Diese einzigartige und hundefreundliche Ferienwohnung liegt in der ruhigen Moonridge-Unterteilung von Lakeside und ist perfekt für mehrere Familien. Sie bietet zwei Hütten mit einem umzäunten Garten auf einem 1,2 ha großen Grundstück, das von hohen Ponderosa-Kiefern umgeben ist.

Die 1.100 Quadratmeter große Hauptkabine verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein offenes Familienzimmer mit bequemen Möbeln, einem knorrigen Kiefernholz-Interieur, Holzböden, einem wunderschönen Kamin mit Holzfeuer, rustikalem Dekor und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Die freistehende Casita bietet eine Wohnfläche von fast 250 Quadratmetern, ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen elektrischen Kamin und einen Flachbild-Roku-TV mit Satellitenschüssel.

Der geräumige, eingezäunte Hinterhof bietet viele Kiefern, Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, eine Schaukel für Kinder, einen Propangrill und Blick auf die friedliche Berggegend. Es ist der ideale Ort, um morgens eine Tasse Kaffee zu genießen, ein Buch zu lesen, zu grillen oder Ihren zwei- und vierbeinigen Lieblingsfamilienmitgliedern zuzusehen, wie sie die Natur genießen!

Bei so vielen Orten in der Nähe, an denen Sie wandern, angeln, einkaufen und essen können, werden die Gäste keine Probleme haben, während ihres Aufenthalts etwas zu finden. Out of the heat

We had another wonderful stay at Moonridge Cabin. This is our 4th time staying there to get out of hot Tucson. We enjoyed our walks, the many great restaurants, and just having a relaxing time. Looking forward to next year.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is a perfect location as there are quite a few very good restaurants. Great fenced backyard for the puppy dogs and the casita is a plus. See you next year!

Great Cabin in the Pines

We spent three nights of our skiing trip in this beautiful cabin and casita. Beds and furnishings were comfortable and my son loved having his own casita room! We enjoyed a nice fire in the fireplace and played a couple of the games from the game shelf. The location is central and minutes to everything in town. We had a couple of questions and got quick, helpful responses from the host. Thanks for a great stay and we look forward to visiting again!

Perfect Sleep Arrangement!

My husband and I invited our son and his friends up to Sunrise Ski Resort. This wonderful cabin had plenty of room for our sons friends to sleep and hang out. The best part was that my husband and I had a separate casita just steps away from the main cabin with a full bath and tv! This cabin had everything needed to prepare meals too. Loved our stay there!

A Dream!

This is the second time we’ve been lucky enough to stay at this property. I could go in forever (like I did in my last review haha) about how perfect a place this is. Family & dog friendly as they come. There are so many stores & places close by should you need anything, but I guarantee you won’t want to leave once you’re there. So grateful the place was available for another wonderful family trip to the snow!

Short Stay

Just wanted a few days away from the Tucson summer, decided Lakeside would work for us. Property was comfortable and large fenced yard worked for our gig. All in all, a nice choice for us, aside for the add on fees which increased the cost substantially for this short of stay. Will consider the rental again.

Absolutely wonderful

This was a perfect cabin for me and my daughter. My daughter was able to open windows and doors freezing the main cabin out. Cabin does have air conditioning but it was so nice out in June there was no need. I was able to stay in the bunk house and stay nice and warm. Has swings, BBQ, bench and picnic table out back witch made for a very nice stay. Plenty of parking witch was nice since I was pulling a trailer. Cabins was nice and clean and taken care of. Close to lake 4mins away witch is nice for me i do like fishing. Porter Mountain Stables 3mins away to go horse back riding. Ranchers are absolutely amazing. We will be going back. Thank you so much Highly recommend

Perfect cabin

This cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Several things that can be fixed would be: having a remote that went to the tv/Blu-ray player. We tried watching movies and followed the instructions that are listed on a sign but couldn’t get a remote to access the Blu-ray/tv. Not a big deal we ended up streaming movies from the apps on the tv. The games that were there are not all complete so some games we tried playing couldn’t be played because it was missing some pieces. And finally the address on the house. The address was hard to see. Other than those minor things, everything else was amazing! The host was easy to contact. She responded quickly. If I could I would give more stars . This cabin is definitely one I’d recommend to anyone. I fell in love with it! Definitely staying here again. Also: check in and check out process was easy.

Our dogs enjoyed it as much as the humans

The property is accurately described. It was so nice to have such a pleasant yard, fully fenced. We spent so much time on the casita porch, enjoying the weather and watching the pups romp gleefully around the well maintained yard. Kitchen was amply supplied. Showers were good. Beds are soft but I slept great. I have nothing negative to say. I hope to stay here again.

Moonridge Cabin Review

The location of the property was convenient - close to Safeway and downtown Pinetop/Lakeside. The neighborhood was unpleasant to walk my two small dogs in because of the large amount of dogs barking on every street. The casita was nice and the pictures of this space were accurate as advertised. However, the pictures of the cabin inside and the backyard were not. The pictures advertised a much brighter interior! It is very dark inside - so we always had to have lights on. (The lights in the dining area and bathroom could also be brighter.) The backyard needed a lot of cleanup - pine needles leaves, debris everywhere. There are also two additional buildings in back - one with exposed storage- and a tarp-covered fishing boat in another part of the yard . Bottom line…all in all…not an appealing view - as advertised. The bed in the main bedroom is not the bed portrayed in the online picture. The bed is too big for the space making it difficult to get around it. However, the beds were very comfortable in both the cabin and the casita. The cabin was clean (but don’t look under the furniture) and the bed linens were good. The kitchen was very well stocked. Refrigerator and dishwasher were very nice. The kitchen sink got plugged and we had to call the property manager. (A note of what not to put down the disposer would have been helpful). Property manager was quick to respond. (A note with contact name and number of property manager would have been extremely helpful. We had to a Google online to track down her number) The TVs in the cabin and casita were nice and user-friendly. If you are looking for an old rustic cabin - with a few niceities- then this place would be ideal for you.

Everything was fine,

The only problem we had was the key box didn't work. The keys were left out in the open. When I got the keys I closed the key box and couldn't get it open again. The valve on the propane tank is bad. When you open the valve all the way it comes out. Tank doesn't leak. I fixed the latch on the gate going into the back yard. Everything else was great. Had a wonderful time.
