Willkommen in Chateau Georgetown. Dieses Apartment Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen und wurde im Jahr 2016 umgebaut. Es gibt zwei große Schlafzimmer; ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size Bett das andere Schlafzimmer ein 2 Zwillinge hat und ein ausziehbares Bett. Es gibt ein komplettes Badezimmer (Dachziegel, begehbare Dusche). Das geräumige Familienzimmer verfügt über einen 52 "Flachbildschirm-Smart-TV und einen bequemen Liege. Es gibt einen kleinen privaten Außendeck aus der Küche mit einer Terrasse gesetzt und Sonnenschirm. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet; Full-Size-Kühlschrank, in voller Größe 4-Flammen-Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und viel Stauraum. Es ist ein voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihren Gebrauch. Das Haus ist rauchfrei und Haustier frei. Wir haben eine zentrale Klimaanlage, DISH TV und WiFi.

Chateau Georgetown ist nur 3 Blocks von der historischen Innenstadt von Georgetown entfernt. Sie Abstand zu einer Vielzahl von Restaurants zu Fuß, Shopping, ein Irish Pub, Galvins Sport-Bar und eine Martini-Bar. Wir sind nur 20 Minuten von Lexington und weniger als 7 mi9les vom Kentucky Horse Park. Wir sind bequem zu Keeneland, The Red Mile Harness Track, Old Friends Farm, Lexington Airport, Toyota Manufacturing University of Kentucky und Georgetown College. Wir sind auch nach Frankfurt, der Bourbon Trail, mehrere Weingüter und mehrere entzückende kleine Kentucky Städte. Wir sind auch einer der engsten Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten für die Ark Encounter.

Just like home…

Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and easy. Everything we needed was there and having Nancy nearby was great. So nice to have flowers, truffles and welcome note waiting for us after an 11 hour drive! Quiet neighborhood just a short walk to historic center of Georgetown and a short drive to marketplace or the horse park. :)

Beautiful cozy place

We loved staying here. The location was good, restaurants and conveniences nearby. We were there for an event at the Kentucky Horse Park and it was very easy to get to the park each day. Apartment was immaculate, place was well stocked with all we needed. Decor was welcoming and attractive.We had some nice treats when we arrived. Fresh veggies from the owner’s garden were a nice surprise and owner left some good snacks, ground coffee and bottles of cold water in the refrigerator. The only thing I would suggest for staying here is to review the owner’s directions to get to the place. My GPS found the address without a problem, but where it wanted us to turn was onto a one way street that was going the wrong direction to get there. We had to go around the block to get into the driveway. That wasn’t a problem for us, we figured it out and once we learned the route, it was easier to come and go from the place. I loved the location and the yard was beautiful. If the weather had not been so hot, I would have enjoyed spending time outside.

A must stay

This was perfect for our needs of a few days break. Daughter was working at Toyota plant in Georgetown but it was easy to use as a base to go off and see the lical Area The owners support abused dogs and they use income from renting their property to pay for the vet bills. They have 11 dogs which you don’t hear at all !! The back area is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. We will stay here again if in the area. You won’t regret booking this place

A perfect home base for our trip

We were in Kentucky to do the Bourbon Trail and Keeneland for a long weekend. We stayed at Nancy's place. It's absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need down to the smallest detail. I couldn't recommend this anymore highly. We definitely plan on staying there again!

Awesome Stay

Everything was just awesome. Nancy gave us so many suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The house was so cute and comfortable. The fresh flowers and little box of chocolate was a sweet touch!! Loved the decor, especially the horse pics!!

Simply Amazing

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We arrived late evening, ambient lights were on to welcome us in and the tv was playing relaxing music. Fresh cut flowers on the kitchen table, yummy chocolates, and artisan soaps in the bathroom. Full sized washer and dryer with soap/fabric softener/dryer sheets, coffee and bottled water in the fridge. Detailed instructions for the tv as well as hand written welcome note from the property owner. Great water pressure and temp in the shower, as well as shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Georgetown!

Wonderful place to stay near Kentucky Horse Park

We arrived to enjoy 2023 Pony Finals where arr granddaughters were competing. The key was awaiting us and we were greeted by a vase of fresh flowers. Candy and snacks we’re waiting and a tray of fresh picked veggies and coffee in the refrigerator. We felt very welcomed! The two bedrooms were well appointed and everything you needed for a 5 day stay. I highly recommend this host and unit.

Couldn’t be more perfect!

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO homes all over the country and I can honestly say Nancy takes the gold award for hosts! Upon arrival her home was spotless, she left lights on for us so we wouldn’t be coming into a strange place on the dark, and the AC was cold (especially welcome on a hot night!) She had also left fresh cut flowers, a box of chocolates, and a card to welcome us! There was ice in the freezer, a well appointed kitchen (bottled water and coffee) with anything we would need. Even the bathroom had extra hygiene items. Nancy was very thoughtful and provided recommendations to local restaurants and activities. She was kind and quickly answered any questions we had promptly. We had complete privacy, but also the security of knowing she was onsite if we needed anything. Hands down a five star stay, would absolutely stay here again if returning to the area (which is very convenient to Lexington, the bourbon trail and walkable to quaint Georgetown downtown area.

Clean, Convenient, Committed Owner

We rented this unit to be able to stay close to the Kentucky Horse Park. This unit is immaculate. The owner has nice touches in place for her tenants like bottled water in the refrigerator, snacks, and a welcome note upon arrival. It is very easy to access the unit and the checkout was a breeze. Highly recommend this property!

Homey and Comfortable Accommodations

We so enjoyed our stay at Chateau Georgetown. Our apartment was super clean and bright with excellent attention to detail for an easy and comfortable stay. Lots of fresh towels, comfortable beds, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, water and snacks to name only a few of those details. The location was perfect of us! It’s within walking distance to the beautiful town of Georgetown and just a short drive to the many horsey attractions in the area. This was the best VRBO experience that I have had and I would highly recommend to anyone! I hope to return someday soon! Many thanks the the perfect hostess, Nancy!

Chateau Georgetown -Phenomenal!

Chateau Georgetown was even better in person. All of the amenities and the attention to details were exceptional and appreciated. The home was spotless, and we felt cozy and comfortable. The deck and patio were a great touch. We loved the specialty soap that was made available and enjoyed delicious chocolates. The roses in the front created a fragrant scent in the air. Without question, this is our first choice when we return to the area, outstanding hosts!

My art studio is located in the same building as this rental so you will see me and my dogs while you are a guest here. I operate this rental to help support my large family of rescued pets. I do the maintenance and upkeep of this property myself. It is my home and I love it and I pride myself on keeping it immaculate.

My vacation rental is literally the main reason I can devote time and resources to to these very special dogs. When you, my customer, spend your hard earned vacation dollars here, you are not padding the bottom line of a large corporation. Rather you are contributing to food, vet care and other needs for a group of sweet dogs that others tossed out like they were trash. We love our customers and appreciate that they choose to support our family. Our No Pet policy for guests is to protect to the health and safety of our own family.
