Das Hotel liegt in South Forest Beach und nur wenige Gehminuten von Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, nur zu Fuß durch die breezeway zum Strand! Unsere Einheit im Erdgeschoss ist rollstuhlgängig. Ein wunderschön renovierte Wohnung mit Granit überall, neue Geräte, walk-in gefliesten Dusche (Master), neue Betten und Möbel, neue Fußböden und sehr bequem zu vielen lokalen Attraktionen mit nur einem kurzen Spaziergang. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 50 "High-Definition-Flachbildschirm-SMART TV. Inklusive kostenloser Kabel mit Premium-Kanälen, und wenn Sie einen Amazon oder Netflix-Konto haben, können Sie Ihr eigenes Konto auf dem TV anmelden. Das Gerät verfügt über WiFi im gesamten Gebäude.
Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit neuer Bettwäsche, 50 "Flachbildschirm-Smart TV und das Bad hat einen geringen Schritt zu Fuß in gekachelten regen Dusche.
Der Gast Bad hat eine Badewanne mit einem abnehmbaren Handbrause.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett, und eine Reihe von Etagenbetten. Die Etagenbetten sind ein Doppelbett über ein Doppelbett. Das Zimmer verfügt auch über einen 32 "ROKU TV.
Im Wohnbereich ist ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa mit einer aufblasbaren Matratze auf einem Sofa Matratze angebracht, die einen 14 "tief Matratze für zusätzlichen Komfort bietet!
Für zusätzlichen Komfort, eine aufblasbare Doppelmatratze mit der richtigen Bettwäsche kann im Wäscheschrank zu finden. Unser Eintrag zeigt, dass wir 6 schlafen. Dies ist eine konservative Zahl. Das Master-Bett für 2 Personen, das Gästezimmer für 6 Personen, das Sofa 2 bequem Platz, und ein anderer auf der Luftmatratze, wenn nötig. Realistisch für Komfort würde ich 2 Erwachsene im Master empfehlen, 2 Erwachsene in der Königin, 2 Erwachsene oder Kinder auf dem Boden voll Bett, 2 Kinder, die auf dem oberen Doppelbett und 2 Erwachsene auf dem Schlafsofa.

Um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm und komfortabel zu gestalten, steht Ihnen folgende Strandausrüstung zur Verfügung: Stühle, Sonnenschirme (mit Pull Cart), Schaufel / Eimer, Boccia Ball, Hufeisen, Boogie Boards und Skim Boards. Drinnen gibt es Brettspiele, Wireless Internet und digitales Kabel-TV. Handtücher, Seife, Shampoo, Fön, Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier und Papierhandtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Clean and spacious beachfront, family friendly!!

Perfectly appointed beachfront condo. The most family friendly rental we have been to! Closets full of toys, beach gear/ towels, TVs in all rooms, and full sized appliances. The attention to detail is crucial for an easy beach vacation. We loved the wagon, tent, boogie boards, life jackets, sand toys, and beach chairs. The beds and couches were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen appliances but bring your own food, spices, oil, ziplocs/foil etc. They provided starter packs of cleaning supplies / paper products and the only thing I used of my own was laundry detergent for the 7 day vacation (even though I think it was provided). The stand alone fans were a nice addition as it was warm at times. Easy dedicated parking space out front and a few guest spots close by. The proximity to Coligy and Sea Pines was very convenient! And the beach is just a short walk over the boardwalk, right in the backyard! The master bedroom lets in plenty of natural light, so for those who like total darkness, they have provided sleep masks. So thoughtful! Everything was truly clean and perfect- a home away from home. My family would love to stay at this property again! Thank you Mark, Mari, and Michelle for being very communicable about all of our questions and needs! We couldn’t have had a better vacation!!

Excellent vacation

We had a fantastic time at this property on HHI!! The small touches really made it feel like a home. The details for young kids were great. For a moment I found myself looking for kid size hangers and a step stool they were that well stocked! We definitely did not need to pack any of our beach toys/supplies as they had PLENTY! The only downside, which is completely outside of the owners’ control, is the noise from the unit above. We could hear them moving their patio chairs on one of the patios and it sounded like it was right above us in the bedroom one night. A 9am check out was also a bit challenging with young kids so we ended up leaving the night before. I recognize it’s a busy time of year but this is the earliest check out I’ve experienced. We plan on booking again next summer!

We have stayed at a view properties in Hilton Head and this was by far our favorite. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. This condo has everything you can possibly need from beach tents, beach towels, coolers, chairs, toys, beach wagon and a stocked kitchen. If you have small children there are several baby items such as a high chair, bouncer and plenty of toys and board games to keep the kids entertained. We had one small issue with the bathtub and the owners were so easy to communicate with and had the issue fixed promptly. I would definitely recommend 37 Ocean Club and look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful relaxing stay

This is a lovely resort! This condo had everything we could want for a beautiful relaxing trip. We loved being able to easily walk to the pool, the beach and Coligny. A great bonus were the beach chairs and umbrella. We didn't use any of the games but loved the variety available to us. We would definitely choose to stay here in the future.

Perfect beach vacation.

I wish we would have stayed longer. This place was a great place. It was very quiet but yet you are walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and sit have our coffee and see the sun coming up on the beach. We will be renting here again.

Spring Break 2023

We had an amazing time. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. It was super convenient to the beach and to local restaurants. There is also a great park close by for little kids. The host is easily accessible and was able to helped us with a cable issue very quickly. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

On a scale on 1 to 10 this is a 12!

I read all the 5 star reviews before booking this rental for me and my wife and 25 year old son. Our experience ended up being 5 star in every respect. It was fabulous and exceeded all our expectations. We definitely hope to return to this condo in the future.

Exceeds Expectations

This condo is exceptional. Oceanfront location, recently updated, stocked with everything you need for beach and cooking, no clutter, lots of comfortable seating and pillows, and very clean. We loved morning tea/reading on the patio, walking and cycling on beach, and exploring the many nice nearby restaurants. Best VRBO we’ve stayed in!

We wanted a nice place to stay on the weekends with our kids and our family. We decided to purchase this property because it is located in a smaller private community. We are centered in a very popular area and when you walk out to the beach you will see crowds to the left and right where all of the big resorts are. But Ocean Club is really small, no high rises here so our beach is clean and quieter than the rest of the beach. When you want a crowd, you can walk 5 minutes down the beach to the TIKI HUT. But when you want to relax, our area in front of Ocean Club is calm and relaxing. You have the best beach right outside your back door without fighting the crowds! We also have small children, so when they want a snack or to use the bathroom or take a nap, its just a quick few steps back to the house. We set up our tent in the morning and are in and out all day long. It's the best of both worlds. We can't use it every weekend, so when we made the decision to rent it out, we decided that we were going to make it the way that WE would want it to be if we were renters. Nobody wants to go on vacation and walk into a dark, outdated and musty smelling place with uncomfortable beds, suspicious linens and a dirty shower! We want to feel like we can come in from a long day and take a nice clean shower and relax on comfortable furniture with amenities that we would actually want in our own house. Bright and airy, updated and comfortable, and high end without being stuffy. The best way to enjoy what Hilton Head has to offer.

Our property is quite different than many of the other rentals in this area. First, we expect to have one of the cleanest villas on Hilton Head. We are constantly updating the villa to make sure it lives up to our high standards. The oceanfront location of the villa makes this a rare gem for the area. The villa is also just a short walk to Coligny plaza and Celebration park. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay the easiest and best vacation ever.
