Inspiriert von Familie, Freundschaft und Liebe ... Dieses Bauernhaus des 1940 bietet einen erholsamen und ruhigen Rückzug. Perfekt für große Gruppen zusammen zu nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Yosemite Nationalpark reisen. Chic Kunst / Dekor schmückt das Innere des Hauses, fließende weiße Vorhänge und große Auswahl an Bücher im ganzen Haus auch für zwei Personen für einen ruhigen und romantischen Urlaub zu verbringen.
In den Ausläufern der Sierra Nevada, ist das Bauernhaus eine große Flucht aus der Hektik des Stadtlebens. Große gated viel, lässt sich leicht an mehrere Fahrzeuge, RV, Anhänger oder Boot Parkplatz.
Es ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer Tankstelle / Mini-Mart für die Last-Minute-Bedürfnisse. Das Weingut über die Straße ist Teil der Madera Wine Trail und bietet Weinproben 7 Tage die Woche. Es gibt einen Yosemite Area Regional Transit Altestelle 2 Meilen auf der Straße aus dem Haus holen. Für 6 $ / Person können Sie eine Fahrt zum Yosemite National Park-Tal erhalten!
Das Bauernhaus verfügt über einen großen Essbereich für bis zu 12 aufnehmen können. Oder Sie können auf der Veranda Vorteil der Picknick-Tisch nehmen und speisen al'fresco, wie Sie den Sonnenuntergang über dem Central Valley zu sehen. Die tiefe Veranda bietet ein großartiger Ort, ein Buch mit einem Glas Wein an einem regnerischen Tag zu lesen!
Schlafzimmer # 1 verfügt über 2 Etagenbett-Sets (zwei über die volle Größe Betten), die 6 schlafen können. # 2 Schlafzimmer hat einen offenen Kleiderschrank und verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett. # 3 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und führt in das große Hauptschlafzimmer, die ein California King-Size-Bett und Sitzecken hat.
Es gibt einen Spielplatz für kleine Kinder hinter dem Haus und befindet sich in Sichtweite von der Küche / Esstisch. Diese Seite des Hauses hat einige Autobahn Lärm bekommen, aber das Haus ist gut isoliert und wenn im Inneren, ist die Autobahn Lärm kein Problem. Die Außenseite Westseite wird von dem Lärm abgeschirmt, die Sie von der Veranda und im Freien Ess-Bereich zu genießen. Bald Eagles Nest in der Nähe und manchmal schweben über dem Feld werden kann von dem Bauernhaus im Westen gesehen. Ein Grund mehr die Vorteile der Veranda zu nehmen!
Das Bauernhaus liegt 15 Minuten von Table Mountain Casino, Chuckchansi Gold Resort & Casino und Millerton See ,. Millerton See hat mehrere Picknickplätze, wo Sie Angeln, Schwimmen, Boot fahren oder zu Fuß den Weg, wickelt sich um den See genießen können.
Einer der Hausbesitzer in der Metall-Shop in der Nähe des Hauses arbeitet und für alle Fragen zur Verfügung steht, Bedenken Sie haben können.

The location was perfect. Away from the city and the hustle and bustle of traffic besides the multitude of cars on Highway 41. which wasn’t a problem. The rustic charm and the eclectic decoration was just what we were looking for.

I could not say enough fantastic things about this property and the host! We were later getting in than expected, so the host sent a thorough message explaining the property, and things to make our stay more comfortable. We came in to a welcome basket, including cookies for the kids. Fully stocked kitchen, while still having a few empty cabinets to store a grocery haul for the week. Bathrooms had anything you might forget, including razors, q tips, and the list goes on! There was plenty of space to spread out for our family of 11. The porch was comfortable a place to relax in the evenings to watch the sunset over the farmland. We came in the middle of a heat wave, and when I expressed that I was a bit worried about the temps, the host went above and beyond to find window units to keep the place cool. (We were totally comfortable!) The farmhouse is very private , but also close to the road leading to Yosemite, so perfect for our needs! It was an easy drive into the park. When the host heard that we were taking a 3 week long road trip, she even gifted our kiddos with a few road activities!

Our family has had a wonderful stay here. We enjoyed grilling pizzas on the pato, visiting Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, and spending cool evenings in the house.

Horrible experience
The property owner canceled on us the day of our reservation, I reached out to them because we had not received the access code to enter the home and we were on our way driving there already. When the owner informed me that supposedly her house was not supposed to be on the site to rent and that she had received no communication at all in regards to our reservation. Which I find that pretty hard to believe because I made the reservation three weeks prior and they took my payment instantly so I don’t see how she did not get not one communication in regards to my reservation. Our stay was wonderful. We were greeted with a nice welcome sign and welcome gifts. We were so touched by the owner's friendliness. The house was very spacious and comfortable. My daughters loved looking at the cows in the pasture. If I'm in the Fresno area again, I will definitely book this house.

We stayed at the ranch house for 1 week. It was very peaceful and we had plenty of space for 3 teenagers and 2 adults. Swamp coolers worked great even at F102. Great sunsets every night. Would stay at the Ranch house any time again.

Lots of space & super mellow.
The farmhouse is lovely. It is a large property with plenty of room for relaxing in multiple spaces. The extra amenities - toiletries and snacks - were such a nice touch! Our family needed a stopping point on the way back from Yosemite to L.A., and I also had a meeting in Fresno (about 30 minutes away (P.S. get your food there in advance -- the pizza places we tried won't deliver that far out)) and this was a great stopping point. When we choose places to stay, a big priority for us is privacy and we also really need places and spaces for our little ones (preschool and elementary school age) to just play. We got what we needed in terms of both priorities. The kids really liked the bunk beds and staying up late talking. We (my husband) actually brought a bb-gun and shot cans in the field. Not something we could do in Los Angeles! Previous guests broke the swingset = ( but they are replacing it soon so be sure to ask if this is important to you. There are a few toys in the house and some books and crayons, so the kids found activities. Overall, I highly recommend. It's a nice, mellow place to be.

This farmhouse had plenty of room for our family of 8. We visited the National Parks and the house was great to come back to. The view is beautiful and the kids (teens) enjoyed seeing a bit of evening country sunsets. The kitchen is nice and has seating for 8, as well as has AC. The rest of the house has a different type of cooling system that we weren’t very familiar with. We visited in the heat in July but since we were gone during the day, things had cooled off enough in the evenings. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Great time in a cozy farmhouse! We definitely enjoyed our stay, and especially appreciated the special touches by the host— snacks, a bottle of wine, all the toiletries we needed if we forgot anything, and warm fuzzy robes! Wonderful host family!
We truly enjoyed our stay on the farm. Such a wonderful, sincere, and sweet welcome. Damaris had special snacks for the kids, sparkling apple cider and a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving week here. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking the huge Thanksgiving feast with multiple serving trays. There was plenty of seating for a family gathering. The kids enjoyed eating out on the patio table! The boys loved the video games, the girls loved the toy kitchen set in their bedroom, and there was plenty of family movies to choose from when it was raining outside. The house is very spacious! The location is out in the country, but a very easy 20 minute drive into Fresno! Thank you so much for allowing our family to spend a fabulous and blessed holiday together!

Peaceful home near the parks.
The property was just what we wanted. Quiet and peaceful. It was nice to get away from the city. The owner was quick to respond to any of our questions. They even had many suggestions as to what to do in the area. The home was well equipped with everything that you would need to make your stay comfortable. The little extras, like the flowers and snacks and wine made it special.

A comfortable and lovely home for our family.
We were here for a memorial service. This home housed our extended family and friends with with great comfort. We especially loved the view over the fields in the morning and at night while sitting outside. We sat around the farmhouse kitchen table to share and reminisce. Would recommend it highly. Only recommendation is maybe a light on the sign at the top of the drive. Friends had a little difficulty after dark. Matt was great to come over and start a fire for us a always available. Damaris had provided so many little extras in the home and made a special effort to get it ready for us. Would stay again anytime I was in Fresno with family.
