Die Villa Las Brisas befindet sich an einem der schönsten Orte an der Costa Brava, der erstklassigen Wohnbucht von Cala Sant Francesc in Blanes.

Die Villa ist mit Klimaanlage in der gesamten Villa sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll mit modernem Design eingerichtet.
Verschiedene Loungebereiche und eine offene Bulthaup-Küche, die mit einem amerikanischen Kühlschrank, Keramikkochplatten, einem Backofen und einer Mikrowelle komplett ausgestattet ist. Anschließender Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.Die Küche hat direkten Zugang zur großzügigen Terrasse mit Essbereich und Grill. Wohnzimmer mit LCD-TV mit internationalen Kanälen und DVD / CD.Ein Badezimmer.

Eine Etage höher gibt es 2 Doppelschlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Eine weitere Etage gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Badezimmer en-suite. Weitere 2 Schlafzimmer mit Dusche und im Obergeschoss ein Doppelzimmer und eine Dachterrasse. Sonnenschirme für alle Räume.

Auf der Poolebene finden Sie den privaten Pool, einen Garten mit Sonnenliegen und eine Lounge mit Tischtennisplatte. 5. Bad mit Dusche.
Diese Villa hat einen halbsalzigen Pool, der weiches Wasser, kein Chlor und keine roten Augen bedeutet.

Séjour à BLANES

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre très joli, pas loin de la plage et du centre ville. Nombreuses promenades autour de Blanes. Le logement est très agréable bien équipé, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine et des installations mises à dispositions en dehors du logement, mais en période estival cela doit être un plus.

This was our second stay at the villa. The villa is very well equipped. The shared pool area just along the road is excellent. Very large pool and small playground for the children. It’s a shame though that the cafe/bar was closed. Communication with the agent was good. Very prompt response. Would definitely recommend Some comfortable seating on the patio would be lovely.

Nice house for chilling

The house was as we expected really nice and we had a wonderful time!!! We were three families and totally 12 adults and teenagers and the house was well sized and equipped for us. We had barbecue almost every night and the grill is in need of some renovation. Something that matter us a lot was that we every day had to go with our garbage 1km to a local garbage station. All The neighbours had dustbin at the houses. Also talked with a neighbour who wondered why everyone in this house always was carrying on garbage bags. We can really recommend this house!

We are a family of 8 plus a dog. The spacious outdoors and indoors ensured we weren’t tripping over each other. You definitely need a car and be happy with steps. The pool was smaller than expected but was fine for us. No air con downstairs but not needed with such large windows.

A fabulous villa. Very modern and clean. We were a family group of 13 and there was plenty of space. Lovely clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con is included in the price. We would definitely return. To improve it would be great if there were cleaning materials. There was nothing in the villa, we had to buy it all in. There is also a very low wall on the patio with a long drop drop to the pool area which is not great for young children. Due the the number of steps up from the road it wouldn’t be ideal for anyone with mobility problems.

25/06/23 A Lovely Spacious Villa

We had a super holiday at Villa Las Brisas in June 2023. We were a large family group of eight adults of various ages. We enjoyed the table tennis and table football and made use of the large pool and tennis facilities at the club nearby. There was plenty of room for everyone, although eating inside altogether might have been a problem. The local beach has great facilities and is only a few minutes walk downhill. We needed to contact Coastal Villas about a couple of issues during our stay and they couldn't have been more helpful. It would have been useful to have things like washing up liquid, kitchen roll, salt, pepper, oil, bin liners, etc, and more than just one toilet roll per bathroom. We bought all of these things but had to leave most of them there. Presumably they are thrown out even though they could be left for the next guests.

12/06/22 Excellent villa in a superb location

The villa is in a fantastic location just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful cala sant frances beach. The communal areas are also excellent, big kitchen, great BBQ and patio area and good living space. Some of the rooms are quite small, 2 of them may be better for children instead of adult couples but still liveable The pool is also very small, but you get access to a much bigger pool and tennis club c200m walk from the villa which is great.

Great villa with big bedrooms and plenty of room for everybody. The beach is just nearby with a great restaurant and the beach club was a great addition for kids. We had a lovely stay and your villa is superb. I'd only recommend adding pool towels.

Lovely villa great location, use of the club pool and playground for our 2 year old granddaughter was great. This villa is built on a hillside so be prepared to get fit walking up and down steps - 60 from the road to the villa entrance, but we got used to it. Would recommend this villa

We loved the location near the beach and restaurant. It had loads of space to accommodate nine adults comfortably and not feel crowded. Very generous with coffee beans for fab coffee machine. Outdoor kitchen and table area was super. Effective a/c!! The sun beds were a bit grubby and VERY heavy to move around the terrace. Midweek ‘cleaning’ consisted of mopping the kitchen floor and one bathroom! Extra towels would have been useful.

High specification of equipment and facilities. Location was superb. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to Blanes. We did a lot of cooking and there was plenty of equipment to enable us to cook anythingbarbeque. The TV channels were poor! The trees ped a lot of needles and cones into the pool and decking. Find the missing jigsaw pieces!

The location, the quality of the property, the responsiveness of Coastal Villas - the whole experience was perfect. We had a problem with the pool and the pool guy arrived within the hour to fix it. can´t ask for better than that. there were 12 of us, ranging from grandparents to 4 year olds, and the property and location had something for everyone the wifi was a bit patchy the further away you are from the router, but to be fair, given the size of the house i get why that would be the case

Great house and location. Beautiful accommodations and so close to the beautiful Mediterranean Sea! Coastal Villas were incredible helpful and prompt with responses, questions and concerns. Loved the personal touches provided by Coastal Villas. Highly recommend and would rent again!
