Das Apartment befindet sich im Herzen von Florenz auf dem Dachboden eines wunderschönen aristokratischen und raffinierten Palastes, der aus dem 17. Jahrhundert der Familie Niccolini aus Camugliano Bourbon Del Monte gehört. Das Apartment verfügt über einen prächtigen Eingang mit einer herrlichen Treppe.

Der Aufzug führt in die zweite Etage, von der aus weitere 22 Stufen vorhanden sind (siehe Foto).

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in zentraler Lage und ist modern in Beige-Tönen, Hellgrau und Schwarz eingerichtet. Das Apartment befindet sich in der obersten Etage und ist hell mit herrlichem Blick auf Florenz.

Mit seinem eleganten und modernen Stil kann es bequem untergebracht werden, rational und geräumig, auch zahlreiche Familien und Gruppen von Freunden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einer Etage, in der sich zwei Wohnzimmer befinden, von denen eines auch ein Esszimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und das andere ein großes Fenster auf Florenz hat, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer.

Mit dreizehn Stufen gelangen Sie nach oben, wo sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem kompletten Badezimmer befindet.
Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 6 Personen in drei Schlafzimmern und jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein Badezimmer.

Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Concierge und in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Garage (der Preis hängt von der Zeit und dem Autotyp ab), einem gut sortierten Supermarkt, der täglich geöffnet ist, vielen guten Restaurants und einem Fitnesscenter.
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Florenz sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und der Bahnhof ist 300 Meter entfernt. Das Auto ist nicht erforderlich, da die Wohnung gut mit dem Taxi und dem Bus erreichbar ist und vom Hauptbahnhof S.Movella zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
Die Lage ist ideal für diejenigen, die die Stadt besuchen möchten, aber auch für diejenigen, die nachts Spaß haben möchten, da es eine sehr wichtige Gegend mit vielen Clubs und in der Nähe der großen Theater ist, obwohl es auch nachts sehr sicher ist.

Amazing apartment and managed so well! The location was perfect and a 10-20 min walk to wherever we wanted to go. Apartment was super spacious, very clean, and updated. Beds were very comfortable. Conveniently located and pleasant apartment

Overall the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Location is very convenient to many tourist spots and especially worthwhile for anyone considering taking the train. Surprisingly you can hear late night time noises from outside. There is one quirkiness about this building...after getting off the elevator, there is another 20 +/- steps to the top floor where the apartment is actually located...so be ready to haul your luggages (^^)

Nicely appointed, well located

Our group of 4 adults and 4 children has the good fortune of staying here for 3 days and were so pleased with the accomodations and central location. The air conditioning was cold and freshing after the heat of Florence, and the top floor views from this apt were wonderful. So close to Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, train station, Mercato Central. We highly recommend this apartment! Beds were comfortable, and the apartment was well appointed with new Ikea furnishings, including a washing machine. Three bathrooms were all very nice, although there was no tub.

Very comfortable apartment in the heart of Florence - as long as you don’t mind climbing stairs

This apartment is 10 minutes walking distance to all the main attractions and from the main train station. Can’t beat the location. There is also a grocery store just around the corner and an ATM machine and plenty of restaurants. The owner was super polite and helpful and welcomed us in person to explain everything. The rooms are comfortable but the showers are very small for U.S. standards (average for Europe). The only downside is that you need to do some stair climbing to get there - the total number of steps is around 90 but most of it can be avoided by using an elevator. Also if someone has a fear of heights getting to the top floor can be a bit scary. So overall a great apartment in a great area but not for everyone. We would stay here again.

Wonderful on all fronts

Wow!! What a beautiful place. We stayed at this wonderful apartment for 3 nights and loved every minute. From the spacious living area, a well appointed kitchen to the beautiful bedrooms and comfortable beds. We traveled with another couple so there were 4 adults and the apartment could have easily accommodated 2 more. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated with just the right touch to make us feel at home. Cristina is a great communicator that made it easy for us to check in and out and she was available for questions during our stay. Prosecco and water upon our arrival was also a special touch that made us feel welcomed. We will be back :)

Wonderful apartment

We spent Christmas here this year and had a wonderful time. Our family of four (two college age kids) spent our Christmas in Florence. It was the first time we were not home for Christmas but we felt right at home at this apartment. We had plenty of room to spread out. The location is perfect, very close to the train station and walkable to all the major sites. The neighborhood is great with lots of good places to eat. And communication with our hosts was easy and efficient. They took very good care of us. We particularly loved the rooftop views of Florence and the light it provided to the apartment. We highly recommend this property.

Rooftop haven in the heart of Florence

Cristina was an absolute pleasure to have as a host. She met us right on time and showed us around the lovely apartment. The property is very spacious and full of light. Each of the 3 bedrooms had plenty of storage, comfortable beds and charming décor. The kitchen/ dining area is absolutely stocked with everything you might need. Cristina also provided bottled water and a lovely bottle of prosecco. She was always quick to respond to any questions we might have. The lounging area is a cozy bright spot with huge windows that open to let in fresh air and the sound of church bells. There are some extra stairs you will need to climb to enter the apartment, but even with our heavy bags we were able to navigate them without too much effort. The neighborhood is charming and very easy to reach from the train station. I highly recommend this spot for any length of stay in Florence.

Absolutely perfect place to stay

TOP ROOF PALAZZO DEL MARCHESE was one of the best apartments I have ever rented. It was perfectly located near all the main attractions in Florence, an easy walk to the train station, and is as beautiful as the photos presented. Antonio and Cristina were available, informative and communicative, quick to respond to our needs. They personally greeted us and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was clean, well stocked (even a bottle of Prosecco and coffee). Plenty of nice dinnerware and pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, etc. Check in was easy and as far as security it was the best I have ever experienced. You pass through three locked entrances to get to the apartment. If you follow the rules you should not have any concern about your safety or valuables. Also, you have many trattorias, cafes and restaurants right outside of the building. It was clean and comfortable. We had 5 adults staying there and had plenty of space, seating, hot water and beds. I would definitely stay here again while in Tuscany. Also, we hired them one of the days to take us to winerys in Chianti and San Gimignano and were very pleased with their services.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!

We were robbed at this apartment!!!! There was a third set of keys downstairs that criminals gained access to! Police said there is a very bad gang in this neighborhood and we were lucky it was only theft!!! Owner offered ZERO HELP besides going to police with us. Unfortunately the insurance we have won’t cover our $5000 worth of loss. Cell phone, iPad , jewelry souvenirs , etc…. VRBO said it was owner’s responsibility and owners refused to help cover cost - and we did NOT ask for $5000 just partial rental money back to help us purchase new items to replace ones stolen. Nice unit but don’t expect any help from owners if there is a problem!!!!!

We were 5 adults coming to Florence to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. We couldn’t be more pleased with this property and the host. The property was beautiful, spacious, in an excellent location and was very clean. Our host thought of everything when preparing the property, from having ample supplies of essential items to having a manual that explained how to operate the washer - which was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and will make sure to return to it or one of the other properties that the host manages when we return to Florence. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, central apartment. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and we had no trouble finding the address. Cristina had been in touch via WhatsApp prior to our arrival and was there to meet us and settle us in. There was plenty of room for our party of 3 couples. We enjoyed a tour to Siena and a wine tour to San Gimigliano with Antonio, who picked us up at the door. We highly recommend a stay!!

Worth every euro

This apartment is worth every euro. The air conditioning alone was worth it. This rental has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a smart TV. The apartment is located super close to the Pam grocery store as well as the train station. Our host was very helpful and responded to all communications quickly. The only quirks include the last flight of stairs and the multiple keys needed to enter the unit. The stairs have minimal lighting during the evening hours so I would not recommend traversing them after dark. We truly enjoyed stating in this gem.

Great property in a perfect location

My family and I stayed at the property in March 2022. The contact with ownership was perfect. The condition of the property and it amenities were perfect. Only issued, and the listing indicates the same, is the elevator does not go all the way up to the apartment. This was only an issued when we moved in and moved out due to luggage. Other than that, the added exercise was welcomed after all the amazing food we ate in Florence.

Over the Top

We came to visit our granddaughter studying in Florence. This apartment was exceptionally well appointed. If they didn't have it, we didn't need it. Beds were especially comfortable. All was very clean, very bright and airy. The location was perfect. Easy walking to all the sites, and restaurants. Excellent suggestions from our hosts. Hosts were also helpful with travel to and from the airport. We would definitely return, and highly recommend staying here. Would rate this 5+
