Die Villa Mare ist eine exklusive Wohnanlage vor einem der schönsten Strände der Ostküste, El Cortecito in Bavaro. Es ist ein privates Projekt mit 14 Luxusapartments und erstklassiger Ausstattung.
Das Design ist eine Mischung aus mediterranem und viktorianischem Stil und besteht aus zwei Gebäuden, die harmonisch angeordnet sind. Der Komplex ist üppig angelegt. Es ist eingezäunt. Es gibt einen Außenpool mit Tisch und Stühlen, Liegestühlen. Das Projekt hat gemeinsame Gasanlagen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage sowie Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafzimmer. Es gibt einen 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst und einfachen Zugang zum 25 Meter entfernten Strand. Wir haben kostenloses WiFi. Liegestühle sind vorhanden.
Unsere Wohnung ist eine schöne, gepflegte Strandwohnung mit allem, was Sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigen. Das geräumige Interieur ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Geräten, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Teekanne, Handmixer, Saftpresse, Gewürzen, Kühlschrank, Gasherd mit Backofen, Wasserkühler für Mineralwasser, Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Esstisch für 6 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über 2 bequeme verstellbare Sessel und ein Sofa. In einem Schlafzimmer finden Sie bequeme Betten mit luxuriöser Queensize-Matratze. zwei Einzelbetten mit Deluxe-Matratzen im zweiten Schlafzimmer und viel Stauraum mit eingebauten Regalen. Große Terrasse zum Entspannen mit 3 beleuchteten Deckenventilatoren, herunterrollbaren Wind- und Sonnenjalousien für mehr Privatsphäre sowie gepolsterten Rattanmöbeln und Liegestühlen für mehr Komfort. Gegenüber dem herrlichen Strand von Los Corales / El Cortecito mit tausenden sich wiegenden Palmen. Kurzer Fußweg zu zwei Supermärkten - BAM und Ciccolella, Dalia Bakery mit Café, Schönheitssalon, Spirituosengeschäft, Apotheke, Restaurants und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. 10 Minuten vom Centro Medico Hospital Punta Cana und dem Krankenhaus Hospiten Bavaro entfernt. Das San Juan Einkaufszentrum hat zwei große Supermärkte - Jumbo und Pola, Pizza Hut, Burger King und eine Eisdiele, unter anderem Geschäfte und Restaurants. Nicht weit entfernt befindet sich das Einkaufszentrum Palma Real mit dem Moviemax-Theater, Restaurants, Banken und Boutiquen. Canadian couple

we stayed at the Villa Mare in Cortecito Beach for 3 weeks in January...Overall, it was a wonderful time. First of all the location is fantastic. The beach right across the street, easy access was great. Restaurants were close by and were very good, There are two super-markets within a 5 min. walk (visitor tip....brush up on your Spanish because non of the locals speak English) Location cannot be beat. The condo was spacious, a couple of small improvements could have been made, we pointed them out to the owner when we talked on the phone, but non of the issues were deal breakers. Also, security at this gated complex was 24/7 and was excellent we felt very safe.

Fantastic Vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My family and I stayed at Laurina's 2 bedroom condo for 11 days, it was a fantastic experience. The place was clean, nicely decorated with a kitchen that included a blender, microwave, eating utensils, bottled water, pots and pans, etc. The property had a grill that we used several days during our stay to grill lobster that we bought from the guy with cooler on his bike, chicken from the supermarket and fish that we caught on one our excursions. You can't beat the location, across the street from a popular part of the the beach with a nice tiki bar that served good drinks and decent food (they were a little slow on service.). You were minutes in walking distance from the center of town that had plenty of boutique type restaurants and bakeries, supermarket and a nice gym. For those who need a mall that offered the same conveniences of home, it was a short cab ride. The cab ride was a little expensive. I would definitely recommend Laurina's condo and will stay there when I return to the DR. Laurina's onsite management team were also professional, courteous, prompt, and readily available when needed. IF you go to the DR, stay with Laurina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Things to be aware of

We rented this unit for 5 weeks this March 2020. When we arrived the unit was clean and everything seemed in order. Immediately we noticed cockroaches. We informed Laurina and her response was “ you can buy spray at the corner store, unfortunately pests are a part of tropical life. So WE purchased spray and over the next week dispatched a minimum of 20 adult roaches. It was always a question of what you might see when the lights were turned on at nite. The water is terrible. I would not wash my clothes in it because of the residual smell. Washing clothes was done in the kitchen sink with cold water and bleach to alleviate the odour. The screens in both bathrooms and sliding doors do not fit properly so there is always a mosquito problem in the unit. You can solve this problem by using the AC constantly. This unit receives no direct sunlight and is very dark . The unit is tired and at the tail of rental use before some much needed upgrades are necessary. The grounds are well kept and very pretty except for the pool. There are new glass tiles at the bottom of the pool daily. These tiles are falling of the sides because of the age of the pool. All 5 reclining chairs around the pool are cracked and broken and unusable. It is also important to note that this property is not beachfront, but across the street from a public beach. The beach is wonderful, you can walk or people watch all day. Restaurants and grocery stores are close and very well stocked. This letter is based on this unit only, the remainder of the complex was clean and very nice

Lovely condo and a great beach

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully equipped, well maintained, and suited us well. My only caveat would be the level of noise, particularly the loud music from the beach, but that wasn’t the fault of the condo management. We found the management to be helpful and responsive, doing their very best to give us all the amenities of home. The beach is busy and beautiful. Many thanks to Laurina, Ilian, and Wendy for all their help.

Great stay

Loved the location, extremely close to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Laurina, is great to work with and any issues are addressed quickly. The condo has everything you would need for a short or long stay. The grounds are beautiful and the staff there (Wendy) is very helpful and nice. This was our third winter in the DR and I'd have to say this stay was the best.

GREAT PLACE TO ENJOY AND RELAX

A very comfortable, secure, and well equiped place to rent. The owner Laurina went out of her way to assure that we were well treated and she lived up to every part of the agreement. The administrator (manager), was equally helpful and professional. The permanent residents (neighbors) were very friendly and helpful. The security guards not only made you feel secure, but they also were helpful. I have nothing negative to say about Villa Mare. I will probably return. Charlie Backman

Very Comfortable, Great Location!

My wife and I stayed at this condo recently (mid-January) and thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner (Laurina) went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information and help we needed to ensure the stay was enjoyable. The place is just as advertised. It is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. It is just a few steps to a nice, sandy beach that goes on for miles. When heading to the beach for a walk, you can take your pick on going to the left or right and then be able to walk for miles along the shore. It is great because either way you go it is a most enjoyable walk and there are shops, restaurants and bars each way if you care to take a break and enjoy some food and drink along with an ocean view. A few minutes (or more) at the pool is also enjoyable in that it is clean, comfortable and away from the busy beach scene. It is also very enjoyable to talk with the other folks staying at the complex to share stories and points of interest, including recommended restaurants. Many are down there for extended stays and can provide some insight into life in the DR. Bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance, and cabs are readily available if needed. We would certainly go back again. Many thanks Laurina for sharing your place with us!

Beautiful, quiet & safe two bedroom, two bath condo

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo, the grounds keeper Wendy was very helpful with questions and would bring us water when we needed it. The daytime guard was wonderful, would watch the place very closely and would sing while touring the grounds. The public beach is conveniently located right across the street and a large variety of restaurants & convenience stores are all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asked.

Peaceful, Beautiful, Close to Beach & Restaurants

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for a week before my Nephew's wedding. We we so pleased with how clean and comfortable the condo was. Very safe, The Morning Guard at the gate was so helpful, pleasant and a great singer, Wendy the grounds keeper was very helpful also. Everyone is so friendly and we were pleased that there were a variety of restaurants, convenience stores, etc within walking distance. The beach is right across the street, so white and clean. The water was so warm and comfortable. Great walking along the beach. Very safe. Thank you Laurina for allowing us to stay in your home for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Home away from Home

Great Condo! Nice smaller complex, quiet setting compared to a large resort. We enjoyed our two week stay @ Laurina's condo, 4 adults. Great location, right across the street is the beach & there are two small markets within walking distance to get all your groceries that you need. If you want to go to the two larger malls & grocery stores it is very easy to hop on the bus & go whenever you want for 30 pesco's, all kinds of restaurants also within walking distance, no need for a car. Anna was waiting for us when we arrived to let us into the Condo & give us a detailed tour, we contacted Anna with some questions & she replied right away, great to know she is there to help out if you need anything. Appreciated Laurina's immediate response to our questions. Wendy, the maintenance man, and the guard at the gate (can't remember his name) were there around the clock to meet us every time we went in & out of our complex, felt very safe. The Condo has all the supplies that you need, felt like home. The Grill or BBQ was a nice addition to the property, we used it just about every night. The pool was not working when we arrived but after a few days they had it repaired & we used it every day, nice to sit around & visit with the other guests at the complex. The Beach is great & right across the street, easy access, loved it. The condo does feel alittle dark, but that is due to the heavy curtains in the living room, would suggest they be updated along with the sofa in the living room. This place has a huge terrace which we used all the time, would be nice to have a small outdoor table & chairs out there so you could eat outside, & would be nice to have beach chairs. Would definitely recommend this condo & if we return to the Dominican would stay here again. Thanks for everything

Paradise Awaits You!

My husband and I stayed 2-1/2 months at Villa Mare and would definitely stay here again. The condo was very well maintained and the location was perfect. The condo was within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants on the island. The beach was a couple of steps away and one of the finest beaches around. The grounds were well kept and very lush and tropical. The owner, Laurina was very helpful prior and during our stay as well as the condo administrator, Ana who was always available when we needed anything. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family because it is in a perfect location and very well maintained.

Paradise Awaits You

The location of the condo was perfect and in walking distance to some of the best restaurants and beaches. The condo was immaculate and well kept and the owner, Laurina was very helpful prior to our stay as well as the administrator Ana who was always available if something came up. My husband and I stayed here almost 2-1/2 months and would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Getaway

Our family of 4 stayed for a week. Great location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we required. Some minor repairs needed doing in the condo, and the living room furniture needs updating. The owner, Laurina, was very accommodating, giving us lots of information over the phone prior to arrival Transfers to and from the airport were arranged. Great service, clean bottled water provided. Wifi is only available at the poolside, which was fine with us as we wanted to "unplug" on vacation. Damage deposit was returned promptly. I recommend bringing bug spray, as there were mosquitos, especially at night time.

The location was perfect. The condo was comfortable, clean and punta cana was amazing. The owner was so helpful and kind. I reccomend this place if you are considering going to Punta Cana. However be aware that the internet connection is very slow. That was really the only negative thing. Every thing else was lovely. :)

Relaxing Peaceful Vacation

Vacationed at Villa Mare in March. Condo is as advertised, clean and well equipped with linens, towels and kitchen utensils. Great place to cook at condo or many great places to eats within short walking distance. The grounds and pool are well maintained Enjoyed the peace and quiet of this villa and many long walks on the most beautiful beach. Met other Canadians who were eager to inform us about local transportation(bus) and amenities available as well as have socials in the evening which made for a great vacation. The owner Laurina was great to deal with and promptly answered any questions or concerns. We had an issue with the hot water, a technician was called and the issue resolved within a day. The damage deposit was returned promptly after departure. Transportation was arranged to and from the airport with the administrator Mercedes.Mercedes was great, visiting to bring bottled water the first day and checking to ensure everything was well especially with the hot water issue. A special thanks to each of you including Wendi(security/caretaker) and James( night security) and Manual ( Mercedes husband). Will definitely vacation in this area again and recommend this area to others because of the close proximity to all amenities, easy to use local bus service and beautiful beaches.

Excellent Value for those who want to do their own thing...

My wife and I spent a very pleasant week here in late 2012. Because we prefer to be a bit away from the crowds and definitely not in all-inclusives, this property was perfect--extremely close to the gorgeous El Cortecito beach-front, walk to all the resorts if you wanted to, but we could organize our days to suit ourselves. We made good use of the fully-equipped kitchen and other facilities in between lengthy beach-front walks. The unit was exactly as advertized--spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Very quiet area. A special bonus was the property manager--airport pickup, local intelligence, and optional tours to off-the-beaten track locations. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

Great weather. Beautiful beach and a well appointed condo. Everyone from owner Laurina, condominium complex administrator Yves and especially condominium administrator/concierge Mercedes did all they could to make our stay enjoyable.

We are a retired couple who fell in love with Punta Cana, and after an extensive search found Villa Mare. We immediately decided that this would be where our vacation condo would be. We now have three condos in Villa Mare - Listing numbers: 901758; 4350398; 4350373

This is more like a Villa than a large, multi-family apartment building. It has only 14 units. We liked the perfect location across from the beach, the spacious and beautifully landscaped exterior, the generous size of the units, and the convenience to restaurants & shops.

Quite, comfortable first-floor condo with a large terrace to relax on. All windows and terrace doors are secured with iron bars. You can cook in the spacious, well equipped kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants. The beach is 25 meters across the road. Our able administrator will help you select tours, or you may select a tour company from a list which you will find in our condo, along with restaurant information, golf course information, etc. Our administrator is very friendly and is always willing to help our guests. There are no hidden charges.
