Diese geräumige 1-Zimmer Scheune mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 eigenen Bädern und Klimaanlage ist ein idealer luxuriöser Erholungsurlaub. Die Barns at High Park befinden sich im Herzen der Küste von North Devon. Es bietet einen einfachen Zugang zu Stränden, Mooren, Spazierwegen auf dem Küstenpfad, Radwegen, Golfplätzen, Gartengärten, kinderfreundlichen Freizeitparks und vielen anderen traditionellen Outdoor- und Indoor-Freizeitaktivitäten für diejenigen, die einen wirklich entspannten, aber aktiven Urlaub verbringen möchten Alltagsstress.

Diese Scheune liegt mit 14 Hektar privatem Land. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein zugänglicher großer natürlicher See mit einer beeindruckenden Vegetation und über 200 Fischen.

Diese Scheune wurde im Jahr 2018 umgebaut und bietet Super-Kingsize-Betten im Hauptschlafzimmer und im zweiten Schlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im dritten Schlafzimmer, alle mit Bad, massiven Eichenmöbeln, Fußbodenheizung und Klimaanlage.

Die Scheune ist hundefreundlich, und Sie können sie für 25 £ für den ersten Hund und 15 £ pro Hund für jeden weiteren Hund mitbringen.

Fabulous February Family Break

We spent a week here in February halfterm and had a brilliant time. The swimming pool was a huge hit with our three children - designated slits for each barn each day along with extra sessions if wanted. The barn was spacious and having en-suites in all bedrooms was a bonus. The milk-kiosk next door was also a favourite with the children. Despite the winter weather we managed to explore many of the nearby beaches and visited Big Sheep Farm (highly recommended day out for families). Our dog loved the lake and wildlife on site. Communication with the owners was great and all information we needed was provided. Would definitely return and have recommended to other families already.

What a gem!

We stayed in the Moulton-Barrett property for a week in January as a getaway for a birthday celebration. From the moment I booked to the end of the stay, I couldn’t have asked for more. Clear and detailed instructions on finding the location and accessing the property. Anne-Louise introduced herself and went through everything we needed to know and we were made to feel very welcome. The pool was outstanding. Lovely and warm, easy to use the pool covers and of course the hot tub. As a family of 3 generations with a 2 year old, we didn’t actually leave all week!! With the copious amount of space to run and ride bikes, the pool and all the exploring to be done, we didn’t need to go anywhere else. A relaxing break for the adults and an exciting new world to explore for the toddler, we’d have stayed another week! Absolute gem! We’ll be back…

Top Notch and Classy

A fabulous, modern, smart and comfortable accommodation. The apartment included everything we could possibly need and want. The swimming pool and hot tub was fabulous - felt very spoilt. Beautiful grounds and close to the beech. Highly recommend. A hidden gem.

Lovely stay

Moulton-Barrett is a lovely property, we had a wonderful weeks stay. It’s very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need, a home away from home. We loved having daily access to the pool & hot tub, a lovely way to end our days after long walks on the local beaches. The location is perfect, Aldi & Asda less than 10 minutes away, beautiful beaches within a short drive! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property for short or long stays.

Perfect holiday home perfect location

Se have had a wonderful week at Moulton Barret despite the variable weather. Impressive holiday house with 3 en-suite bedrooms and a massive kitchen, diner, lounge overlooking a walled garden with apple tress. We had the best time staying in Moulton Barrett Barn. Accommodation was to a very very high standard with three en-suite rooms. Very spacious lounge diner kitchen area overlooking a delightful walled garden with apple trees. The indoor pool was adjacent to our property and was a firm favourite with the kids. The property was dog friendly. Our hosts were fantastic and hugely informative about local amenities, attractions and restaurants. Very grateful for the top tip about quay jumping in nearby Appledore. Such a fantastic location to explore North Devon. Very close to the big Sherp,MilkyWay and North East Devon Wake Boarding centre. Some fantastic beaches nearby and wonderful coastal walks. Already planning our return visit next year.

Perfect home from home

We had a great time visiting Moulton Barrett. It was very comfortable, dog friendly and perfect location. The barn was clean and special touches like scones, milk, slippers etc was lovely. Great stay

Wonderful!

Lovely accommodation & location. The North Devon beaches are spectacular & great to find a dog friendly property of such a high standard. Very comfortable mattress, lots of conveniently situated power points for phone charging, and scones, cream & jam as a welcome! Great to have 3 ensuite rooms when staying with adult children & their partners. Swimming pool & hot tub popular with family given some wet days. One of the best self catering properties we have stayed in. Thank you!

Fabulous stay

Myself and 5 friends have just stayed here for the weekend and we had an amazing time. The accommodation was lovely, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were lovely and the whole property was just the right size for us. We loved the pool and hot tub and particularly liked the fact it was joined to our lodge, meant we only had to look outside the door to see if people were in there during the free time sessions. We would love to come back here again. We didn’t have any dogs with us but if you are planning on bringing a dog, the grounds are great for them to have a run around. Amazing stay and Anne-Louise is a fantastic host. Thank you very much for having us

What a place!

Absolutely fantastic week, accommodation excellent in every way, spotlessly clean & everything you could ever need for a relaxing holiday, pool was amazing and loved the fact each property had allocated swim times plus there were free swim times on a first come basis. 2nd visit to Moulton Barret Barn

We stayed in Moulton Barret Barn for the second time 10th-13th March after visiting in 2022. Our visit was just as good as the first time and we'd highly recommend it. This visit we decided to spend more time at the barn to relax and cook our own meals. It was great having a shopping centre a few minutes drive away to stock up on provisions and the barn had everything we needed to relax and prepare & cook our meals. The barn is gorgeous and having the pool & hot tub next door is amazing. We went in at least twice a day. Its definitely worth a late evening visit with only the pool lights on, its so nice.

Great facilities

I stayed with my partner, partner's mum and 4 year old daughters and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The barn was a great size and the swimming pool was excellent. We may return again in the future!
