Unser privates Cottage verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem einzigen Vintage-Schmiedeeisenbett. Wir haben auch ein ausziehbares Sofa im Wohnzimmer, die 2 Personen. Wir haben einen großen Kühlschrank, voll Backofen, Fön, Dusche regen, Netflix, Parkplatz und ein Frühstück / Begrüßungskorb, die Einzelteile für Ihre Selbstbedienung Frühstück beinhalten wird (einschließlich frische Eier aus unserer Schar Hühner). Wir haben einen Platz im Freien mit einem Picknick-Bank unter unserem alten Apfelbaum. Wir befinden uns in fußläufiger Entfernung vom Zentrum von Roberts Creek, zu dem das Gummistiefel-Café & Restaurant, eine Post, ein Reformhaus und ein Gemischtwarenladen (der Bier und Wein verkauft) gehören. Wir sind auch ganz in der Nähe Zugang zum Strand auf der anderen Straßen ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Charming rustic retreat

This cottage tucked away at the back of Rebecca's property is cozy and welcoming. You do need to run the dehumidifier to keep the dampness in check, as it is built into the ground and we were a bit worried at first that it would be musty, but this was no problem at all in the end. The cottage has beautiful details -- a lovely rainforest shower, gorgeous linens and dishes -- that make it feel special. The outside space is private and inviting. Best of all: Rebecca is a wonderful host and her fresh eggs, sourdough bread, granola, etc. are amazing!

Wonderful stay in Roberts Creek

Lovely quiet spot to stay, friendly property owners and friendly animals too! Bonus fresh eggs and bread and butter left for us and Rebecca had thoughtfully put up a ‘Happy Birthday’ sign inside. Very clean and had carefully written instructions on getting there and how everything worked. Thank you!

Great little place with perfect location. Host is generous and great at communicating with you. Host is always ready to give recommendations and answers promply whenever we had questions. Lots of kids toys and books as well as a few books to interest the adults.

Exactly as described!

The Sunshine Coast never disappoints & neither did our beautiful cabin! It was clean, quiet, private & even the little details were thought of. Beach towels rolled & ready, flowers bouquets in every room & fresh eggs from the resident chickens. The outside sitting area was private & peaceful surrounded by the garden with fruit trees & flowers. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place to stay!!!

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation!! The cottage is warm and cozy, perfect location for everything, walk to the beach, drive to Smugglers Cove. Our New Happy Place!

We enjoyed our time at The Sleepout so much! It was a perfect home away from home! We had everything we needed to have a wonderful and relaxing week. The breakfast basket was such a personal touch! We loved the private backyard and the beach access! Rebecca was so approachable and lovely! We enjoyed lots of hikes at Cliff Gilker Park and coffee and fresh baked goodies at The Gumboot Cafe! We had such a lovely stay with our hosts in Roberts Creek! Such a special place and great for a small family. The delicious fresh eggs for breakfast were a lovely touch. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The location is close to the beach and central between Sechelt and Gibsons. Would highly recommend and we will hopefully be back!

Perfect Honeymoon on the Sunshine Coast

Rebecca’s place is unique, comfortable, and extremely peaceful. We were welcomed with fresh eggs laid by the hens on the property, a loaf of bread, granola, yogurt, fresh jam, milk, cream, and OJ. She was also very helpful in directing us with things to do such as hiking and restaurants to try out. Would highly recommend!

Just ok

Easy to locate and overall location is ok. Friendly, responsive owners. Pretty rustic. Absolutely zero view. House lacks closets and cupboards. If you are planning a lengthy stay you will be disappointed as there is little room for grocery storage or clothes hanging. Cleanliness is below par (cobwebs, dusty, appliances not totally clean). We were two guys there for golf so it worked for us, but many would be unhappy. Overpriced for what we got in my opinion.

A delightful retreat!

The property was delightful! It was comfortable and quiet while being artfully beautiful. We also enjoyed the delicious homegrown eggs and the wonderful bread and condiments left for us by our hosts. And for us the location was perfect! We were able to enjoy Roberts Creek and to visit our friends who live nearby.

Relaxing, Bright, and Airy Seaside Cottage

Rebecca's cottage is as comfortable and relaxing as you see in the pictures. It was more than spacious enough for myself and my sister. It had the getaway cozy charm and feel with the comforts of home. The backyard chickens add an element of quaint. I'm thankful for the fresh eggs for us to make breakfast. Access to the beach was a 5 minute walk. Ideal for watching the sunset and stargazing. Unfortunately it was not warm and dry enough to enjoy the outdoor patio as it was also fabulously set up. We relied on the bus, so we were very thankful the stops traveling north and south were close to the property. The stay helped us both relax and unwind.

My husband Gordon, two-year-old daughter Ella and myself moved to the Sunshine Coast from Toronto 14 years ago. It was a huge leap but we've never looked back, as the Coast lifestyle suits us to a tee. We could never of imagined that we would still be living here but now with a 18-year-old daughter, 13-year-old son, 5-year-old son, an Irish Wolfhound pup named Oona, a flock of chickens and a garden full of vegetables & fruits.

We fell in love with our heritage home, the minute we walked onto the property. Roberts Creek has a charm all of its own and is absolutely unbeatable in the summertime, especially. Our heritage home is an unusual find for the Sunshine Coast, and it reminds me of the heritage home that I grew up in, in Ontario.
