avec nos deux enfants de 17 et 12 ans. la maison est vraiment conforme à la description. Récente, moderne, confortable, bien agencée, de l'espace et pour chacun. Une décoration fraîche & contemporaine. Un salon très lumineux.Pour nous européens, c'est une maison typiquement américaine et c'est ce que nous recherchions. La piscine hors sol a tout de même une bonne profondeur et un espace qui permet de vraiment bien se baigner.L'emplacement est idéal, proche supermarché ( 300 m) et a quelques km de la plage. Richard et Romana ont été très présents pour nous dépanner lors de besoin d'impression de tickets par ex, et bien qu'il y ait eu un ou deux petits soucis de matériels( BBQ) tout fut réglé dans la journée. Une bonne adresse, dans un quartier calme.
