Great Stay!

We had a great time! Property was super clean, and plenty of space for our family of four. The TVs have all the apps, kitchen had plenty of dishes, and we enjoyed grilling a couple times. We loved the onsite pools, and the club house had pickleball and basketball gear you can use. We visited zion, the coral sand dunes, sand hollow, vegas and the north rim while using this condo as our base. It was perfect!

Fantastic Place to Stay!!!

The property was absolutely perfect! It met and exceeded all of our needs. There was a pool right out side the back patio. It was super clean. The host was very responsive and attentive. It is close to everything we enjoy doing. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Great place to stay

I have two overall complaints. The refrigerator was very noisy when it was opened and had a small amount of leakage. For the price of the house it should have been in good repair. Second one is the waterfall pool was closed the entire visit although one of the ads for the place was the waterfall pool. It was not closed for repair of the pool it was close for repair of the lock which I feel could have had a work around. The house was nice and the price was reasonable. The communication was great and things got handled by the owner quickly if there was a problem. We had a good time.

We loved this condo. Perfect location. Right by the pool. Corner unit on bottom floor. It had everything we needed to make our 4th of July weekend with our kids and grandkids very enjoyable.

We are absolutely in love with Las Palmas!!! So many things to do, this was a great little condo and had everything we needed!! Would definitely recommend. The only thing we have a issue with was the internet connection, i was it would have worked a bit better

Nice condo and great location

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The location was great for what we were doing in St. George and it was so close to the pool. The air mattress provided wouldn’t hold air through the night, so we had two kids that ended up sleeping on the floor, but other than that, it all was clean and comfortable and we felt like everything we needed was available there at the condo. We would stay again.

Hiking steps away!

We enjoyed this as our quiet spot when we would return from hiking and exploring all day. It was clean and quiet. The pools and hot tubs were a bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay here again - couldn’t beat the ease and overall cost.

Fall break getaway

We had such a fun trip! The condo was great! The first thing we noticed was how clean it smelled when we opened the front door. It was close to the pool, which our kids loved. We didn’t have time to check out the other amenities or pools, but we will be back.

We loved our stay! Clean and well stocked. It is on the bottom floor, so there is potential for someone to be above you. Lots of fun activities for the whole family. The pools were colder than we expected, but we survived ;) The beds weren’t the best. The master (King sized) one is was very hard, and the bed in the second room was very loud and squeaky. Not a bad place though if you’re fine with that.

Some of the other buildings (exteriors) appeared to be older and in need of attention.

Loved the condo

We enjoyed the property. It was clean, nicely furnished, loved the lay out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Just one suggestion to the las palmas resort, the heated pool is in an enclosed area but the roof of the enclosure is open at different sections, making the heated pool area a bit cold for kids. There is a lot of renovations happening at the resort so hopefully this is on the list

Very comfortable and relaxing condo with great accommodations.

We were very pleased with the condo at Las Palmas. A surprise feature was the pocket door access from the second bedroom to the bathroom. This was nice as each bedroom then had a private bath. We enjoyed the hot tub, patio and just relaxing after each day’s adventure. I would recommend this condo for anyone coming to St. George.

Perfect family get away

The place is perfect for a family get away. The views of the picturesque landscape from the living and bedroom are amazing. The town itself is very laid back and we really enjoyed our stay. I wish I could have stayed longer.

This was a great place!

We booked this at the last minute as our initial place fell through. We were very happy with how easy it was to get into. This is a main level and unit with easy access just a few steps away to the waterfall pool. Even though it is Fall and not quite as warm as we like it, our kids had a blast playing in the heated pool and hot tub area. The unit also has a back patio and huge grassy area for us to throw a football in. This is a clean well maintained unit and complex. We hope to be able to come visit and stay here again!

Very nice appartment at great location

This is truly a home away from home! Spacious, comfy, great location. Very nice pool/hot tub etc. Just enter the appartment and start relaxing! Great for trips to Zion/Bryce.
