Anniversary Trip

Gabriela's apartment is lovely! The location and amenties are top notch. We especially loved sitting on the balcony for morning coffee and evening wine. The neighborhood is gorgeous, lots of trees and great restaurants! I definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I stayed for one week. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, the layout of the apartment, the terrace and appliances. The beds were very comfortable. We loved opening the terrace windows in the evening to feel the cool breeze.

Terrific stay in Condessa

We had a wonderful stay in Gabriella's lovely apartment in Condessa. Terrific neighborhood with great restaurants and a nice feeling. Very nice terrace and room for two couples. Thanks Gabriella!

Gabriela's place

Gabriela's place was clean and tidy. The location is great for getting around Condesa, and with a subway stop close by, it is easy to get to other parts of the city. The beer restaurant downstairs is noisy, but you don't hear the noise in the bedrooms. Gabriela was very responsive.

Perfect Location!

We had the most amazing time in CDMX! The apartment was perfect for two couples and in our favorite neighborhood. There is a 24 hour doorman and it’s perfectly safe to walk around at night. We found amazing places in walking distance. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.

Beautiful apartment. Fantastic location. We loved the city and this was such a great place to stay. We felt so safe. The door men were so friendly and kind. We used Uber to travel everywhere. Restaurants and parks are right out your door. We can’t wait come back.

My husband son and I came in for the F1 race and chose this place for the location. There were many restaurants in walking distance as well as a grocery store. The small mini Market directly across the street is run by a very sweet man. Lots of delicious coffee within 10 minutes walking in almost every direction from the place. They have 24 hour security at the condominium we never had any point felt unsafe. I speak Spanish, so I cannot speak to people who do

Super Comfortable apartment in a excellent location

The apartment is modern, has great space, and is super comfortable. The property manager was really nice and super helpful. Couch and beds were all comfortable, the balcony was a nice touch as well. It's very safe and in a perfect location in condesa, about a 5 min walk to amsterdam loop and parque mexico. There is a little bit of street noise on the weekend, and it would be nice to have some paper towels and garbage bags included as part of the stay given the price, but overall a great experience and highly recommended.

Lovely Stay so close to Amsterdam

The apartment is clean and appropriately appointed. The location in Condessa/Hippodromo is fantastic! The living area is bright, furniture well organized, and has good views. The kitchen is quite good with filtered water and ice dispenser, easy to use appliances, and plenty of dishware and utensils. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fine, though the shower head takes a bit of effort to get right. Things to note: We only got one key - but we didn't ask for a second. There is no hot tub/spa that we could find. The host, Gabrielle, is wonderful and quite responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

Great stay in the Condesa

We had a great few days staying in this property. We loved the location and the communication with the landlord was great. We were disappointed that the fridge was not working in terms of delivering purified water and ice. This was not fixed during our 5 night stay necessitating us buying water.. it should also be noted that the beds were one double and one king. As the double had a footboard it was a bit small for the couple who stayed in that room. Not sure whether it is advertised as a double but we were under the impression it was a queen at the time of booking. Overall we had a great time in the flat.

Beautiful and safe apartment in a very nice location

Our stay was pleasant. Gabriela was very responsive and friendly. The accommodations were wonderful. It's a beautiful and quiet neighborhood right in the central, and conveniently located close to everything. The apartment was on 5th fl and the elevator goes right into it. There was a 24-hour security downstairs. The rooms were was very clean with a breezy balcony, which was especially nice after a whole day of walking in the city. My daughter accidentally left her favorite sweatshirt in the closet, and Gabriela immediately responded when we contacted her, and it was very comforting to my daughter when Gabriela said that she would ship it back to us right away. We would love to stay again next time when we go to Mexico City. Thank you Gabriela!

Feels like home

Very nice apartment. Spacious, clean and conveniently located. 24/7 doorman but the area is so safe it is not necessary. The fifth floor is bright and airy. Gabriela is so friendly and nice. She runs a great apartment.

Perfect location in Condesa

Nice apartment in Condesa! Perfect for our group of 3 (1 couple in a queen bed and a solo traveler in a full). It is centrally located with many great restaurants nearby, and Parque Mexico and Hipodromo are within blocks. It has a large living room and nice view from the balcony. Only drawback is there is only one set of keys so your group will have to stay coordinated. Overall we loved the apartment and would stay again!

Condesa Delight

Our host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is lovely although it could use a few more items such as paper toweling and extra garbage bags. Lovely apartment

Comfortable home base for our week long CDMX visit with our daughter. Wonderful location near the Condesa area with some great restaurants and beautiful parks. Afternoon sunshine on the deck. Fun bar downstairs and a convenient little store across the street. Good overview of the unit from Gabriela and she was available as needed when we had questions.

Convenient location; great neighborhood

Clean, quiet, secure building. Could use upgrade of kitchen utensils. No instructions on use of oven. Two side tables with reading lamps would’ve been nice in the bedrooms. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Much as gracias!

Wonderful property in a fantastic location

We had a wonderful trip and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The property manager, Gabriela was excellent. She answered all of our miscellaneous questions quickly and was very helpful with tips and recommendations. The neighborhood has many restaurant and coffee shops options -- we wish our visit had been longer so we could have tried more of them. The apartment was clean, spacious, and quiet. We highly recommend it!

Location, Location, Location!!

The apartment was clean and light filled. The front room is open concept with sliding doors opening onto a balcony. Gabriela received us and showed us around the apartment. She was always just a text away and very responsive. The location is incredible. There is a brewery and restaurant right below and cute shop and nail salon. We went to all 3! The neighborhood has a lot of cute restaurants and is shaded by beautiful trees. There is a lot to explore on foot in Condesa and is close to the Hippodrome and Parque Mexico. We fell in love with this neighborhood and the surrounding ones. The apartment does not have AC but we understand that not many apartments have AC. In November there was a cool breeze that kept things pleasant. There was also a floor fan and 2 table fans. We had the best trip to Mexico City and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location and Space

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The property manager, Gabriela, was very responsive to the limited concerns we encountered. She was particularly patient in accommodating our haphazard arrival from the airport. The location was excellent for wandering around the Condesa. We enjoyed watching many sunsets on the balcony.

Great Location, nice building!

First there is 24 hour attentive security, dint forget to tip him! And great filtered refrigerator water that we drank the entire time and it was good. Gabby was great, walks you through the entire place and really lays it out for you tries to help you understand the entire place from closets to pillows to patio slider, etc. Our flight was extremely delayed, we got in so much later than we said, she was very sweet about it and literally probably wasted a whole day waiting around for us but it all worked out and grateful that she is the kind person that she is. The place was very well done, beds very comfortable closet space, large bedrooms, living room exceptional with large kitchen and table as you can see from the photos. Be sure to keep the rubber mat over your shower drain after you exit your shower because there is sometimes a little bit of a back draft. Other than that everything excellent and I would recommend. Also there's only one unit per floor, so you go up the elevator and it's only your floor, no one next to you, only ones that I hear the neighbor upstairs sounded like maybe kids might've been having a sleepover I talked to Security and immediately the noise stopped so they have a great system there and again I would highly recommend this place.
