Drei-Zimmer im viktorianischen Wohnung ist an Interessenten der Suche nach einem ruhigen und schönen Zuhause. Das Haus wurde 1924 erbaut und wurde in seinen ursprünglichen Charme noch verzahnt mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten liebevoll restauriert. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ist sehr gut beleuchtet von seinen vielen Fenstern und Oberlichtern. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 als zwei der größeren Schlafzimmer Queen-Size-Betten und das kleinere Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde original Holzböden nachgearbeitet, Deckenrosette, Zierleisten, Dekokamin (nicht verwendet werden), Original Schränke und French- Türen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Wildleder Couch mit zwei Clubsesseln und einem extra großen Ottomane, die als zusätzliche Sitz verdoppeln kann. Für Ihre Unterhaltung gibt es Gesellschaftsspiele, Wii-Fi, einen großen Fernseher und einen DVD-Player. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Neben dem Speisesaal ist eine große Küche mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie einem 6-Flammen-Gasherd, Dunstabzugshaube Bereich, Doppel-Backofen, wärmer, großer Kühlschrank, kleiner Kühlschrank für Getränke, Mixer, große Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt zwei schöne Bäder (keine Wanne), die mit saubere Handtücher, Shampoo, Conditioner, Seife und Toilettenpapier für Ihren Komfort bestückt sind. Die Gäste können bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse oder im privaten Garten genießen, wo man grillen kann sich ein schönes Abendessen auf dem Grill Gas unterhalb der Treppe.

Wonderful Property and Hosts!

We had a wonderful stay in San Francisco at this beautiful property. Amazing hosts that are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The home is very clean and has comfortable beds and a great kitchen space with so many amenities. Nice to have a parking spot available for our rental car, too! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great spot for a family trip to San Francisco

Hosts were great, easy to communicate with and helpful throughout our stay. Location is close to the 280 freeway so it was easy to get around and they have a nice breakfast spot (Tasty Coffee) and ice cream place (Balboa Ice Cream) right nearby. We had a family of 4 and the space was perfect to accommodate all of us.

Beautiful, Comfortable SF Stay

The house was spacious, tastefully decorated and welcoming. Our hosts left us plenty of coffee and snacks for the late night snacking we needed after a full day in the city. The kitchen was beautiful with a skylight and access to an outdoor patio along with an abundance of cooking appliances and spices. We'd love to go back!

Perfect SF spot!

Coffee and ice cream.

Perfect long weekend with family. Coffee in the morning from the coffee shop across the road, and ice cream after dinner from the ice cream shop also just across the road. Ideal for staying in or going out. Felt completely at home. Lupe met us to check in and had plenty of tips for places to eat, things to see, then left us to our own devices. Would stay again.

Family getaway in SF

Despite the rain, we loved our stay at this property and our adventures in the city! We took BART and drove to our outings....this house was in the perfect location for both. Cute coffee shop across the street became part of our morning routine. Would stay here again.

A welcoming home away from home

Lupe welcomed us with wise advice about our plans, and a wonderful classic sourdough bread. Easy to get around the city from this quiet neighborhood, and it was a spacious, comfortable place to get back to at the end of a hectic touring day. Our family enjoyed the comfy living room and the open kitchen was a great place to gather to watch my brother make amazing breakfasts! Large dining area was a game night table on several occasions. Highly recommend and we hope to come again soon!

San Francisco

San Francisco was the end destination on our 2 week road trip on Highway 101 starting in Seattle. Lupe was there to greet us and open her home to us. The townhouse is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen amazing. All attractions are easily accessible and Lupe offers a list of restaurants and sites to see. It was the perfect place to unwind at the end of our vacation. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a quick drive to the Fisherman's Wharf area with our rental car. There is also city transportation in close proximity as well as grocery stores, etc. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and had so many amenities.The beds were comfortable and updated showers were nice. We enjoyed being able to have dinners together in the dining room after a day of tourist activites and had fun playing games from their collection. Lupe was so sweet. She was a wonderful host who was very responsive to any questions we had and also very accomodating. We were sad we had to leave, If we are ever back in San Francisco, we will not hesitate staying here again!

Gem in San Francisco Mission Terrace

This gem of an apartment is carefully restored to original elegance. Hardwood floors, wood paneled dining room, tiled floor in the great kitchen, quiet bedrooms, and a porch in the back make for a great experience. The apartment is located in Mission Terrace, a diverse neighborhood with origins in the early twentieth century, when it was first developed. Lots of ethnic food in the neighborhood. Downtown San Francisco is a 12-minute ride with BART. Lupe and Marisol are wonderful and very responsive hosts. This place was our family's favorite thus far in San Francisco.
