Diese 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Wohnung befindet sich am Sunset Paradise in Indian Rocks Beach. Obwohl das Gerät selbst keinen Blick auf den Golf bietet, befindet es sich auf der Golfseite, sodass Sie die Straße nicht überqueren müssen, um zum Strand zu gelangen. Dieses Gerät ist nur wenige Schritte vom komplexen Pool und Zugang zum Strand entfernt. Das Condo wurde kürzlich von Deckenventilatoren, Bettzeug und Pillow-Top-Matratzen zu Flachbildfernsehern in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich renoviert. Wohnung wurde von oben nach unten gestrichen. Die Küche hat schöne Schränke, Granit, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und gut für Ihren Aufenthalt bestückt. Es gibt eine Bar / Restaurant mit Platz für bis zu 5 Personen für die Mahlzeiten, in denen Sie essen möchten!

Als eine Höflichkeit für alle unsere Gäste bieten wir Liegestühle, Strandtücher und einen Sonnenschirm. Alle sind in der Einheit und bereit für Sie, während Ihres Besuchs zu genießen. Einige andere erwähnenswerte Annehmlichkeiten sind 2 überdachte / reservierte Parkplätze und kostenloses Internet.

Der Pool- / Whirlpoolbereich ist gut gepflegt und wird mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt. Das Pooldeck bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten und 2 Esstische mit Sonnenschirmen. Alle Gäste des Sunset Paradise können gerne unseren Pool- und Grillbereich nutzen.

Indian Shores

We had a wonderful time on our first ever trip to Indian Shores. The condo was clean,and close to svereal restaurants,and most of all steps away from the beautiful ocean. We will be back.

Amazing Stay

This was our families first time to Florida. We loved every minute of it. Property was an amazing place loved the calm beach. Clean, great neighborhood, over a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time. It was just the right amount of busy and laid back. The weather and beach were great. Our condo was perfect for us. No problems with anything.

Loved this condo!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was very clean and fully stocked with what we needed. The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants/shops. It was a short drive to the water park too. We loved spending time at the beach and pool, and the sunset views were incredible. We had an issue with getting the WiFi to connect (due to a storm) and Cameron replied immediately and helped us resolve the issue. We will definitely stay here again and have told others about it too. Indian Rocks Beach is a fun beach town within close proximity to Clearwater Beach. There’s so much to see and do in this area. 10/10 recommend. We can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Indian Rocks 2023 Vacation

Just as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. Pool steps from unit and beach was awesome with a 30 second walk from the pool. Perfect location in the heart of Indian Rocks. Looking forward to planning our next vacation here.

Convenient location

This was the second time we have stayed in this general area in IRB. Condo location is great, you are steps away from the beach. The condo itself is nothing fancy, but it was clean and well maintained. It was great that a variety of beach toys and chairs were provided. Manager was quick to respond to my txt messages when we had things come up. My only complaint is the lack of paper products and trash bags provided. IMO, if you're going to market the condo as able to fit 6 people then an appropriate amount of household items should be provided (i.e. one roll of paper towels and one extra trash bag isn't it). If location is your top priority then this is a great place to stay.

Spacious condo

The bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It has a full size kitchen and a livingroom. We enjoyed a cup of joe in the balcony before heading or either to the pool or beach. We were also able to use the gas grill. There are also a few restaurants that are walking distance from the condo. It was the perfect place for relaxation.

Perfect Beach Week

We've been coming to IRB for years but this was bybfar our best rental!! Location was perfect--steps to the beach, of course, but also just steps to multiple restaurants and, most important, icecream. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Loved that the kids had their own bathroom attaches to their room. Condo layout was also ideal for teens that like to sleep in and a mom who gets up at dawn! I didnt have to worry about waking anyone up. We will definitely try to book again in future years.

Birthday Hideaway

This was a great little escape for our family of four. Quick access to the pool/spa and just steps from the private ocean/beach access. The property manager was very attentive, quick to respond and offered several suggestions of local places to go for food, entertainment, beaches, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed IRB and will return in the future. July Vacation 2024

We have been to Indian Rocks Beach many times and have stayed in many condos. This condo was clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were all very comfortable, and it was great to have two bathrooms. The condo was steps to the pool and beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as other sand toys. available for our use which was very convenient. I did have to contact the property manager to resolve a small issue and he was very responsive. I would recommend this condo to friends and family if they are looking for a nice and affordable condo for their stay in Indian Rocks.

Great stay!

We had a lovely sisters/mom trip. The hosts were prompt in responding. Just wish there was more toilet paper/garbage bags ect since it’s no fun to worry about running out of them on a trip. Overall very great. Pool was wonderful and we could walk right to the beach! The beach chairs and boogie boards may need an update, they’re broken and rusty. We had a wonderful time! Catch a charter boat to Egmont Key island and Shell Key island and tour them and collect shells! Dolphins played behind the boat and it was definitely the highlight of our trip!

Sunset Paradise

The property is very dated, but updated. Property says it sleeps 8 which is doable with a King in master, 2 full size beds in 2nd b/r, and pullout sofa in l/r. But the living room/kitchen area can accommodate at most 4 people - very small area. Great location to restaurants, walk to beach and pool/hot tub nice added touch.

The mattress were very uncomfortable. I felt like they are very old because they were so soft. I would look into getting new mattress. Also, I would suggest a bigger sofa.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our family stayed here over winter break and enjoyed the hot tub, pool and beach. The location is wonderful, walking distance to everything we needed. There is shopping, grocery, bars and restaurants nearby. We did have a car so we could explore. The beds were comfortable and had beach chairs, toys and everything we needed. The only issue we had was it was a bit crowded for our family of 5. The living room didn’t have much room for the 5 of us to sit comfortably and hang out. Normally we wouldn’t probably be inside much but it was unseasonably cold. It would be nice if there was a sectional instead of a love seat. But if you have a family of 4 or less it would probably be fine. Overall it’s recommend this property, we enjoyed our stay.

Good location, comfortable, clean

The condo is located next to one of Indian Rock Beach’s public access parking areas, so the beach can get a bit crowded on the weekend, but it is a really nice stretch of beach. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and there are two tables with umbrellas for shade in the pool area. The unit we stayed, #5, faces the front street, but it has a good sized balcony and the rooms are very comfortable. Everything was clean and worked well, the only exception being the wireless router. It tends to drop connectivity, but a simple unplug reset fixed it right up. The unit has parking space underneath that can fit two cars with room to spare. Overall I would recommend this unit for families with young children.

Good Location, Building in serious disrepair

The unit was OK. Bathrooms were eh. Bedrooms were decent. TV's were nice in the unit. The entire building had serious roof and soffit damage with pieces of soffit hanging everywhere. One of the buildings had no roof just tarp. Laundry facilities were unusable because someone "broke in" and destroyed them. The pool area was nice and had beach access but no instructions were provided on combo locks. The property manager did respond quickly when emailed and texted about this. No dish soap provided and only a very mini bar of facial soap provided. I have used VRBO often for these types of stays and usually these items are provided for in a short stay. Good location, Ok unit, building a dump.
