This charming cosy studio is located in the area of La Malagueta, only 20 metres away for the public parking area Cervantes and next to the Bull Ring of Malaga. This studio is only 150 metres away from La Malagueta Beach and a pleasurable 15 minute walk from the Historical Centre. Only a few steps from the entrance hall, there is a wide range of bars and restaurants, not forgetting the traditional chiringuitos you can find along the sea front.

This new stylish studio comprises of a large room where you will find a double bed (150 x 200cm) and separated from the rest of the accommodation by a kitchen counter which surrounds the fully fitted and equipped kitchen and dining area. The bathroom is totally independent and has a large shower. It is ideal for business and leisure holidays, being very tranquil thus guaranteeing a good rest. We offer a 42´Smart TV

Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day

Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.

Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:

Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival

You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).

All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.

A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
