Die Wohnung befindet sich in Quinta do Lago, im Naturpark Ria Formosa, einem Naturschutzgebiet mit einer Fläche von ca. 18.400 Hektar, bestehend aus Lagunen, Sumpfgebieten, Sperrinselsystemen und einer üppigen Vegetation.

Die Ria Formosa ist ein sehr wichtiger Nist-, Wander- und Winterraum, der von zahlreichen Wasservogelarten genutzt wird und durch das Vorhandensein von Populationen äußerst seltener oder bedrohter Arten gekennzeichnet ist.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein (1) Schlafzimmer mit zwei (2) Betten von jeweils 95 cm Breite, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Esszimmer, zwei Badezimmer und zwei Terrassen.

Die Küche ist mit Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Toaster ausgestattet und verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien.

Das Apartment verfügt über einen großen Gemeinschaftspool mit Kinderbecken und eine Snackbar (geöffnet von April bis September) im Poolbereich, wo Sie zu einem guten Preis essen können. Es gibt auch zwei Tennisplätze und ein paar Minuten entfernt gibt es Geldautomaten, Post, Supermärkte, ein medizinisches Zentrum und Geschäfte (5 Minuten mit dem Auto).

Es gibt 3 Golfplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung:

- Quinta do Lago Norte. Der 18-Loch-Platz mit einem Par 72 führt durch sandiges Gelände mit Pinien, Heidekraut und wilden Blumen. Es ist ein sehr technisches Gebiet, das große Präzision erfordert.

- Quinta do Lago Sur. Es ist in den Naturpark Ria Formosa integriert. Dieses Feld ist eines der besten an der Algarve, es hat viel Wasser und Vegetation und erfordert präzise Schläge. Es war das übliche Szenario der Portuguese Open.

- Golfplatz von San Lorenzo.

Perfect getaway!

We enjoyed our second stay at Nuria's place so much! It was as great as last year! The Location of the apartment is perfect - for exploring the area and for time at the beach. The ideal vacation spot! The communication was excellent. We'll definitely come back.

Lovely place to stay

Nuria's and Kike's place is a great retreat for a perfect holiday. It has everything you need, is quite spacious, and located perfectly close to the beach. Nuria and Kike are very nice hosts, took care of everything, and quickly responded to all our messages. The quiet resort allows you to relax and enjoy nature. We loved the Quinta do Lago area and its beach. It is the ideal spot to discover the Algarve. We'd definitely come back.

Great place for a beach vocation

The description of the apartment promised to be a 100 % right! We had a wonderful at the Victory Village Club: spaceous, tidy and most comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need, a beautiful pool with a snack snack bar, convenient walk to the beach through the lagoon and a stunning surrounding resort. The owners were most helpful and so was the reception at the Club. We appreciated the cleaning service even during our stay.

The accommodation was spacious and clean. It’s in an excellent location in an area we’ve visited a number of times before. The host was very helpful in the build up to our stay ensuring everything was straight forward. We would definitely recommend.

Great stay

We had a great week staying at this property - the location is fantastic, with the beach, golf courses and Quinta restaurants all nearby. The pool area is also great fun and the bar staff very friendly. The property had everything that our young family required and, despite only having one bedroom, the kids slept fantastically on the sofa bed each evening and it certainly didn't feel cramped (the kitchen is small but we ate out most days). The Owner was extremely helpful and responsive whenever needed. Air con in the bedroom would be a bonus but we generally slept well and fine.

Nice flat in good location

Well equipped flat in a location very close to beach and lake. Overlooks main road so can be slightly noisy at times. Good communal pool. More information on recycling and waste disposal would have been useful.

With morning sun on one balcony, and evening sun on the other — this is the perfect apartment in VVC. Classic 70s furniture paired with modern appliances make this stand out from the other more 'contemporary' apartments in the area. We'll be sure to visit again!

Lovely resort on large plantation

Well appointed apt in large golf complex. Expansive, pretty views if you walk around, and expensive to live at. No public or tram transportation to nearby towns, so rent car or take an expensive taxi, or lengthy walks. Gi Gi Beach bar was closed. The Shack is the most reasonably priced, with great service. The VV neighborhood pool was nice, quite with very reasonable prices. They do not seem to mind that umbrellas near the lake, near the shack, are unoccupied as they charge 80 euro to sit in loungers an buy their expensive food/ drink. Glad we came, but there are better world wide options.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

The property was great for us as a couple. Great outlook from the balcony off the lounge. Perfect for morning coffee. It was very well appointed & had everything we needed to make our weeks stay very comfortable. The pool & bar/snack bar were great - the food very good & quite reasonably priced. Some fantastic walks in the area - around the lake or down to the beach. Really enjoyed The Shack - an easy walk from the apartment. A great place for a sundowner & food looking over the lake. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Nuria was very helpful with great xommunication theoughout the whole process.

Property was of very high quality; well furnished, equiped with everything you could ever need

The property was situated ideally in order to walk down to the beach on adjacent road, over the wooden bridge, with very good beach cafe and a restaurant on the end of the bridge. The Victory Village had a very good cafe and swimming pool - closes quite early evening. Going down the other road off roundabout 6, you could go down to a lakeside venue, - 2 good restaurants and water sports. One restaurant was "The Shack" - great band music and food, closes quite early. Adjacent to that a another fine restaurant - expensive but worth it for a special occasion - "Caso do Lago" On roundabout 4, a good supermarket; turn left going north into a golf course and villa complex - past supermarket is a Bobby Jones site - restaurant "Il Vero" - very good. Olhao well worth a visit on a Saturday - fish market and an old town to wander around. Villa was kept clean and also kept cool during the day; air conditioning was a plus. No complaints at all. We would book the same villa again without hesitation. Probably need a car, and only 14 miles from Faro airport.

Excellent Apartment in a Wonderful Location

Beautiful and very spacious apartment, really well furnished and very nicely presented. Fully-equipped kitchen with everything one could need, two bathrooms and two balconies. Also a very extensive range of DVD's! We were extremely impressed with the apartment itself and the Victory Village complex is equally good. Very well run, with a fantastic pool and pool bar, which offers the best value food in all of Quinta Do Lago! Victory Village is in the part of Quinta Do Lago which is closest to the incredible Rio Formosa and beach. It's just ten minutes walk to one of the nicest beaches you will ever see - many other parts of Quinta Do Lago are not really within walking distance of the beach. All in all we had a wonderful holiday in this apartment and we would very happily return for another stay.

Excellent apartment in a beautiful location

I would strongly recommend this apartment. Owners were very helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. Apartment is tastfully decorated, clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly want. Main balcony overlooks a golf course. There is a beautiful nature reserve and beach a short walk away. There are also three restaurants and and a bar within walking distance and many more a 5 to 10 min drive away. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful part of portugal.
