Willkommen in unserer Maui-Eigentumswohnung im HOCHGESUCHTEN GEBÄUDE # 7 im Kamaole Sands. Unsere TOP '' A '' bewertet Blick auf den Garten, ein Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder Wohnung (plus Queen-Schlafsofa) verfügt über neue Elemente wie Kingsize-Bett, Wohn-und Esszimmer Möbel, Flachbild-Fernseher, Waschmaschine / Trockner und voll ausgestattete Küche. Einheit umfasst auch eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer.

WIFI Internet-Service ist ebenfalls ohne Aufpreis, so bringen Sie Ihren Laptop in unserer Einheit. Das Gerät ist komplett für Ihren Genuss mit Liegestühle, Handtücher, Sonnenschirm, Kühler und mehr ausgestattet.

Unsere Wohnung und seine Terrasse ist eine rauchfreie Zone. Das Rauchen ist an sieben ausgewiesenen Raucherbänken an der Peripherie der Unterkunft gestattet.

Wenn Sie mit Säuglingen oder kleinen Kindern reisen, müssen Sie nicht alle Vorräte mitbringen. Wir arbeiten mit einer großartigen Firma zusammen, die Krippen, Sitze, Spielzeug und Accessoires vor Ihrer Ankunft zu uns nach Hause liefert und diese nach Ihrer Abreise abholt.

Der Check-In ist ab 15:00 Uhr möglich. Check-out ist 11:00 Uhr. Ein später Check-out ist bis 20:00 Uhr gegen eine zusätzliche Steuer in Höhe von 100 USD + möglich. (Nur von Mai bis Oktober verfügbar. Bitte planen Sie dies entsprechend.)

Kamaole Sands ist eine üppige 15-Morgen-Eigenschaft im sonnigen South Kihei entfernt. Das Anwesen verfügt über wunderschön gepflegten Gelände, vier Tennisplätze, acht Grills, Schwimmbad mit Kinderplanschbecken und zwei Whirlpools. Eine kurze zwei Minuten zu Fuß über die Straße ist einer der berühmtesten Strände von Maui, Kamaole Beach Park III, wo Sie schwimmen, Boogieboard, surfen, oder genießen Walbeobachtung (saisonal) und bezaubernden Maui Sonnenuntergänge.

Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden geöffnet und bietet einen kostenlosen Kaffee (von 7.00 bis 09.00 Uhr) im Bereich der Rezeption täglich. Zur Ausstattung gehören auch eine Cyber-Café im Hauptbüro für Gäste, die ihre Computer zu Hause lassen möchten.

A MUST stay!

Fantastic property and a must stay for your trip to Kihei, Maui. This condo was perfect for our first family vacation (my husband, me and our 4-month old daughter). The condo: The condo was a perfect choice with one bedroom (king bed) and two full bathrooms! It was super clean and we felt comfortable with my daughter playing on the floor. While you expect to see the occasional bug, this condo didn’t have any. The complex does a great job of spraying. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We ate out mostly but did have one or two dinners in. There were enough pans and grilling utensils for us to make our meal. The option for air in both the living and bedroom space was ideal. While there was a great cross breeze we wanted to have the option to run air in both places and were so happy. Both air conditioners worked great! The location: The condo is perfectly situated in the middle of the complex. Close to the pool but not too close and the reserved parking spot was not too far away. The condo is on the first floor but the complex walkway is far enough away you don’t feel that other guests can look in. Complex: The complex grounds are very well maintained. They had a tennis court and other activities you could participate in throughout the week. They had many grilling stations, which we took full advantage of. They had a small kiddy pool which we appreciated it. It was next to the regular swimming pool but smaller and had the option to be shaded. That was a huge bonus for us! Location: This condo is in a great location in Kihei. Kamaole III beach is right across the street, which is great for watching the sunsets. We felt you could easily walk to many restaurants and food trucks from the the location. We drove mostly due to my daughter but both agreed it’s walkable. The management: Laurie was a great host and was in constant contact with us leading up to our stay. Instructions for checkin/checkout were easy to follow and she was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The staff at the complex as well was very friendly and helpful. Overall: We were so happy with our choice in condos. we know there are many options to choose from and would give this a 10/10 and recommend to everyone! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!! Our first family vacation was fantastic!

Great location!

This property is located right across from the beach which made it a great place for families. Great pool area and BBQ grills. The carpet in the bedroom made for a bit of a moldy smell and the tub in the master bathroom was slow draining so we couldn't use it. The kitchen was well stocked and made for great cooking. Overall we had a great time with a couple of minor bumps.

Perfect Maui vacation spot!

This condo was perfect in every way: - the unit is one building back from the road so it’s quiet. It’s also on the south side of the property so the lanai is in the shade - it’s on the ground floor which is incredibly convenient for accessing the BBQ’s, pool etc. - the complex is across the street from the best beach in Maui and has beautiful amenities (pool, hot tubs, work-out room, tennis courts) and the landscaping is glorious. It’s also within a short walk of some great little restaurants - the condo is perfectly outfitted with everything you need including beach towels and chairs, beach umbrella, tennis racquets and a fully equipped kitchen - all the furniture is comfortable, particularly the bed In addition to all this, our host Lori was lovely to deal with and super responsive. We are looking forward to coming back!

Enjoyed Our Stay

The unit was clean and the owner was very kind and responsive. We enjoyed Kihei and the property was great--the beach across the street was great for snorkeling and gentle enough for our toddler. We even saw several turtles. He also enjoyed the pool, including the live music and hula. We were able to walk to a couple take out restaurants and take a car service or bus to Wailea.

Wonderful vacation for family with young kids

Aloha! We enjoyed this condo very much. The grassy courtyard was great with the kids and we were a short walk to the beach, swing-set, picnic area, restaurants, pool and souvenir shops. The condo was simple, clean and air conditioned throughout . There were beach chairs and an umbrella and basic essentials one would need. I can’t wait to go back!

We chose Kamaole Sands for its excellent location in Kihei and proximity to the beach. It also has a wonderful pool and great BBQ areas. It's a great location for families, newlyweds and retirees alike.
