Geräumige 2 Schlafzimmer (ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Loft), 2 Badezimmer Wohnung. Gemütliche, komfortable Familienbereich für TV und Spiele. Sehen Sie einige der besten Sonnenuntergänge auf Hatteras Island, während Cocktails auf der großen neuen Deck nach einem Tag am Strand zu verbringen. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Perfekt für eine Familie oder 2 Paare. Zu Fuß zu großen Restaurants, Eis und Geschäften. Weniger als eine Meile zum Avon Pier zum Angeln. Schwimmen und Tennis sind im Kinnakeet Shores-Pool enthalten, der 3 km südlich in der Nachbarschaft von Kinnakeet Shores liegt. Das Dock befindet sich in Privatbesitz. Es ist großartig anzusehen, aber es steht uns nicht zur Verfügung.
Wir sind von Samstag bis Samstag von Memorial Day Wochenende bis Labor Day Wochenende zu vermieten. Minimum 4 Nächte während der Nebensaison.

Lovely sunsets from the porch. Very clean and pleasant unit with a great little kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa. Close walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay again here. Thank you.

Amazing place to stay

I’ve stayed here multiple times and always come back. The condo is amazing, the view of the sound is breathtaking, and there are kayaks to enjoy. The location is great too and a close walk to the beach.

Great clean property. Dan was super nice and had the house all ready. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and groceries. I came for work but family joined me for the weekend. Pool facilities were close by and real nice. Would recommend for sure!

Great location, clean with great views

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway to the Outer Banks. The location was close to the beach, very clean and the host was great. We loved the outdoor deck in the evening to watch the sunset and sip some wine. Highly recommend if you're looking to plan a trip to Avon!

Great location, great host!

This location is exactly as it is described. The sunset views from the balcony are breathtaking and it really is only a 5-10 minute walk across the street to the ocean-side. Close to restaurants and shopping, it’s probably one of the best spots in Avon. Close to your checkin date, you’ll receive a very helpful and detailed document about the property and the area. It really left no questions at all. Highly recommend!

This property is a gem. It’s situated with a beautiful view of the bay opening the sound as the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. It is c I’m in a onvenient to both the beach side as well as the soundside and is a wonderful place to stay home if you are contemplating great experience in Obx.

This place is a magical place on its own. Had some trouble finding the road to the condos because trees and bushes were covering the sign but we called Dan and he walked us right through it. Dan is a great host! Have planned on coming back next year!!

Cove Breeze

This was my second stay at Cove Breeze and the property is still in top form. Clean, well stocked and comfortable for me and one guest. I was off season and I would say if there were one caveat it would be parking although the neighbors who are residence are understanding. I will be back in the fall.

The calm before transition

Wholesome, clean, quiet, peaceful. This 2nd floor end unit provides an amazing Sound view. The short trip to the beach by foot are car is quite manageable. Along with the short walk to Icecream, candy, coffee, and dinner. We can’t say enough about this secluded little getaway, if that’s what you’re after. There are so many options in the OuterBanks, it all depends on the type of activity you are looking for…. This spot was perfect for us at this moment in time. Thank you Dan

Great spot!

We especially enjoyed watching sunsets on the deck at night and kayaking in the sound. Our unit had an especially great view! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The only minor challenge was that the driveway was pretty washed out (must be from heavy rain). It needed to be addressed. I highly recommend this property.

Great location and property!

The property is situated on the Pamlico sound with wonderful views. The area is extremely quiet and we loved using the provided kayaks in the sound. The short walk to the beach was very convenient and the beach in this area is not busy at all and very relaxing. Communication with Dan was easy and he was very responsive to any issues we had. The driveway coming in was full of major pot holes, so you have to drive in very slowly and carefully. The only negative I would say was that the beds were extremely firm and pillows very thin.

Perfect for a couple or small family

Condo is right on the Sound with a deck looking out at it with a nice view of the sun setting. Partially blocked by trees but still good. Ninja indoor grill provided works great. We took the kayaks that come with the rental out most days and they are great for checking out the Sound. The owner Dan is very responsive to any questions or issues and really wants you to have a great time. He was at a party and still called to help with a TV issue that was resolved.
